Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the analysis of the use of picture and picture media to increase learning creativity in part of the body material at Nida Suksasat School Satun Thailand. This research methodology is qualitative research which describes data using a series of sentences (Moleong, 2018). To collect, observation, interviews and documentation approaches were used as research data collection techniques. The researcher's data analysis process includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research indicate that the analysis of the use of picture and picture media at the Nida Suksasat School, Satun Thailand, uses learning media to increase learning creativity in Part of the Body material for fourth grade students at the Nida Suksasat School, Satun Thailand, that the Picture and Picture learning media greatly influences students' interest in learning. Study. This is in accordance with Arsyad's (2010) statement that the use of Picture and Picture learning media in the teaching and learning process can arouse students' interest or desire to learn. At the first meeting the teacher only used LKS books and it was seen that the students' creativity in learning was slightly lacking and the students looked more passive. In contrast to the second meeting where the teacher used more interesting media, namely using Picture and Picture, it could be seen that students' creativity in learning was increasing and students looked more active. Student activity can be seen when the teacher actively asks questions to students, students answer immediately and when they feel they do not understand what the teacher is saying, students will immediately ask the teacher without feeling embarrassed. Students also feel happy and enjoy every process in learning. With the existence of learning media, the learning process will take place effectively and this will have a positive impact on learning outcomes. Good learning outcomes can be realized because there is a good and optimal learning process. A good learning process can be created because there is learning media that supports it.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa buku Pop Up Book guna meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas IV SD. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif, serta minimnya partisipasi siswa dalam kegiatan berbicara di kelas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahapan: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV dan guru SD Negeri 054914 Kota Lama. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket validasi dari ahli materi, ahli desain, dan ahli bahasa, serta angket kepraktisan dari guru dan siswa. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media Pop Up Book sangat layak digunakan dengan nilai kelayakan 75% dari ahli materi, 96% dari ahli desain, dan 75% dari ahli bahasa. Hasil uji kepraktisan menunjukkan bahwa guru memberikan penilaian sebesar 100% dan siswa sebesar 85%, yang termasuk kategori sangat praktis. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, media Pop Up Book dinyatakan layak dan praktis untuk digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning media in the form of word puzzles used to support the process of learning to read beginning in grade II Elementary School students. This study uses the Research and Development (RD) method with the ADDIE development model consisting of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The subjects in this study were grade II teachers and students of SD Negeri 054914 Kota Lama. The instruments used included expert validation questionnaires and practicality questionnaires for teachers and students. The validation results showed that the word puzzle media obtained a feasibility percentage of 75% from material experts, 90% from design experts, and 87% from language experts included in the "very feasible" category. Meanwhile, the results of the practicality test showed that teachers gave an assessment of 100% and students 89%, both of which were included in the "practical to use" category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the word puzzle media is feasible and practical to use as an aid in learning to read beginning.

Abstract

Education is an effort to improve the quality of human resources and encourage more productive individual development. This enables individuals to bring about change in their own lives and acquire the ability to contribute to society. High-quality human resources are very important for a country. Science in primary school is very important. Science has the potential to develop students’ thinking abilities, problemsolving skills, and hidden potential. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on science process skills in science lessons in Grade IV at the Kepong Learning Centre in Malaysia. The results of the study showed a sig value of 0.000, with Ha accepted and H0 rejected. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the problem-based learning model on science process skills in science lessons in Grade IV at the Kepong Learning Centre in Malaysia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Namun, penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap Implementation. (1) Tahap Analysis mencakup analisis kebutuhan siswa, karakteristik siswa, serta analisis kurikulum. (2) Tahap Design adalah tahap perancangan media Peta Budaya Indonesia Berbasis AI, mulai dari penyusunan desain, materi, hingga instrumen penelitian. (3) Tahap Development meliputi validasi media oleh ahli materi, ahli bahasa, dan ahli desain untuk memastikan kevalidan produk. (4) Tahap Implementation merupakan uji coba penggunaan media Peta Budaya Indonesia Berbasis AI di SD IT - Ummu Hafidzah, yang melibatkan respon guru dan siswa terhadap kepraktisan media. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk media pembelajaran berbentuk Peta Budaya Indonesia Berbasis AI yang telah melalui proses validasi dan uji kepraktisan. Hasil validasi dari ahli materi menunjukkan tingkat kevalidan sebesar 95,38% (sangat valid), ahli bahasa 90% (sangat valid), dan ahli desain media 94,28% (sangat valid). Hasil uji kepraktisan oleh guru memperoleh skor 96,36 % (sangat praktis), sedangkan respon siswa mencapai 90,40% (sangat praktis). Dengan demikian, media Peta Budaya Indonesia Berbasis AI yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam pembelajaran IPAS, khususnya dalam memahami konsep keberagaman budaya Indonesia di kelas IV SD.

Abstract

Penelitian tujuannya mengkaji dampak penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) terhadap kemampuan membaca siswa fase II di Sanggar Belajar Kepong, Malaysia. Pendekatan CRT berfokus pada integrasi latar belakang budaya dan pengalaman belajar siswa membentuk proses belajar lebih kontekstual dan bermakna. Penelitian memanfaatkan metode kuantitatif desain pra-eksperimental tipe One Group Pretest–Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 11 siswa fase II yakni kelas III dan IV dipilih memanfaatkan teknik sampling total. Alat penelitian meliputi tes pemahaman bacaan teks informatif yang diberi sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Analisis data dilaksanakan memanfaatkan statistik deskriptif dan uji t sampel berpasangan berbantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Analisis melihatkan kenaikan rata-rata skor siswa dari 50,64 saat pretest ke 77,74 saat posttest. Nilai signifikansi uji t 0,000 (< 0,05) melihatkan terdapat beda signifikan hasil pretest dan posttest. Oleh karena itu, simpulannya penerapan pendekatan CRT memiliki efek signifikan menambah kemampuan membaca siswa fase II di Sanggar Belajar Kepong, Malaysia.
