Abstract

Media bacaan sastra berkembang dan memberikan berbagai tawaran menarik kepada siswa tingkat sekolah menengah untuk diapresiasi. Siswa disuguhkan berbagai pilihan media bacaan sastra, dalam bentuk cetak maupun digital. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan preferensi siswa terhadap bacaan sastra; cetak atau digital. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memetakan kesukaan siswa terhadap media bacaan sastra yang dapat digunakan sebagai referensi guru bahasa Indonesia dalam menentukan sumber belajar. Metode penelitian ini adalah mix methode. Pengumpulan data dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan menyiapkan kuesioner dan daftar pertanyaan wawancara. Data penelitian berupa jawaban kuesioner dan wawancara terkait persepsi siswa tentang bacaan sastra cetak dan bacaan sastra digital. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas X, XI, dan XII SMAN 1 Kraksaan. Peneliti menyusun lembar instrumen dan diunggah melalui google form untuk diisi oleh siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Temuan penelitian berdasarkan aspek pengalaman pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan minat baca menunjukkan bahwa siswa memilih media bacaan sastra digital. Sedangkan pada aspek keunggulan dan penguasaan konsep sastra ditemukan bahwa preferensi media bacaan sastra siswa SMAN 1 Kraksaan adalah sastra cetak. Temuan penelitian ini berimplikasi pada pemilihan media bacaan sastra yang digunakan guru Bahasa Indonesia. Guru Bahasa Indonesia menggunakan media bacaan sastra untuk meningkatkan minat baca sastra dan memanfaatkan media bacaan sastra cetak untuk memajankan konsep-konsep kesastraan pada siswa sekolah menengah atas.

Abstract

Abstract: Indonesian was originally Malay which was agreed at the 1928 youth congress as a unified language for the Indonesian nation. The presence of foreign students, especially Thais, is an attraction for researchers to conduct research on Thai students' enthusiasm for learning Indonesian. This research aims to find out how enthusiastic Thai students are in learning Indonesian. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method with data sources obtained through observation and interviews. The results of this research are, 1) Immersion Program in BIPA Learning at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, 2) Learning BIPA by Role Playing, 3) Folklore (Floklore) in BIPA Learning at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, and 4) Student Communication Accommodation Thailand at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung.   Keywords: enthusiasm, learning Indonesian, BIPA, Thailand.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative-descriptive research. This study also uses two methods, namely descriptive and explanative. Both methods are used to describe and explain the phenomenon of social expression and cultural values of Javanese society in the film “Lemantun”. The phenomenon includes its form, purpose, and context.Given these paper, the researcher seeks to examine the social expressions and cultural values of the Javanese people through the film "Lemantun" by Wregas Bhanuteja. This study aims to find the relationship between social expression and cultural values that exist in Javanese society. Therefore, the purpose of writing this paper is (1) to find out what forms of social expression and cultural values can be learned from the film "Lemantun", (2) what interpretations are found in social expressions and cultural values.This study uses the film "Lemantun" as the data source. The data analyzed are utterances or sentences spoken by the players. In this analysis, the researcher attempts to link social expressions and cultural values in the film by associating elements of Javanese culture in Indonesia, considering that the film "Lemantun" is a Javanese-language film entitled "Wardrobe".The results of this study include the discovery of social expressions and cultural values that exist in Javanese society. This research also seeks to find out how the Javanese people think and the real social etiquette.
