Abstract

Improving the quality of human resources in Indonesia, especially in Ternate, a teacher plays a very important role in the field of education and has a strategic position because it is one way to create competent and quality human resources. The aim of the research was to look at the differences in subjective well-being between special school teachers and regular school teachers in Ternate. The subjects were 58 special school teachers and 61 regular school teachers with a total of 117 teachers. Based on statistical test data, the subjective well-being of regular teachers is higher with a score of 69.59% in 61 subjects and the subjective well-being of special school teachers is lower with a score of 47.46% in 58 subjects. Based on these results, it shows that there is a very significant difference in subjective well-being between special school teachers and regular school teachers, it is found that regular teachers have higher subjective well-being compared to special school teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi kreatif dengan teknik the talk show untuk mmeningkatkan kepercayaan diri pada warga binaan sosial di panti sosial bina karya wanita, kedoya Jakarta Barat. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif, Data klien dikumpulkan melalui serangkaian observasi, wawancara kepada subjek dan pegawai Panti yang bertanggung jawab dengan para WBS, Kemudian diperkuat dengan peneliti memberikan beberapa tes psikologi seperti Tes Intelegensi, Kepribadian Tes Inventory dan di dukung oleh pre-test dan pos-test skala kepercayaan diri. Hasil Penelitian meengungkapkan bahwa 10 WBS di Panti Sosial Bina Karya Wanita Kedoya Jakarta Barat memiliki sikap ragu-ragu, tidak percaya diri, takut gagal, berpikir negatif, mudah menyerah, merasa tidak berharga serta terlihat pola pikir irrasional. Hasil tersebut didukung oleh hasil pre-test skala kepercayaan diri dengan rata-rata skor 94,7 termasuk dalam kategori kepercayaan diri rendah dilihat menggunakan analisis data pattern matching.Setelah mendapatkan terapi kreatif dengan teknik talk show pada 10 Warga binaan sosial di Panti Sosial Bina Karya Wanita didapatkan perubahan perilaku seperti memiliki keyakinan diri, menjadi percaya diri, Berani menghadapi kegagalan, lebih berpikir positif, lebih mau berjuang, merasa berharga dan menjadi berpikir rasional. Hasil tersebut didukung oleh hasil post-test skala kepercayaan diri dengan rata-rata skor 53 termasuk dalam kategori kepercayaan diri tinggi.

Abstract

Jenis Penelitian ini untuk mengatasi kedisiplinan yang rendah dengan cara mengubah perilaku yang tidak taat pada perilaku menjadi perilaku yang taat pada aturan dan tertib dan dapat meringankan siswa untuk menampilkan perilaku yang lebih adaptif. Jenis Penelitian menggunakan tipe single-case experiment, yaitu penelitian yang melihat perubahan perilaku pada subyek tunggal. Penelitian tersebut banyak menerapkan analisa statistik. Pada single-case experiment, terdapat sebagian desain penelitian yang dapat digunakan. Pada penelitian tersebut, desain yang digunakan adalah A-B-A design, yaitu desain penelitian yang terdiri dari dua periode baseline sehingga memungkinkan untuk mengetahui hubungan sebab akibat antara variabel terikat dan variabel bebas. Bentuk perilaku kedisiplinan rendah yang paling sering muncul adalah tidak tertib pada cara berpakaian, dimana muncul sebanyak 42 kali. Kemudian diikuti dengan perilaku suka membadut dan perilaku melalaikan tugas guru sebanyak 34 kali. Pada saat intervensi (b) perilaku tidak tertib pada cara berpakaian yang sering muncul 145 kali dan perilaku suka membadut 107 kali, terakhir perilaku melalaikan tugas guru 107 kali. Sedangkan pada tahap baseline A2, Perilaku kedisiplinan yang rendah yang menjadi perilaku tidak tertib pada cara berpakaian yang sering muncul sebanyak 21 kali, perilaku suka membadut muncul sebanyak 20 kali, dan diikuti selanjutnya dengan perilaku melalaikan tugas guru muncul sebanyak 18 kali. Sesudah dilaksanakan dengan cara ulang baseline (A2), mean persentase tingkah laku kedisiplinan rendah mengalami penurunan dibandingkan dengan teknik intervensi, yaitu berada pada kisaran 60,6 %. Hal ini menampilkan bahwa modifikasi perilaku cukup berpengaruh dalam mengatasi perilaku kedisiplinan rendah di SMK YADIKA 9 BINTARA. This type of research is to overcome low discipline by changing behavior that does not obey the behavior that obeys the rules and olderly and can help students to display more adaptive behavior. This type of research uses the type of single-case experiment, namely research that looks at changes in behavior in a single-case experiment, namely research that looks at changes in behavior in a single subject. This research uses a lot of statistical analysis. In a single-case experiment, there are several research designs that can be used. In that study, the design used A-B-A design, which is a research design consisting of two phrases of the baseline so that it is possible to know the casual relationship between the dependent variable and the independent variable. The most frequent of low-discipline behavior appears to be disorderly in how to dress which appears 42 times. Then followed by bulging behaviors and teacher neglect behavior 34 times. At the time of intervention, disorderly behavior on how to dress often appears 21 times, constructive behavior appears as many as 20 times, and followed by behavior that neglect the teacher's task appears 18 times. After baseline repetition (A2) the mean percentage of-low discipline behavior has decreased compared to the the intervention stage. Which is in the range of 60.6 %. This shows that behavior modification is quite effective in overcoming low-discipline behavior at SMK YADIKA 9 BINTARA.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of observing and providing an overview of consumer behavior factors in online shopping. The method used in this research is literature study. The literature study itself is solely carried out by reviewing and analyzing the topic or theme being discussed. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are: consumer behavior is an act of using or spending a product that is incomplete, buying without any intention of giving, buying a product just because many people use the product. e-commerce is a development in an electronic trading system. where e-commerce is part of a lifestyle that carries out buying and selling transactions via online media in various places and at any time. Factors that can influence someone to carry out consumer behavior or hedonism can be internal or external. External factors consist of marketing or product promotion efforts, advertising, prices and discounts as well as the influencing socio-cultural environment consisting of the family as a source of information, non-commercial sources, social class, subculture and culture. Meanwhile, internal factors come from consumer psychology which consists of motivation, perception, learning, peers, personality and attitude.

