Abstract

ABSTRAKSekolah Dasar Islam (SDI) Al-Khoiriyyah merupakan salah satu sekolah yang terdampak atas perubahan proses kegiatan belajar selama pandemi Covid-19. Hal tersebut berdampak pada penurunan motivasi yang belum semuanya memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Sementara guru semestinya harus tetap menjaga kompetensinya sebagai pendidik sebagaimana tertuang dalam undang-undang guru. Cara pengajaran yang digunakan guru dianggap sudah tidak sesuai lagi dengan gaya belajar siswa pada masa sekarang. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan  bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan motivasi guru dalam menggunakan media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan. Dalam pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan  ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab antara narasumber dan mitra. Sementara dalam pendampingan dilakukan dengan interaksi secara dinamis antara fasilitator dengan mitra. Hasil pelaksanaan pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman mitra terkait dengan kompetensi dan motivasi guru dimana terjadi peningkatan skor dari 61,11 untuk pre-test dan meningkat menjadi 83,33 untuk skor post-test. Hasil yang dicapai pada saat pendampingan juga menunjukkan telah perubahan perilaku guru berupa 100% guru telah menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbasis digital. Kata kunci: kompetensi; motivasi; media pembelajaran; pembelajaran digital; wordwall. ABSTRACTAl-Khoiriyyah Islamic Elementary School (SDI) is one of the schools affected by changes in the learning process during the Covid-19 pandemic. This has an impact on a decrease in motivation, which has not all utilized digital-based learning media. Meanwhile, teachers should maintain their competence as educators as stated in the teacher law. The teaching method used by the teacher is considered no longer in accordance with the current learning style of students. The community service program carried out aims to improve the competence and motivation of teachers in using digital-based learning media. The implementation method used is training and mentoring. The training was carried out with lectures, discussions, and questions and answers between resource persons and partners. Meanwhile, the assistance is carried out by dynamic interaction between the facilitator and partners. The results of the training showed that there was an increase in partner understanding related to teacher competence and motivation where there was an increase in the score from 61.11 for the pre-test and increased to 83.33 for the post-test score. The results achieved during the mentoring also show that there has been a change in teacher behavior in the form of 100% of teachers having produced digital-based learning media products. Keywords: competence; motivation; learning media; digital learning; wordwall.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators who have the main task of educating and guiding students at school. A teacher must have 4 main competencies, namely pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. One of the supporting professional needs to support the teaching and learning process is to attend workshops and training. Most of the MGMP RPL SMK teachers in East Java Province only focus on the field of Software Engineering so they forget about the field of user interface and user experience which are supporting components of an application. The MGMP RPL teachers' knowledge and skills in UI and UX design are still relatively low, so they need to be provided with UI/UX training in the form of mobile applications and website applications using figma. This training is held online with a duration of 2 days, 3 speakers every day. The output of this training is 55 user interface and user experience designs for mobile applications and website applications

Abstract

Fenomena Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) ESM Collection sampai saat ini masih belum memaksimalkan strategi pemasaran dengan digital marketing yang sangat diperlukan dalam situasi saat pandemi maupun pasca pandemi Covid 19. Penjualan masih banyak dilakukan secara konvensional menunggu pembeli datang ke rumah, ke workshop ataupun melalui pameran. Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan guna meningkatkan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan kemampuan digital marketing, merancang content digital marketing untuk produk ESM Collection dan memberikan pendampingan penguasaan penjualan online. Mitra dalam program ini aadalah UMKM ESM Collection yang terletak di Semolowaru Surabaya dengan produk kreatif seperti tas, dompet, kap lampu, payung dan kipas yang terbuat dari kertas semen bekas. Metode pelaksanaan program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan penggunaan digital marketing melalui aktivitas mempersiapkan konten sosial media, redesain konten, melakukan pendampingan penggunaan digital marketing dan pelaporan pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah UMKM ESM saat ini telah memiliki akun dan mampu menggunakan media sosial youtube.com, facebook dan instagram sebagai strategi digital marketing. Melalui pemanfaatan media sosial yang optimal oleh UMKM mitra dapat memberikan alternatif pengenalan dan pemasaran produk yang tidak hanya menunggu pembeli datang ke rumah atau memanfaatkan media pameran kolektif. Hasil lain yang dicapai menginformasikan bahwa mitra sudah mampu melakukan transaksi penjualan berbasis online.

Abstract

The website is an information technology facility that is the main branding tool for universities. This research uses studies at tertiary institutions that have changed from high schools to universities. This change has an impact on reducing the number of users accessing the website, so it is necessary to analyze the quality of the website to improve the image of universities. The aim was to analyze the quality of the website on the image of the university by mediating brand awareness, and its impact on user satisfaction and the intention to revisit the university's website. This research is quantitative research with a survey method. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Questionnaires were distributed to respondents who met the criteria via Google Form in 2023 and obtained 278 respondents. The analysis technique used was Partial Least Square with Structure Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using measurement model evaluation and structural model evaluation using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong influence of website quality in building a college's brand image. Improving the quality of the website is proven to be able to increase brand awareness and the image of higher education institutions. The impact of improving the university's image is increasing website user satisfaction so that there is an intention from users to revisit the university's website in the future.

