Abstract

Banking is an important part of the financial system for smoothly running a country's economic activities. Quality of service is a form of consumer assessment of the level of service, and the factors that influence service quality include factors of employees, systems, technology, and customer involvement. Banking services are carried out to make it easier for customers to make transactions. The needs faced by customers cause the spending of money at the bank to be often not properly controlled. For example, for money withdrawn in large or small amounts for daily needs, fuzzy logic is used to make it easier for customers to know the amount of money spent each month. Given these problems, the authors are motivated to do further research in solving the case with the fuzzy method. Based on the data obtained from the bank, by utilizing fuzzification, fuzzy inference, and fuzzy rule base, as well as defuzzification of fuzzy logic, fuzzy logic can be applied to determine the amount of money spent. The research results show nine sales functions (Membership Function) from two input parameters, namely withdrawal of money and remaining balance. The linguistic variables used are Little Expenditure, Moderate Expenditure, Much Expenditure, Little Balance, Moderate Balance, and Many Balance.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) is an infectious disease that causes major health problems in the world by the bacterium Mycobacterium tuberculosis. It spreads through the air when people with TB cough or sneeze. Maluku was in the 10th position with the most TB cases in Indonesia in 2016. Various programs and activities to control TB in Ambon City are carried out, from the process of finding cases, treating patients, health promotions to sputum examination. After that, an evaluation is carried out as an effort to prevent and control to measure the level of success and effectiveness of institutional programs in order to achieve organizational goals. To find out the development of TB cases in Maluku, especially the city of Ambon, the research conducted this time also used the k-means clustering algorithm for the rapidminer application to analyze the death rate of TB patients in terms of age and length of treatment at RSU Dr. M. Haulussy Ambon. The research conducted obtained that the highest number of patients who died were in cluster 1 with an age range of 36-55 years, then followed by the second position in cluster 0 with an age range of 6-33 years, and the last in cluster 2 with a total number of patients. died in the age range of 59-84 years. The length of stay of patients in the hospital varies from half a day to day 21 and is experienced by patients who recover as well as die. The highest patient mortality rate is in the productive age group, rarely does exercise and often engages in active activities and meets many people every day, smoking habits and lack of knowledge about health are the causes of more productive age groups suffering from TB

Abstract

CV Abadi Tiga Mandiri Ambon as one of the companies producing goods in the form of 'Ayudes' branded drinking water in the city of Ambon. The production of bottled water that the company has been doing so far depends on the number of existing requests. However, with an uncertain number of requests each month, it is difficult for the company to determine the amount of production that should be produced. This study aims to predict the amount of bottled water production to meet consumer demand using the Fuzzy Tsukamoto Method. The results of the study using the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Method using the "And" and "Or" operators obtained the amount of ayudes production greater than demand and supply. This can be seen when the demand for 175000 cartons and the existing supply of 6000 cartons using the Tsukamoto fuzzy resulted in 182000 cartons that had to be produced

Abstract

Teknologi digital yaitu tidak sepenuhnya lagi menggunakan tenaga manusia, tetapi pada sistem otomatis dengan pengoperasian komputer. Pada sekarang ini teknologi digital sudah memasuki berbagai bidang aspek kehidupan, dari bidang pendidikan, bidang transportasi, bidang kesehatan, bidang ekonomi dan berbagai bidang lainnya. Jenis teknologi komunikasi tak bisa lepas dari peran human. setiap harinya, human menggunakan teknologi komunikasi. misalnya digunakan untuk pemungutan suara (voting) sebagai fondasi utama dalam demokrasi. Sebelumnya sistem pemungutan suara hanya dilakukan dengan sistem voting nonelektronik (pencoblosan). Cara ini dilakukan oleh banyak kalangan dan dinilai masih konvensional pada kemajuan teknologi, dan juga memiliki banyak kelemahan seperti membutuhkan biaya yang besar untuk print kertas suara, lambatnya penghitungan suara dan juga kurang akuratnya hasil dari menghitungan surat suara karena sering muncul pertengkaran mengenai sah dan tidaknya kertas suara. Oleh karena itu, perlu diperkenalkan sistem pemungutan suara secara elektronik dengan menggunakan aplikasi pemilihan berbasis android kepada seluruh siswa SMA Negeri 1 Seram Barat. Dengan cara ini maka akan membantu proses pemilihan sehingga dapat berjalan dengan baik, cepat dan lancar serta tetap terjamin pemilihan secara langsung, umum, bebas, rahasia, jujur, dan adil. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengenalkan kepada masyarakat dalam hal ini para siswa tentang pemanfaatan teknologi digital dalam bidang demokrasi