Abstract

Self regulated learning (Pembelajaran mandiri) yang diatur sendiri telah muncul sebagai konstruk baru yang penting dalam pendidikan. Pemahaman kita tentang belajar mandiri telah diinformasikan oleh tiga aliran pemikiran: (1) Penelitian tentang gaya metakognitif dan pengaturan, (2) Penelitian tentang gaya belajar, dan (3) teori tentang diri, termasuk perilaku yang diarahkan pada tujuan. Berdasarkan aliran pemikiran ini, model tiga lapis disajikan. Seperti lapisan terdalam menangani pengaturan mode pemrosesan, Lapisan tengah mewakili pengaturan proses pembelajaran dan lapisan terluar menyangkut pengaturan diri. Pendidik dan peneliti akan mendapatkan keuntungan dari integrasi ketiga kerangka acuan ini ke dalam model belajar mandiri yang komprehensif. Psikoedukasi ini secara khusus berupaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada siswa-siswi perkantoran SMK , dengan populasi peserta sebanyak 43 siswa. Siswa dengan kemampuan belajar mandiri yang lebih baik dapat mengoptimalkan lingkungan belajar dan menjadi lebih progresif dalam hal pencapaian akademik. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa SRL dapat mempengaruhi pengoptimalan lingkungan belajar dan prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Background: Students are expected to complete their academic workload optimally. A common problem in education is low ability. Pressures on students include parental demands for grades and achievement, and the demands of a competitive learning environment.Aims: Islamic schools often emphasize the instillation of religious values, while public schools may focus more on the development of broader academic competencies. The aim is to examine and compare the levels of academic resilience between students from public and Islamic-based high schools.Methods: This study employed a quantitative approach using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed the data with a one-way ANOVA test in SPSS. Participants were 35 students from SMA Negeri, 27 from SMA Negeri Aliyah, 33 from SMA Muhammadiyah.  Results: The "I HAVE" (External Support) component was highest among SMAN 1 students (mean = 3.33) and the lowest among SMA Muhammadiyah students (mean = 2.09). Similarly, the “I AM” (Personal Strengths and Self-Worth) and “I CAN” (Interpersonal Skills and Problem Solving) components were also highest in SMAN 1 (mean = 3.52 and 3.32, respectively), while MAN 1 and SMA Muhammadiyah showed lower and relatively similar scores (2.39 and 2.35).Conclusion: A one-way ANOVA test showed a statistically significant difference in student resilience between the three schools (Sig = 0.000; F = 188.149).
