Abstract

Exclusive Mother's Milk (ASI) is breast milk that is given to babies from birth to 6 months without providing additional food or replacing it with other foods or drinks, except drugs, vitamins and minerals. Breast milk also contains colostrum which is rich in antibodies, because it contains protein to maintain the baby's immune system and kills germs in high quantities which can also reduce the risk of death in infants. Umban Sari Public Health Center, Rumbai District, is the area with the lowest coverage percentage, which is 48.5%. The problems found at the Umban Sari Health Center related to this exclusive breastfeeding program are HR/Health Personnel, Facilities and Infrastructure, Funding, Coordination, Counseling and Counseling. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the exclusive breastfeeding program at the Umban Sari Health Center, Rumbai District in 2022. This type of research was a qualitative research with descriptive research methods to 8 informants consisting of the Head of the Puskesmas, PJ ASI, 2 Posyandu Cadres, 2 Mothers. Pregnant, Lurah and RW. This research was carried out in April 2022 at the Umban Sari Health Center, Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City in 2022. The results of this study indicate that human resources / health workers are still not optimal because there are still many who have double jobs and there are still no facilities and infrastructure such as diaper changing tables. for babies, breast pumps, etc. and for funding, namely the unavailability of special funds related to the exclusive breastfeeding program, for the coordination itself it has been going well but not specifically for the exclusive breastfeeding program but for all programs and for counseling activities, namely the lack of community participation and support from family during the implementation of this activity and for the outreach activities themselves, which are not carried out routinely every month and community participation is also still low

Abstract

The workload is the main aspect that forms the basis for the calculation. The increasing number of patients who are hospitalized causes the workload of health workers to be heavier, one of which is a nurse. The purpose of this study was to find out how the workload of nurses in the inpatient room at the Bangkinang Regional General Hospital in 2022. This study was a qualitative study with in-depth interviews and observations with 10 nurses, the variables studied were available working time, work units & categories. HR, workload standards, slack standards and the number of manpower requirements. The data checking technique uses the WISN method. Based on the results of the study showed that the workload of nurses in three rooms, namely Ali (83.9%), and friends (83.4%) was considered heavy because it was more than the 80% productive work limit. While the space for fighters (64.1%) is relatively light. calculation of nurse needs based on WISN calculations, namely the Ali room is less than 12 people, the friend room is less than 9 people and the warrior room is in accordance with the needs according to WISN, which is 25 people. It is suggested to the nursing management of Bangkinang Hospital to plan the number of nursing staff needs by considering the nurse's workload. Beban kerja merupakan aspek pokok yang menjadi dasar untuk perhitungan, Semakin meningkatnya jumlah pasien yang dirawat dirumah sakit menyebabkan semakin berat beban kerja petugas kesehatan, salah satunya adalah perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Beban Kerja Perawat Di Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Bangkinang Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam dan observasi dengan 10 perawat, variabel yang diteliti yaitu waktu kerja yang tersedia, unit kerja & kategori SDM, standar beban kerja, standar kelonggaran dan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga. Teknik pemeriksaan data menggunakan metode WISN. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja perawat di tiga ruangan yaitu ali (83,9%), dan sahabat (83,4%) tergolong berat karena lebih dari batas kerja produktif 80%. Sedangkan ruang pejuang (64,1%) tergolong ringan. perhitungan kebutuhan perawat berdasarkan perhitungan WISN yaitu ruang ali kurang 12 orang, ruang sahabat kurang 9 orang dan ruang pejuang sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan menurut WISN yaitu 25 orang. Disarankan kepada pihak manajemen keperawatan RSUD Bangkinang dapat merencanakan jumlah kebutuhan tenaga perawat dengan mempertimbangkan beban kerja perawat.

Abstract

Hypertension is a major risk factor that leads to cardiovascular disease. Hypertension can be controlled by regulating eating behavior, where the percentage of behavior less consumption of fruits and vegetables is the highest percentage, namely 95.4%. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with eating behavior at risk of hypertension in the elderly in the working area of ​​the Tambang Health Center, Tambang District in 2022. This research method was quantitative with a cross sectional design. The sample of this research is 126 people taken by consecutive sampling technique. The analysis used is univariate and bivariate with chi-square test. The results showed that there was a relationship between age (p = 0.045, OR=2,439 ), gender (p = 0.0026, OR = 2.627 ), attitude (p = 0.019, OR = 2.796 ), knowledge (p = 0.015, OR = 2.851 ) , the role of health workers (p = 0.007, OR = 3.544 ), family support (p = 0.001, OR = 3.544 ) and the unrelated, namely education (p = 0.507) and distance to health facilities (p = 0.379), it can be concluded that factors related to eating behavior at risk of hypertension in the elderly in the work area of ​​the Tambang Health Center, Tambang District in 2022 include, age, gender, attitude, knowledge, role of health workers and family support Suggestions for the elderly are expected to routinely check blood pressure at the nearest posbindu and for health workers to increase the role of health promotion and increase the knowledge of the elderly, especially knowledge about the recommended consumption of hypertension drugs.
