Abstract

The selection of software requirements elicitation techniques is very important for organizations as the first step in the software development process. This study is motivated by the existence of problems, where the organization does not understand the type of software being developed, so it is difficult to determine the right need elicitation technique. In this study, a literature review was used by collecting existing studies. Used 17 studies related to the discussion of elicitation techniques used. This study aims to review previous studies so as to produce recommendations for software requirements elicitation techniques. Based on the study, it can be concluded that interview, prototyping and JAD are most often used in software projects. In addition, for the small-medium scale software projects, more use of interviews, JAD, and ERD-based specifications. Meanwhile, the large-scale software projects involve more stakeholders with elicitation techniques such as group discussions, interviews, and parallel discussions to find joint solutions.

Abstract

Majority of organizations have a high dependence on the role of information technology (IT). IT has a very important role for a business, so IT implementation needs to be protected from various threats and disruptions to avoiding IT failures and the occurrence of IT risks that will poor impact to business activities of the organization. To ensure the sustainability of the business, an organization needs to have a business continuity planning (BCP) document. BCP is a complete set of procedures to respond to the disruption of business operations effectively and efficiently, so that business can continue continuously. During all this time, not many organizations have awareness to the importance of good BCP implementation. It is caused by the lack knowledge how to design BCP document with comprehensive, included business impact analysis and prioritize critical business processes. Organizations without BCP implementation, would potentially loss profit, because they did not have any preparation in case of disaster related to information technology which has crusial role in business organizations. This indicated that BCP is important to be implemented throughout the organization for business to continue continuously as it reduces the negative impact of business interruptions. The output of this research is the proposed BCP in the oil and gas industry using ISO 22301:2012, ISO 27031:2011 references related to business continuity in information technology, and previous research on BCP elements.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi diperlukan di era transformasi digital yang semakin berkembang. Sektor yang perlu melakukan perubahan dan inovasi yaitu Bidang Pendidikan. Salah satu pemanfaatan media informasi teknologi yaitu Website. Mitra pada pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari 8 orang guru dan 1 orang guru sekaligus menjadi admin sekolah yang difokuskan pada pengembangan sumber daya. Tujuan PkM untuk melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan website sekolah sebagai sarana promosi. Tahapan pembuatan website sekolah yaitu survei kebutuhan, perancangan menggunakan Content Management System (CMS) yaitu Wordpress, testing, sewa hosting dan domain. Tahapan terakhir adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru dan admin sekolah terkait cara mengelola konten website. Hasil evaluasi penggunaan website dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) menunjukkan rata-rata peserta pelatihan setuju bahwa website dapat dioperasikan dengan mudah, memiliki kemanfaatan bagi sekolah, dan stakholder sekolah dapat menerima media berbasis teknologi informasi dalam bentuk website sekolah. Sedangkan evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam pengelolaan konten informasi dan promosi sekolah.Abstract: Utilization of information technology media is needed when digital transformation is growing. The sector that needs to use innovation is the Education Sector. One of the uses of information technology media is the Website. Community service partners consist of 8 teachers and 1 teacher as well as school admins as resource development. The purpose of PkM is to design and create a website as a means of promotion. The stages of making a website are a needs survey, designing using a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, testing, hosting and domain rental. The last stage is the training and mentoring of teachers and admins on how to manage website content. The results of the evaluation of the use of the website with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) showed that the average participant agreed that the website could be operated easily, had benefits for schools, and school stakeholders could accept information technology-based media in the form of a website. Meanwhile, the evaluation of human resource development shows an increase in the ability of partners in managing information content and school promotion.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dunia digital telah mempengaruhi perkembangan media promosi pada suatu bisnis. Sekolah merupakan salah satu bisnis bidang pendidikan yang perlu mengikuti perkembangan penggunaan media promosi untuk memasarkan kualitas sekolahnya kepada masyarakat umum, sehingga memperoleh siswa baru dalam jumlah yang banyak. Dalam penerapannya, tidak semua sekolah menyadari akan pentingnya media promosi, seperti halnya SD Islam (SDI) Al-Khoiriyyah Surabaya yang belum memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media promosi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru SDI Al-Khoiriyyah dalam menyediakan informasi yang menarik dan informatif pada webite dan media sosial sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan 5 tahap, yaitu: observasi & wawancara, analisis, pelaksanaan pelatihan, eksplorasi Canva, dan pendampingan.. Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan secara offline dan diikuti oleh guru dan staf admin berjumlah 9 peserta. Metode evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan beberapa indikator, yaitu kemudahan, kebermanfaatan dan penerimaan teknologi informasi. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 17,5%. Selain itu, evaluasi menggunakan TAM menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan desain konten informasi untuk website dan media sosial yang dibuat oleh peserta sebesar 3,77 untuk indikator kemudahan, 4,27 untuk indikator kebermanfaatan, 4,64 untuk indikator penerimaan teknologi informasi. Abstract: The digital world has influenced the development of promotional media for a business. Schools are one of the businesses in the education sector that needs to keep up with developments in the use of promotional media to market the quality of their schools to the general public, so as to get a large number of new students. In its application, not all schools are aware of the importance of promotional media, such as the Al-Khoiriyyah Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Surabaya which has not maximized the use of promotional media. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of SDI Al-Khoiriyyah teachers in providing interesting and informative information on the school's website and social media. The implementation method uses 5 stages, namely: observation & interviews, analysis, training implementation, Canva exploration, and mentoring. This training and mentoring is carried out offline and is attended by 9 teachers and admin staff. The evaluation method uses a pre-test and post-test Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with several indicators, namely convenience, usefulness and acceptance of information technology. The results of the training evaluation using the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in knowledge of 17.5%. In addition, the evaluation using TAM showed an increase in the ability and skills of information content design for websites and social media created by participants of 3.77 for the convenience indicator, 4.27 for the usefulness indicator, 4.64 for the information technology acceptance indicator.

