Abstract

Penggunaan Teknologi Komunikasi pada dekade ini menunjukkan peningkatan trafik data yang sangat signifikan. Dalam hal ini, operator jaringan seluler melakukan inovasi untuk mengurangi jumlah penggunaan energi yang ditimbulkan dari banyaknya jumlah energi yang digunakan tanpa mengurangi quality of service (QoS) kepada costumer. Tujuan pemanfaatan penggunaan energi ini supaya operator jaringan lebih efisiendan tidak mengurangi tingkat efektifitas dalam pemakaian energi yang dikeluarkan. Paper ini menjelaskan mengenai pemakaian jaringan dengan teknologi teknik Base-Station Sleep-Mode. Metode ini akan menjalankan auto controluntuk menjalankan fungsinya pada pemancar jaringan, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah pendekatan untuk memproses dengan menggunakan parameter-parameter yang dibutuhkan diantaranya User Association, SON (Self-Organizing Network), Cell Zooming, Traffic Prediction, dan Heterogenous Deployment. Salah satu hasil penelitian dari BS Sleeping mode menunjukkan hasil yaitu didapatkan nilai efisiensi energi hingga 90% pada akhir pekan di area bisnis dan perkantoran, dan 30-40%.

Abstract

Hospitals are an important part of the health system. This agency consists of several main services, namely Outpatient, Emergency, and Inpatient services. One type of main service that is quite complex and needs to be considered is service at inpatient installations. Regarding this inpatient service, hospitals must make a structural and functional utilization effort to be further improved by increasing the utilization of service space regarding the number of available beds. To measure the level of utilization of hospital facilities at inpatient services, hospital service indicators are needed to measure it. These indicators include BOR (Bed Ocupanccy Rate), which is the percentage of beds filled, LOS (Length of Stay), namely the average length of stay, TOI (Turn Over Interval), which is the average free time of bed, BTO (Bed Turn Over), namely the productivity of the bed. These indicators will be presented in graphical form, namely Barber Johnson Graph. From the values ​​produced by the hospital management, later it can be used as material for planning and decision-making in determining service facility policies in the future. The purpose of this study is to make modeling with a system dynamics so that the value of the indicator can have ideal parameter values. The result of this study is that a scenario is needed to increase the number of patient visits, because patient visits are too low. This is evidenced by the value of the BOR which is less than the ideal value. In addition, the duration of patient care, day of care was influenced by the variable number of patient visits. The results of the scenario show that in 2019 to 2030 the values ​​of BOR, LOS, TOI, and BTO were produced according to the ideal indicator value. Abstract

Abstrak: Pemanfaatan media teknologi informasi diperlukan di era transformasi digital yang semakin berkembang. Sektor yang perlu melakukan perubahan dan inovasi yaitu Bidang Pendidikan. Salah satu pemanfaatan media informasi teknologi yaitu Website. Mitra pada pengabdian masyarakat terdiri dari 8 orang guru dan 1 orang guru sekaligus menjadi admin sekolah yang difokuskan pada pengembangan sumber daya. Tujuan PkM untuk melakukan perancangan dan pembuatan website sekolah sebagai sarana promosi. Tahapan pembuatan website sekolah yaitu survei kebutuhan, perancangan menggunakan Content Management System (CMS) yaitu Wordpress, testing, sewa hosting dan domain. Tahapan terakhir adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada guru dan admin sekolah terkait cara mengelola konten website. Hasil evaluasi penggunaan website dengan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) menunjukkan rata-rata peserta pelatihan setuju bahwa website dapat dioperasikan dengan mudah, memiliki kemanfaatan bagi sekolah, dan stakholder sekolah dapat menerima media berbasis teknologi informasi dalam bentuk website sekolah. Sedangkan evaluasi pengembangan sumber daya manusia menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan mitra dalam pengelolaan konten informasi dan promosi sekolah.Abstract: Utilization of information technology media is needed when digital transformation is growing. The sector that needs to use innovation is the Education Sector. One of the uses of information technology media is the Website. Community service partners consist of 8 teachers and 1 teacher as well as school admins as resource development. The purpose of PkM is to design and create a website as a means of promotion. The stages of making a website are a needs survey, designing using a Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, testing, hosting and domain rental. The last stage is the training and mentoring of teachers and admins on how to manage website content. The results of the evaluation of the use of the website with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) showed that the average participant agreed that the website could be operated easily, had benefits for schools, and school stakeholders could accept information technology-based media in the form of a website. Meanwhile, the evaluation of human resource development shows an increase in the ability of partners in managing information content and school promotion.

