Abstract

Pengembangan desa wisata membutuhkan partisipasi masyarakat lokal dalam seluruh tahapan pengembangan dimulai dari perecanaan, pelaksanaan maupun pengawasan. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya sering kali masyarakat justru tidak dilibatkan, partisipasinya malah terabaikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauhmana keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan desa wisata menggunakan strategi pengembangan desa wisata yang mengedepankan partisipasi masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Kedungbanteng tepatnya di Desa Melung kabupaten Banyumas. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, wawancara, serta observasi. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran pemerintah dalam pengembangan desa wisata terlihat masih dominan, padahal bila mengacu kepada tata kelola pemerintah seharusnya hanya menjadi fasilitator, sedangkan pelaksanaan dan pengawasan diserahkan kepada masyarakat. Pengembangan Kebijakan desa wisata berbasis masyarakat sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat sangat perlu sekali diterapkan agar masyarakat merasakan dan mendapatkan manfaat dari adanya desa wisata. Kata Kunci: Kebijakan, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat. ABSTRACT The development of a tourist village requires the participation of local communities in all stages of development starting from planning, implementation and supervision. However, in reality, people are often not involved, their participation is neglected. This study aims to examine the extent of the involvement of local communities in the development of tourist villages using a tourism village development strategy that prioritizes the participation of local communities. This research was conducted in Kedungbanteng District, precisely in Melung Village, Banyumas Regency. Data was collected by means of literature study, interviews, and observation. While the analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the government's role in the development of tourist villages is still dominant, even though when referring to governance, the government should only be a facilitator, while the implementation and supervision is left to the community. The development of community-based tourism village policies as an effort to empower the community really needs to be implemented so that people feel and benefit from the existence of a tourist village. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membahas tentang Efektivitas Pelayanan Informasi melalui Website (www.dpmptsp.tegalkab.id) di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Kabupaten Tegal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, studi putaka dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa efektivitas pelayanan informasi perizinan secara online di DPMPTSP Kabupaten Tegal terlihat belum berjalan secara efektif karena kurangnya sarana prasarana, terbatasnya biaya dan masih sedikitnya sumber daya manusia yang memiliki keahlian khusus di bidang teknologi informasi. Kata Kunci : Efektivitas, Pelayanan Publik, Perizinan. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to discuss the effectiveness of information services through the website (www.dpmptsp.tegalkab.id) at the Tegal Regency Investment and One Stop Integrated Service (DPMPTSP). The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, literature studies and interviews. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of online licensing information services at the Tegal Regency DPMPTSP does not appear to be running effectively due to the lack of infrastructure, limited costs and the lack of human resources with special expertise in the field of information technology. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is entitled Implementation of Village Owned Enterprise Management (Bumdes) in Sibalung Village, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency. That the role of village economic development is very important in building community welfare. Rural development is one way to eradicate poverty. Village development can be improved through developing the potential of the village economy and becoming a forum for rural communities to develop themselves and their environment independently and in a participatory manner. Village communities have the same rights to participate in growing and developing in building an equitable order of life and welfare.  One of the new approaches that is expected to be able to become a driving force for development and the wheels of the village economy is through the establishment of village community economic institutions called Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) as one of the mainstay programs in increasing village economic independence. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach.  Where the location of this research is in Sibalung Village, Kemranjen District, Banyumas Regency, which is a village that has a BUMDes which is currently developing. The results of this study are based on the approach to implementing policies and organizational management. The aspect of policy implementation looks at the management of BUMDes in terms of policies, target groups, and environmental factors, of which the three aspects have been going quite well in the implementation of BUMDes in Sibalung Village.   Keywords: BUMDes, Policy Implementation ABSTRAK Penelitian ini berjudul Implementasi Pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Di Desa Sibalung Kecamatan Kemranjen Kabupaten Banyumas. Bahwa peran pembangunan ekonomi Desa menjadi sangat penting dalam membangun kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pembangunan pedesaan merupakan salah satu cara dalam upaya mengentaskan kemiskinan. Pembangunan desa dapat ditingkatkan melalui pengembangan potensi perekonomian desa dan menjadi wadah bersama masyarakat pedesaan dalam membangun diri dan lingkungannya secara mandiri dan partisipatif. Masyarakat desa memiliki hak yang sama untuk ikut tumbuh dan berkembang dalam membangun tatanan kehidupan dan kesejahtraan secara merata. Salah satu pendekatan baru yang diharapkan mampu menjadi penggerak pembangunan dan roda perekonomian desa adalah melalui pendirian kelembagaan ekonomi masyarakat desa yang disebut dengan istilah Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) sebagai salah satu program andalan dalam meningkatkan kemandirian perekonomian desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dimana lokasi penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Sibalung Kecamatan Kemranjen Kabupaten Banyumas, yang mana merupakan desa yang memiliki BUMDes yang saat ini sedang berkembang. Hasil penelitian ini di dasarkan pada pendekatan implementasi kebijakan dan manajemen organisasinya. Adapaun aspek implementasi kebijakan melihat pengelolaan BUMDes dari sisi kebijakan, kelompok sasaran, dan faktor lingkungan, dimana dari tiga aspek tersebut sudah berjalan cukup baik pada pelaksanaan BUMDes di Desa Sibalung.   Kata Kunci: BUMDes, Implementasi Kebijakan

