Abstract

The existence of digital platforms provides a new space for people to interact. In this case, interaction in the form of activism also takes advantage of the role of technology in carrying out social movements. This social movement can then influence how the implementation of state administration in Indonesia is carried out. This research then examines how digital activism through social movements affects state administration in Indonesia. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study comes from various research results and previous studies, which still have relevance to the contents of this research. The results of this study then found that the emergence of technology caused many people to become literate in the world of activism. This causes many changes in the dynamics of the Indonesian state, especially in politics. The emergence of digital activism has led to the need for various changes in regulations and administrative regulations in Indonesia.

Abstract

Identity politics is a response to political behaviour by a person or group of people who share an identity, such as ethnicity, religion, culture, and gender. Identity politics is also often related to discourse (issue, language, imagery, or other communication expressions) to be used as one of the instruments for the political elite, which is usually done in the electoral arena. Identity politics always emphasizes the interests of its group, in the political identity of tribes and ethnicity to be an important role as a symbol of culture that has its own potential and gives strength in conducting political action. Using a qualitative analytical approach, this paper tried to see the position of one of the Islamic-based community organizations in the election governor and deputy governor of Central Java. The association between NU as a religious social organization with the process and political reality is happening. This paper essentially shows that Islamic Community organizations has evolved into a religious social organization that has increasingly dynamic and open political minds and attitudes. But NU’s political position is culturally welcome NU citizens to be active in any practical political activity but NU insists that it does not reflect the NU movement institutionally an individual movement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of digital media use in the Lapor Mas Wapres Program using indicators developed by Bruhn et al. in Bimaskara (2020), namely: media attractiveness, media clarity, completeness of media information, and ease of media access. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with content analysis techniques on the official Lapor Mas Wapres website. The results show that the digital media in this program has good visual appeal and navigation, but still lacks visual innovation and interactivity. The clarity of information is considered sufficient, but is not yet equipped with digital literacy to counter misinformation. In terms of completeness of information, this program provides a number of important information such as rules and terms of service, but lacks a comprehensive explanation of procedures and complaint mechanisms. Ease of access is relatively good through gadgets and WhatsApp, but is not yet fully friendly for people with disabilities.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the phenomenon of infidelity among Civil Servants through the perspective of social role theory that emphasizes the influence of norms, social expectations, and sanctions on individual behavior. Civil Servants infidelity not only reflects individual moral deviations but also has serious repercussions on the image and integrity of government institutions. This study employs a qualitative approach with literature analysis, online news content analysis, and review of regulations such as Government Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning the Discipline of Civil Servants. The results indicate that cases of Civil Servants infidelity undermine public trust and have significant social and professional consequences. Although regulations have explicitly outlined sanctions, their implementation in the field still faces various challenges, including inconsistencies in law enforcement and organizational cultural resistance. This study emphasizes the importance of enforcing social norms and maintaining an integrity-driven bureaucracy to uphold public trust in civil servants.