Abstract

The problem challenged by MSMEs in ‘Rusunawa’ ( a rented simple flat belonging to the local government of Surabaya), at Wonorejo, Rungkut District, Surabaya is the low market response due to the lack of the quality of photos of MSME products as digital content. Therefore the solution offered is learning and practicing photography and digital image. The output of the activity is photos and edited photos and digital product catalogs uploaded on social media (Instagram, WhatsApp Status, and WhatsApp Business). After the training, participants are  able to create product photos for digital content. product photos made by the support  of a mini studio, properties that support the technique of taking the right angle and lighting. In addition, participants were also able to edit photos with the applications of  Photorrom and Canva. Assistance of the Team is provided by monitoring the quality of photos taken and shared on WAG. After the photo is considered good, then it will be uploaded as content on Instagram or on WA Business.

Abstract

Abstrak: Dunia digital telah mempengaruhi perkembangan media promosi pada suatu bisnis. Sekolah merupakan salah satu bisnis bidang pendidikan yang perlu mengikuti perkembangan penggunaan media promosi untuk memasarkan kualitas sekolahnya kepada masyarakat umum, sehingga memperoleh siswa baru dalam jumlah yang banyak. Dalam penerapannya, tidak semua sekolah menyadari akan pentingnya media promosi, seperti halnya SD Islam (SDI) Al-Khoiriyyah Surabaya yang belum memaksimalkan pemanfaatan media promosi. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan para guru SDI Al-Khoiriyyah dalam menyediakan informasi yang menarik dan informatif pada webite dan media sosial sekolah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan 5 tahap, yaitu: observasi & wawancara, analisis, pelaksanaan pelatihan, eksplorasi Canva, dan pendampingan.. Pelatihan dan pendampingan ini dilakukan secara offline dan diikuti oleh guru dan staf admin berjumlah 9 peserta. Metode evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan beberapa indikator, yaitu kemudahan, kebermanfaatan dan penerimaan teknologi informasi. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 17,5%. Selain itu, evaluasi menggunakan TAM menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan desain konten informasi untuk website dan media sosial yang dibuat oleh peserta sebesar 3,77 untuk indikator kemudahan, 4,27 untuk indikator kebermanfaatan, 4,64 untuk indikator penerimaan teknologi informasi. Abstract: The digital world has influenced the development of promotional media for a business. Schools are one of the businesses in the education sector that needs to keep up with developments in the use of promotional media to market the quality of their schools to the general public, so as to get a large number of new students. In its application, not all schools are aware of the importance of promotional media, such as the Al-Khoiriyyah Islamic Elementary School (SDI) Surabaya which has not maximized the use of promotional media. This community service activity aims to increase the knowledge and skills of SDI Al-Khoiriyyah teachers in providing interesting and informative information on the school's website and social media. The implementation method uses 5 stages, namely: observation & interviews, analysis, training implementation, Canva exploration, and mentoring. This training and mentoring is carried out offline and is attended by 9 teachers and admin staff. The evaluation method uses a pre-test and post-test Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with several indicators, namely convenience, usefulness and acceptance of information technology. The results of the training evaluation using the pre-test and post-test showed an increase in knowledge of 17.5%. In addition, the evaluation using TAM showed an increase in the ability and skills of information content design for websites and social media created by participants of 3.77 for the convenience indicator, 4.27 for the usefulness indicator, 4.64 for the information technology acceptance indicator.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan guru-guru mata pelajaran pendidikan kreatif dan kewirausahaan (PKK) tentang pengembangan kewirausahaan dan penyusunan ide bisnis. Ide bisnis yang diwujudkan disampaikan pada awal semester dan dinilai sebagai proses pembelajaran. Ide bisnis menjadi output dalam pembelajaran, sedangkan minat dan sikap menjadi wirausaha menjadi outcome pembelajaran. Hal ini selaras dengan tujuan sekolah menciptakan lulusan wirausaha mandiri nantinya, walaupun saat ini belum tercapai. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan berupa pelatihan dan evaluasi pelatihan. Pelatihan dihadiri oleh 60 orang yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewirausahaan SMK se-Pantai Utara Kabupaten Gresik.  Hasil evaluasi melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta menunjukkan adanya semangat dan motivasi meningkatkan pengetahuan kewirausahaan, pengembangan ide bisnis, dan peluang kolaborasi bersama siswa. Hasil pelatihan tersebut diimplementasikan bersama siswa didiknya. Output kegiatan berupa ide bisnis yang didominasi bidang tata boga, teknik dan disain sistem, serta agrobisnis. Outcome kegiatan adalah motivasi kuat peserta pelatihan untuk menyusun proposal bisnis bersama siswa yang dituangkan dalam proposal bisnis siswa di awal semester pada mata pelajaran pendidikan kewirausahaan.