Abstract

Website perguruan tinggi mengalami penurunan pemeringkatan Webometric, QS World University Ranking dan klasterisasi di tingkat nasional. Peneliti melakukan riset terkait dengan adanya gap pada performa website perguruan tinggi. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor yang membentuk dimensi kualitas website (WebQual) dan pengaruhnya pada kepuasan pengguna dan niat mengunjungi kembali website perguruan tinggi. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang hasilnya diperoleh dari jawaban responden atas isian kuesioner. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling dengan total 379 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan Explanatory Factor Analysis (EFA) untuk menentukan faktor pembentuk WebQual dan Partial Least Square dengan Structural Equation Model (PSL-SEM) untuk menguji model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa EFA mampu mengelompokkan dari sepuluh variabel menjadi tiga variabel baru pembentuk dimensi WebQual sebagai second-order construct yaitu kualitas informasi, kualitas interaksi layanan, dan kemanfaatan website. Hasil PLS-SEM menunjukkan bahwa dimensi WebQual memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna, dan kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh positif terhadap niat mengunjungi kembali website perguruan tinggi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini bahwa semakin bagus kualitas website perguruan tinggi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan penggunanya. Hal ini memberi dampak pada keinginan pengguna untuk melakukan kunjungan kembali ke website perguruan tinggi di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Abstrak Di era digital ini, pemanfaatan teknologi terkini, yaitu kecerdasan buatan/Artificial Intelligence (AI) mengalami perkembangan yang pesat di dunia pendidikan. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, telah ditemukan beberapa kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di sekolah tentang pemanfaatan teknologi AI dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran.  Dalam kegiatan PkM ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada guru SMA Negeri 1 Waru Sidoarjo tentang pemanfaatan aplikasi AI, yang meliputi Humata.AI, Canva, dan Perplexity.AI. Jumlah  guru yang mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan sebanyak 28 guru. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM adalah meningkatkan kemampuan, keterampilan, dan kompetensi guru dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM diawali dengan observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dilanjutkan persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menyebarkan pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi AI. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan AI sebesar 92,86%. Selain itu, selama pendampingan, menunjukkan bahwa guru SMAN 1 Waru semakin terampil dalam menggunakan aplikasi AI dalam menyediakan bahan ajar. Kegiatan PkM ini mampu memberikan kemudahan dan meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi bagi guru dalam menyediakan bahan ajar. Kata kunci: artificial intelligence; kecerdasan bisnis; pelatihan; pendampingan; pendidikan; pengabdian. Abstract In this digital era, the use of the latest technology, namely artificial intelligence (AI), is experiencing rapid development in the world of education. Based on previous research, it has been found that several community service activities have been carried out in schools regarding the use of AI technology in organizing learning activities. In this PkM activity, training and assistance was provided to teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Waru Sidoarjo regarding the use of AI applications, which include Humata.AI, Canva, Perplexity.AI. The number of teachers who took part in this training and mentoring was 28 teachers. The aim of this PkM activity is to improve teachers' abilities, skills and competencies in the field of information technology. Implementation of PkM activities begins with observation and interviews, then continues with activity preparation, activity implementation, and evaluation. Evaluation is carried out by distributing pre-tests and post-tests to participants to determine the increase in participants' understanding and knowledge in using AI applications. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, it shows that there is an increase in teacher knowledge and skills in using AI by 92.86%. In addition, during mentoring, it was shown that SMAN 1 Waru teachers were increasingly skilled became more skilled in using AI applications in providing teaching materials. This PkM activity is able to provide convenience and increase effectiveness and efficiency for teachers in providing teaching materials. Keywords: artificial intelligence; business intelligence; education; mentoring; service; training.