Abstract

It is diaccompanied by the condition of Indonesia where the literature movement in the ability of students to read in the world of education and society is still relatively minimal. One that can be done through the school literacy movement is one form of government awareness of the importance of building a culture of literacy in the world of education in order to create a culture of reading and writing in the school environment as an effort to realize lifelong education. The main and most basic activities are directed at increasing interest in reading. The values of character education can be conveyed implicitly in every learning process, especially in Indonesian language learning. The use of digital literacy is also able to lead students to be able to capture and retrieve information from the internet with teacher monitoring. It is able to broaden students horizons in taking knowledge broadly and facilitate students to be creative freely with maximum monitoring and supervision.

Abstract

Pembangunan merupakan upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas kesejahteraan masyarakat harus mampu beroreintasi pada peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat secara menyeluruh. Upaya pemerintah dalam penggunaan anggaran harus mampu mengedepankan anggaran yang pro poor, dimana anggaran pemerintah harus mampu secara bertahap mengetaskan kemiskinan dan upaya dalam peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi.Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana upaya pemerintah kabupaten Kebumen dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dengan mengalokasikan anggaran dan belanja daerah menggunakan metode literatur review. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan beberapa fakta yang menarik dimana sumber pendapatan pada APBD Kabupaten kebumen masih sangat bergantung pada keuangan bantuan keuangan dari pusat dan propinsi sehingga kemandirian APBD Kabupaten Kebumen masih sangat kecil. Campur tangan pemerintah pusat dalam aktivitas pembangunan daerah di Kabpaten Kebumen dalam melaksanakan otonomi daerah masih sangat besar. Keuangan daerah Kabupaten Kebumen sebagian besar lebih banyak dibelanjakan untuk belanja operasional yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan secara langsung.

Abstract

Stunting is a nutritional health problem that must be addressed immediately because theimpacts are not only short-term but also long-term. The long-term impact or stunting can threaten the quality of human resources in the future. One area that has a fairly high stunting rate is Purwanegara Village, Purwokerto Utara District. The steps taken by the government to deal with stunting are optimizing the role of posyandu. One of the roles that is considered to be able to help deal with stunting in Purwanegara Village is the role of posyandu in providing health counseling and counseling nutrition whose goal is to increase awareness and knowledge of mothers under five so that there is a change in behavior for the better (;).

Abstract

Tourism has a complex nature, therefore in managing tourism there needs to be cooperation between the government, the private sector, and the community so that tourism can develop properly so that it can provide benefits for humans. In connection with this, the Banyumas sub-district government in developing the tourism sector in the Old City of Banyumas has collaborated with the private sector and the community to hold Banyumas Peken activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe collaborative governance in the development of Peken Banyumasan tourism in the Old City of Banyumas, Banyumas District, Banyumas Regency. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method whose purpose is to describe the actual situation that occurred at the research location. The method of determining the informants used a purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis method uses the interactive model Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. This study uses collaborative governance theory according to Ansell and Gash (2007: 544) which includes aspects of initial conditions, institutional design, facilitative leadership, and collaborative processes. This research found that collaborative governance in tourism development efforts can be carried out properly.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of providing understanding for parents and teachers regarding literacy, interest in reading for students at Merkarsari Early Childhood. This is done to build awareness among parents and teachers of the importance of literacy culture for early childhood. Training is carried out by providing education. about the importance of stimulating literacy in early childhood. The resulting output is to build the development of literacy culture in early childhood as one of the efforts to create educational institutions and other related institutions so that they can optimize early childhood development.
