Abstract

Investasi adalah sesuatu yang harus dilakukan hari ini. Spekulasi itu sendiri pada dasarnya adalah bermacam-macam uang atau apa yang bisa diukur dengan apa yang merupakan dana investasi yang akan digunakan untuk apa yang ada di toko. Hari ini sebagian besar menempatkan sumber daya ke dalam saham. Saham merupakan proteksi yang dijual di pasar modal. Pasar modal dibagi menjadi 2 (dua) jenis, yaitu pasar modal reguler dan pasar modal syariah.Dari hasil tinjauan ini, cenderung dianggap bahwa perlindungan perubahan pasar modal syariah harus dari organisasi yang dalam menyelesaikan latihan fungsionalnya tidak bergumul dengan standar syariah. Sedangkan di pasar modal adat tidak ada prinsip yang mengatur pelaksanaan fungsi organisasi. Alasan sahnya pasar modal syariah pada hakekatnya adalah Al-Qur'an dan Hadist yang ditegaskan oleh Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) sedangkan pasar modal biasa adalah UU Pasar Modal, tepatnya UU No 8 Tahun 1995. Dalam pelaksanaannya Dari segi modal, pasar modal syariah diatur oleh DSN (Dewan Syariah Nasional), sedangkan pasar modal reguler tidak. Catatan biaya saham biasa termasuk IHSG, LQ45, Kompas 100 dan sebagainya, dan file biaya saham Syariah adalah JII (Jakarta Islamic Index) dan DES (Daftar Saham Syariah).

Abstract

Murabahah adalah akad jual beli barang dengan harga jual sebesar harga perolehan di tambah keuntungan yang di sepakatidan penjual harus mengungkapkan biaya perolehan barang tersebut kepada pemilik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa transaksi murabahah tidak harus dalam bentuk pembayaran tangguh (kredit), melainkan dapat juga dalam bentuk tunai setelah menerima barang, di tangguhkan dengan mencicil setelah menerimah barang ataupun di tangguhkan dengan membayar sekaligus di kemudian hari (PSAK 102 paragraf 8). Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, jenis pendekatan yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka dan dokumentasi.Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa akad murabahah dan akad kekuasaan didukung oleh syariah. Demikian pula, harus ada pembedaan yang jelas antara keistimewaan dan kewajiban akad murabahah dan kemampuan untuk membeli. Dalam akad murabahah dengan daya beli, bank adalah pedagang pada saat akad murabahah terjadi dan nasabah sebagai pembeli. Sementara itu, dalam kekuasaan untuk membeli, bank ditempatkan sebagai pemberi kekuatan dan nasabah adalah penerima manfaat dari perjanjian akad tersebut. Akad murabahah dilaksanakan setelah kuasa hukum untuk membeli terjadi.

Abstract

Although Machine Learning and Deep Learning technologies have been widely used and have shown high accuracy in many applications, including in the health field, their application in early detection of heart disease still has room for improvement. Further research is needed to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of this process. This study aims to understand and improve the process of ECG signal extraction and classification based on Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Essentially, this research aims to evaluate and compare various models, focusing on the Random Forest and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) models. The study reviews several related researches, especially those focusing on the process of extraction and classification of ECG signals using Machine Learning and Deep Learning. After extraction and classification of data, an evaluation and comparison process is conducted to determine the best performing model. From the research conducted, it was found that Machine Learning methods generally show an accuracy rate between 97.02% - 99.66%, with the Random Forest method having an accuracy of 97.02%. Meanwhile, the CNN method shows a higher accuracy rate, which is between 98.75% - 100%. Thus, this research confirms the superiority of CNN in this classification process, and shows potential for further use in early detection of heart disease.

Abstract

HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) is a type of virus that causes the body's immune system to malfunction. AIDS, also known as Acute Immune Deficiency Syndrome, is a group of diseases that develop as a result of HIV infection in the body. Injecting drug use, Promiscuous sex, especially sex with the same sex, Through blood transfusion From mother to child, Oral sex. HIV transmission can be prevented by being faithful to one's partner, avoiding multiple partners, avoiding drug use especially through needles and proper HIV education on transmission, prevention and treatment can help prevent HIV transmission in the community. Yayasan Vesta Indonesia is a group of volunteers who conduct health education on sexual and reproductive health issues in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how influential corporate image is on customer loyalty (consumer loyalty) for users of Scooter Jam motorcycle repair shops in Joglo, West Jakarta. This study uses Shirley Harrison's theory, which states that a complete fact related to the corporate image. The methodology of this research is explanatory quantitative, which explains the effect of a variable with other variables in testing the hypothesis. Data collection was taken by non-probabilty sampling method using conventional sampling technique. Data collection includes questionnaires, online questionnaires, data analysis, data interpretation, and conclusions. Primary data in the form of a questionnaire on a Likert scale model with a sample of 95 people from a population of 1435 people using the Taro Yamane, Isaac and Michael formula. Statistical analysis and data processing using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between Corporate Image at Scooter Jam workshops on its Consumer Loyalty. The benefits of this research include the development of communication science, especially in the field of Public Relations, that corporate image can affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Tridharma of Higher Education contains three important points, namely education, research and community service. One way to implement the tridharma of higher education is to do community service. Community service on this occasion was carried out with the partner of SMK BM Budi Agung. In the digitalization era, children's creativity becomes very important, because it is necessary to provide computing programs such as Microsoft Office, one of which is Microsoft Excel. The need for education about computer applications regarding Microsoft Excel. Therefore, the solution offered is in the form of training that aims to make SMK students have the ability to understand Microsoft Excel, understand functions and can process numbers and make simple financial reports with Microsoft Excel. The final result of Community Service activities by evaluating learning outcomes. The results of this activity, students are able to process data with various formulas using Microsoft Office Excel 2010. This activity has a good impact on increasing Hard Skill Skills for Vocational Students.