Abstract

In ‘Rusunawa’ (a rented simple flat which belongs to the Surabaya government, at Wonorejo, Rungkut District, Surabaya) there are about thirty MSMEs (Micro-small-medium entrepreneurs) whose market response is relatively low. This is due to the limited number of the target market mostly ranging from those living in ‘rusunawa’ to relatives and friends contacted through social media. The business owners have not accessed to other customers through optimizing social media uses specifically to offer products and manage orders. Based on problem root, it is necessary to give the MSMEs a training to set up and manage simple application such as WhatsApps Business, Google Business, and Instagram. These applications are popular, potentially easy to learn, set, and apply by MSME owners which are household wives. The training, firstly, was not immediately expected to increase sales, rather to increase their digital literacy first. One big obstacle encountered was that household wives who mostly are above forty years old were not familiar with social media. That’s why there were only limited participants actively implementing the training. They have shown good performance in optimizing social media use falling to the areas of making account of WhatsApp Business, intensively upload content in that business application and Instagram. The training has triggered and improved the participants’ digital literacy.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dan bisnis yang begitu cepat, menuntut perusahan untuk terus berkembang seperti pada fasilitas Kesehatan yaitu rumah sakit. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan guna menjawab tuntutan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik adalah dengan melakukan investasi di bidang teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap investasi yang dilakukan oleh sebuah rumah sakit. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk menganalisis kelayakan investasi TI yaitu dilakukan menggunakan metode Information Economic (IE). Berdasarkan hasil analisis non finansial manfaat yang diperoleh yaitu adanya penghematan biaya kertas untuk laporan dan pengurangan tenaga SDM (operator), menghemat biaya penggajian karyawan, dan membantu mencapai tujuan strategis perusahaan. Selanjutnya berdasarkan hasil analisis finansial, Nilai ROI sebesar 1,00% yang menunjukan keuntungan dari investasi mencapai 1 kali lipat dari total investasi 5 tahun. Nilai NPV sebesar Rp. 9.477.162 yang menunjukan nilainya lebih dari 0 (>0) dan Nilai PP sebesar 1 bulan. Berdasarkan Dampak ekonomis dan kelayakan investasi menunjukan bahwa penghematan langsung biaya operasional selama 5 tahun sebesar Rp. 131.762.250. Sedangkan skor akhir proyek sebesar 75,01 dengan skor minimal -20 dan skor maksimal 100, sehingga menghasilkan justifikasi kategori Layak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceived usefulness of users of the DIKUPASI application at Diskopukmperindag in Mojokerto City by using the Usability model approach with 4 variables, namely Learnability, Flexibility, Effectiveness, and Attitude, and to analyze this usefulness on application user satisfaction and performance improvement. DIKUPASI is an institutional application that functions to monitor and update data on UKM in Mojokerto City. The research was conducted on surveyors in the City of Mojokerto using a sampling technique of 42 surveyors spread across the City of Mojokerto. The collection of research data was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data processing is done with the SmartPLS application. The data processing that has been done shows that there are 2 hypotheses H4 and H5 obtained from the Usability model which have a significant and positive influence. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the perception of satisfaction with the DIKUPASI application is positively and significantly influenced by user attitudes. Perceived performance improvement for DIKUPASI application users is significantly influenced positively by user satisfaction. Participation in research on the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade in Mojokerto City which adopted the DIKUPASI application is necessary to pay attention to the perceptions of user attitudes so that users feel satisfied in using the application and can improve user performance. The perception of satisfaction can be created through encouragement of surveyors' willingness and how the DIKUPASI application has benefits that can help surveyors' work.

Abstract

Productive Micro Business Assistance (BPUM) is a government policy. This assistance has been carried out since the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. The Mojokerto city government conducts a selection of MSMEs which is expected to avoid errors in determining MSME assistance. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is developed using the Weighted Product method to make it easier and faster to determine MSMEs that are eligible to receive assistance. The stages of system development start from problem analysis, data collection, analysis of method application, and system development. Based on the calculation of the resulting S vector, the largest value is 0.10568 and the smallest value is 0.05886 from 9382 MSME data. The last calculation is the V vector value which produces recommendations in the form of data ranking that can be used by the Mojokerto City Diskopukmperindag to determine which MSMEs are entitled to receive assistance. The results of the selected alternatives are in accordance with the ranking with the largest value of 0.10568 and the smallest value of 0.05886. Providing recommendations by the decision support system to policy makers can be based on the largest relative preference value owned by MSMEs.