Abstract

Pendekatan data mining menjadi elemen kunci dalam analisis data skala besar untuk mendapatkan informasi yang berguna dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk sektor pertanian. Melalui penerapan teknik data mining, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi, mengolah, dan menganalisis data produksi padi di kecamatan Denpasar Selatan dan kecamatan Denpasar Timur, Provinsi Bali, guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Seasonal ARIMA (SARIMA), yang secara khusus dirancang untuk menangani pola musiman pada data time series. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan pada proses pengolahan data, pemilihan model prediktif yang tepat, dan evaluasi kinerja model. Model SARIMA yang dipilih untuk kedua kecamatan yaitu SARIMA (0,0,1)(1,1,1)6 untuk kecamatan Denpasar Selatan dan SARIMA (0,0,0)(1,1,0)6 untuk kecamatan Denpasar Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model SARIMA mampu memberikan prediksi produksi padi yang baik, sehingga dapat menggambarkan tren kenaikan atau penurunan produksi pada periode berikutnya. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode SARIMA yang didukung oleh teknik data mining dapat menjadi alat bantu yang efektif untuk analisis data produksi padi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the level of population satisfaction with employee performance in Allaug State. The Fuzzy Mamdani and Fuzzy Tsukamoto methods are used to process qualitative and quantitative data. This study involved a survey of 100 Allaug State residents, using a questionnaire covering various aspects of public service. The research results show that the Fuzzy Tsukamoto method produces a higher level of population satisfaction compared to the Fuzzy Mamdani method. Further analysis reveals that factors such as service speed, employee friendliness, and procedural efficiency have a significant influence on satisfaction levels. This research also identifies areas that need improvement in public services in Allaug State. The implications of these findings are discussed in the context of improving government service quality and community welfare.

Abstract

This research aims to help optimize resources by designing a system that can be used to help predict student graduation at Pattimura University. The system method used is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. Tsukamoto's method is an extension of monotonic reasoning. In the Tsukamoto method, each consequence of a rule in the form of IF-THEN must be represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonic membership function. As a result, the inference output from each rule is given firmly (crisp) based on the ?-predicate (fire strength). The final result is obtained using a weighted average. The result of this research is a student graduation prediction system to optimize good results and avoid errors that occur when predicting student graduation.

Abstract

Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is a method of multivariate statistical analysis that can describes the structure of a relatively complex relationships by engaging many of the variables. SEM-based on component or a variant called Partial Least Square (PLS), is a method that is more flexible and powerful in testing with free distribution assumptions, the scale of the indicator variety, and the number of samples must not be large. Specific problems in the case of HIV/AIDS can be seen through clinical overview sufferers HIV/AIDS, based on opportunistic infections CD4 levels, and quality of life. This research aims to get Structural Equation Model (SEM-PLS) clinical picture of HIV/AIDS patients. Secondary data were gathered and derived from the medical records of 150 patients with HIV/AIDS at the health centers of the Pasuruan Regency in 2017. The results of the analysis showed that the predisposing factors, enabling factors and strengthening factors influenced the clinical picture of HIV/AIDS patients. R2 produced by 0,8 so it can be conclude that model can explain data.

Abstract

Pengklasteran adalah proses pengelompokan data ke dalam klaster berdasarkan parameter tertentu sehingga objek-objek dalam sebuah klaster memiliki tingkat kemiripan yang tinggi satu sama lain dan sangat tidak mirip dengan obyek yang lain pada klaster yang berbeda. Algoritma Fuzzy C-Means termasuk salah satu teknik pengklasteran data yang mana keberadaan pada setiap titik data dalam suatu klaster ditentukan oleh derajat keanggotaan. Dari analisis menggunakan Fuzzy C-Means dengan 3 cluster diperoleh fungsi objektif sebesar 21,1896, dimana cluster pertama 13 jenis obat, kedua 4 jenis obat dan ketia 3 jenis obat.
