Abstract

This study aims to explore the innovation of the Pesantren Subuh program as an inclusive mosque-based religious education model for adolescents. Using a qualitative method and case study approach, this research examines the implementation of the Pesantren Subuh program at Al Muhajirin Karangpilang Mosque in depth. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with program caregivers, students, and parents, as well as field observations. The findings indicate that the program effectively addresses the gap in religious education for urban adolescents by utilizing a flexible early morning schedule that does not interfere with school activities. The program also involves parents as key supporters in fostering religious habits in children. The data analysis using the Gioia method suggests that the key success factor is the involvement of parents in encouraging and motivating their children’s participation. With this model, the Pesantren Subuh program not only successfully fosters religious character in adolescents but also has the potential to be adopted as a mosque-based religious education model in other regions.

Abstract

Masjid Taqwa Pecing, Sragen, menyoroti usaha optimalisasi peran masjid melalui program Kampung Sedekah untuk melibatkan masyarakat dalam penggalangan dana sebagai pemasukan kas masjid untuk biaya operasional program kegiatan masjid. Program Kampung Sedekah ini berdiri dengan latar belakang pemasukan kas yang sedikit sehingga tidak cukup untuk biaya kebutuhan operasional masjid. Melihat hal itu, Takmir mengajak masyarakat Pecing untuk ikut terlibat dalam program Kampung Sedekah ini, yang nantinya hasil dari program tersebut akan kembali dirasakan oleh masyarakat sendiri melalui masjid. Riset  ini meneliti tentang keterlibatan masyarakat dalam penggalangan dana masjid untuk program Kampung Sedekah Masjid Taqwa Pecing Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang dilaksanakan di Masjid Taqwa Pecing, Sragen. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, bahwa keterlibatan masyarakat dalam program Kampung Sedekah ini membawa perubahan yang positif terhadap masjid dan masyarakat. Pemasukan kas masjid menjadi stabil, program masjid semakin beragam dan meningkatnya jemaah masjid dalam salat fardu. Keberhasilan program tersebut dapat diraih dengan adanya dukungan penuh dari masyarakat kampung Pecing sendiri, tanpa dukungan dari masyarakat keberhasilan program ini tidak akan terwujud. Manfaat penelitian ini semoga dapat menjadi inspirasi untuk masjid-masjid yang lain terutama masjid perkampungan tentang bagaimana meningkatkan pemasukan kas masjid dengan cara penggalangan dana kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Meningkatkan kualitas layanan di suatu organisasi nirlaba sangat penting untuk mencapai kepuasan pelanggan sehingga dapat menimbulkan kepedulian, rasa puas dan kepercayaan. Kualitas layanan yang baik dapat memberikan manfaat kepada pelanggan dan menjaga hubungan jangka panjang. Masjid Ash Shobiriin Rungkut, Surabaya telah menerapkan layanan yang baik kepada jemaahnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel 102 jemaah yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan jemaah hal ini dibuktikan analisis koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa 84.6% kepuasaan jemaah mampu dijelaskan oleh kualitas layanan. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu sebesar 15.4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial (individu) pada variable tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empathy terhadap kepuasan jemaah. Hasil penelitian ini berimplikasi bahwa pengurus masjid seharusnya memberikan kualitas yang baik dalam memberikan layanan kepada jemaah masjid sehingga dapat memberikan efek yang baik bagi masjid.   Kata Kunci : kualitas layanan, kepuasan, masjid

Abstract

The Taqwa Mosque in Pecing, Sragen, illuminates efforts towards optimizing the mosque's role through the "Kampung Sedekah" program, engaging the community in fundraising activities to augment the mosque's financial resources for operational expenses related to mosque programs. The inception of the "Kampung Sedekah" program stems from a meager income, insufficient to meet the operational needs of the mosque. Recognizing this, the mosque's Takmir encourages the Pecing community to actively participate in this philanthropic initiative, whereby the proceeds directly benefit the community through the mosque. This research investigates community involvement in fundraising for the Taqwa Mosque's "Kampung Sedekah" program in Pecing, Sragen. Employing a qualitative methodology with a case study approach, the research unfolds at the Taqwa Mosque in Pecing, Sragen, utilizing data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that community engagement in the "Kampung Sedekah" program brings about positive transformations for both the mosque and the community. The mosque's financial inflow stabilizes, its programs diversify, and the congregation participating in obligatory prayers witnesses an increase. The success of the program hinges on wholehearted support from the Pecing community; without such backing, the program's success would remain elusive. This research aims to inspire other mosques, particularly those in rural areas, in enhancing their financial resources through community-based fundraising initiatives.

Abstract

This study examines the development of a religious- and culture-based educational management model implemented at the Ar Rahmah Student Pesantren in Surabaya. The central problem addressed is the lack of integrated educational systems in many Islamic institutions, which tend to separate academic learning, spiritual formation, and practical competence, leaving graduates who fall short of contemporary needs for mosque leadership. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis, and were processed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. The findings show that Ar Rahmah successfully integrates undergraduate studies, a 30-juz tahfidz program, and mosque management practice into a 24-hour learning ecosystem supported by pesantren culture and transformational leadership. The model strengthens students’ spirituality, discipline, and professional competence. The study recommends further empirical evaluation involving alum career outcomes. In conclusion, the Ar Rahmah model represents an effective and replicable form of values-based Islamic educational management.
