Abstract

Setiap industri mempunyai sistem maintenance pada peralatannya untuk menjaga kondisi peralatan agar dapat selalu digunakan untuk produksi. Perawatan peralatan pada industri dilakukan dengan melakukan inspeksi pada peralatan secara berkala. Hasil inspeksi akan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk melakukan perawatan ataupun perbaikan pada peralatan.Peralatan yang dilakukan grading antara lain adalah 31-C-101, 32-C-103, 32-C-101,31-V-101,Angka 31 menjelaskan tentang unit kerja peralatan tersebut. C adalah coloum, dan V adalah Vessel.Damage mecahanisms di tentukan berdasarkan analisa sejarah laporan pemeriksaan,API 571 dan ASME PCC3,sehingga dapat menentukan damage mecahanisms  dan isnpeksi jenis apa yang perlu dilakukan pada peralatan tersebut.Dengan berdasarkan pada API 571 maka akan mendapatkan standar prosedur damage mechanism ,selain itu di ASME PCC3 merupakan referensi untuk menentukan damage mechanism dan juga metode inspeksi yang sesuai dengan damage mecahanisms nya. Walaupun setiap peralatan sudah dilakukan inspeksi secara berkala namun korosi akan tetap terjadi ,tetapi dengan melakukan inspeksi yang tepat maka akan mendapatkan hasil pemeriksaan yang berguna untuk perawatan dan perbaikan pada alat.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Islamic law education on the validity of ijarah contracts in Islamic banks, focusing on the conditions in Indonesia. The research investigates how Islamic law education affects bank staff's understanding of the Sharia principles underlying ijarah contracts and its impact on achieving more valid implementations in accordance with Sharia provisions. The research employs a qualitative approach with a case study methodology, involving in-depth interviews and document analysis. Findings indicate that Islamic law education plays a crucial role in enhancing awareness and understanding among bank staff, thereby making a significant contribution to the development of the Islamic financial market in Indonesia. This research highlights the crucial role of Islamic law education in enhancing the validity of ijarah contracts in Islamic banks. By focusing on the influence of this education and factors affecting compliance with Sharia principles, the study provides insights into steps banks can take to improve implementation and adherence to Sharia principles. Islamic law education plays a pivotal role in deepening bank staff's understanding of the Sharia principles underpinning ijarah contracts, enabling more valid implementations in accordance with principles that prohibit riba, gharar, and maysir. Factors such as structured education and training, awareness of compliance importance, and management support in fostering a culture of compliance significantly influence the level of compliance among bank staff with Sharia principles. Abstract

This study aims to analyze teacher professional development at SDN Caturtunggal 4 to improve competence and education quality. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results indicate that teacher professional development is implemented through training organized by the education department, teacher working groups (KKG), webinars, and teacher professional education programs (PPG). Additionally, initiatives like "Senin Berbagi" are applied to share best practices within the school. The findings also reveal teachers' needs for mastering educational technology, understanding the latest curriculum, and enhancing social skills. This professional development positively impacts teachers' abilities to use innovative teaching methods, including information technology, to meet students' needs. However, challenges such as time constraints and lack of motivation persist. To address these, the school applies internal training and knowledge dissemination by trained teachers. In conclusion, teacher professional development at SDN Caturtunggal 4 enhances teaching quality but requires more inclusive policies and sustainable programs. Abstract

The increasing coverage of sexual violence cases in Indonesian online media reflects the power of the media in shaping public opinion. One of the cases in the spotlight was the reporting of Agus Buntung, a man with a disability who became a suspect in an alleged sexual assault. This study aims to analyse how the three largest online media in Indonesia, Tribunnews.com, Kompas.com, and Jawapos.com, framed the news of the Agus Buntung case, focusing on the application of the Pan & Kosicki framing model and its relevance to journalistic ethics. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with Pan & Kosicki's framing analysis method, which includes four structures: syntax, script, thematic, and rhetorical. Data sources were three headlines from each media, selected based on popularity and dominant narrative content. Each news story was analysed based on the framing tools and evaluated against journalistic ethical principles, such as balance (cover both sides), accuracy, non-discrimination, and protection of vulnerable groups, in this case people with disabilities. The results showed that the three media framed the case with a point of view that tended to corner the perpetrator, with variations in framing intensity. Tribunnews.com uses a sensational and dramatic writing style that is disproportionate to the perpetrator's condition as a person with a disability, and often uses terms that suggest negative labelling. Kompas.com emphasised the statement of the legal apparatus, but still mentioned the disability label without the context of protection. Meanwhile, Jawapos.com tried to present two sides of the narrative, but still lacked space to provide clarification from the perpetrator or his legal counsel. These findings show a tendency to violate journalistic ethics in the three media, especially in the aspects of presumption of innocence, balance, and treatment of vulnerable groups. Media framing shapes social reality that influences public perception in an emotional and non-neutral manner, as explained in Berger and Luckmann's social construction theory.

Abstract

Untuk mewujudkan lembaga pendidikan yang bermutu, diperlukan kualitas pengajaran guru yang kompeten. Meningkatkan kualitas pengajaran adalah tujuan utama dari supervisi pendidikan. Akibatnya, penting untuk memilih jenis pengawasan yang menerapkan model yang tepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini didapatkan dari berbagai jurnal, buku, dan karya tulis ilmiah lainnya. Teknik analisis data dimulai dari pengumpulan data dari buku dan jurnal kemudian direduksi dengan menelaah seluruh data yang ada kemudian data disajikan dan dibahas, yang terakhir adalah penarikan kesimpulan sehingga menjadi sebuah informasi bagi pembaca. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan ada lima model supervisi pendidikan yaitu model supervisi konvensional, ilmiah, klinik, artistic, dan perspektif Islam. Sebenarnya, supervisi dapat dilakukan melalui strategi-strategi yang harus digunakan supervisor dengan guru. Sesuai dengan kedudukan profesionalnya, supervisi pengajaran memiliki tugas-tugas tertentu.