Abstract

One of the impacts of the Covid-19 Pandemic is the change of learning process in elementary schools from offline learning to online learning. The results of the observations at Al-Khoiriyyah islamic elementary school show that partners still had difficulties in utilizing information technology facilities besides there was also a decrease in the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process. The community service team offers solutions by providing training related to interactive learning media and the utilization of technology using the wordwall application. The wordwall application can attract the enthusiasm of teachers and students in the learning process by utilizing various features. This training was attended by 8 participants located at UHW Perbanas on June 24, 2022. The methods used were discussion, independent practice, and evaluation obtained from filling out the pre-test and post-test. The results of the training and mentoring show that 100% of the training participants are able to use wordwalls. The learning media using this wordwall had a significant effect and this was shown by the practical results of each participant who successfully completed the tasks given by the community service team which is 8 participants successfully made a quiz using the wordwall application.

Abstract

Abstrak Di era digital ini, pemanfaatan teknologi terkini, yaitu kecerdasan buatan/Artificial Intelligence (AI) mengalami perkembangan yang pesat di dunia pendidikan. Berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, telah ditemukan beberapa kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan di sekolah tentang pemanfaatan teknologi AI dalam penyelenggaraan kegiatan pembelajaran.  Dalam kegiatan PkM ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan pada guru SMA Negeri 1 Waru Sidoarjo tentang pemanfaatan aplikasi AI, yang meliputi Humata.AI, Canva, dan Perplexity.AI. Jumlah  guru yang mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan sebanyak 28 guru. Tujuan dari kegiatan PkM adalah meningkatkan kemampuan, keterampilan, dan kompetensi guru dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan PkM diawali dengan observasi dan wawancara, kemudian dilanjutkan persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan menyebarkan pre-test dan post-test kepada peserta untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman dan pengetahuan peserta dalam menggunakan aplikasi AI. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru dalam menggunakan AI sebesar 92,86%. Selain itu, selama pendampingan, menunjukkan bahwa guru SMAN 1 Waru semakin terampil dalam menggunakan aplikasi AI dalam menyediakan bahan ajar. Kegiatan PkM ini mampu memberikan kemudahan dan meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi bagi guru dalam menyediakan bahan ajar. Kata kunci: artificial intelligence; kecerdasan bisnis; pelatihan; pendampingan; pendidikan; pengabdian. Abstract In this digital era, the use of the latest technology, namely artificial intelligence (AI), is experiencing rapid development in the world of education. Based on previous research, it has been found that several community service activities have been carried out in schools regarding the use of AI technology in organizing learning activities. In this PkM activity, training and assistance was provided to teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Waru Sidoarjo regarding the use of AI applications, which include Humata.AI, Canva, Perplexity.AI. The number of teachers who took part in this training and mentoring was 28 teachers. The aim of this PkM activity is to improve teachers' abilities, skills and competencies in the field of information technology. Implementation of PkM activities begins with observation and interviews, then continues with activity preparation, activity implementation, and evaluation. Evaluation is carried out by distributing pre-tests and post-tests to participants to determine the increase in participants' understanding and knowledge in using AI applications. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test, it shows that there is an increase in teacher knowledge and skills in using AI by 92.86%. In addition, during mentoring, it was shown that SMAN 1 Waru teachers were increasingly skilled became more skilled in using AI applications in providing teaching materials. This PkM activity is able to provide convenience and increase effectiveness and efficiency for teachers in providing teaching materials. Keywords: artificial intelligence; business intelligence; education; mentoring; service; training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perceived usefulness of users of the DIKUPASI application at Diskopukmperindag in Mojokerto City by using the Usability model approach with 4 variables, namely Learnability, Flexibility, Effectiveness, and Attitude, and to analyze this usefulness on application user satisfaction and performance improvement. DIKUPASI is an institutional application that functions to monitor and update data on UKM in Mojokerto City. The research was conducted on surveyors in the City of Mojokerto using a sampling technique of 42 surveyors spread across the City of Mojokerto. The collection of research data was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Data processing is done with the SmartPLS application. The data processing that has been done shows that there are 2 hypotheses H4 and H5 obtained from the Usability model which have a significant and positive influence. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the perception of satisfaction with the DIKUPASI application is positively and significantly influenced by user attitudes. Perceived performance improvement for DIKUPASI application users is significantly influenced positively by user satisfaction. Participation in research on the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, Industry and Trade in Mojokerto City which adopted the DIKUPASI application is necessary to pay attention to the perceptions of user attitudes so that users feel satisfied in using the application and can improve user performance. The perception of satisfaction can be created through encouragement of surveyors' willingness and how the DIKUPASI application has benefits that can help surveyors' work.

Abstract

Productive Micro Business Assistance (BPUM) is a government policy. This assistance has been carried out since the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indonesia. The Mojokerto city government conducts a selection of MSMEs which is expected to avoid errors in determining MSME assistance. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that is developed using the Weighted Product method to make it easier and faster to determine MSMEs that are eligible to receive assistance. The stages of system development start from problem analysis, data collection, analysis of method application, and system development. Based on the calculation of the resulting S vector, the largest value is 0.10568 and the smallest value is 0.05886 from 9382 MSME data. The last calculation is the V vector value which produces recommendations in the form of data ranking that can be used by the Mojokerto City Diskopukmperindag to determine which MSMEs are entitled to receive assistance. The results of the selected alternatives are in accordance with the ranking with the largest value of 0.10568 and the smallest value of 0.05886. Providing recommendations by the decision support system to policy makers can be based on the largest relative preference value owned by MSMEs.
