Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of service excellence and customer perceptions on the success of the Program Simpedes Hadiah Langsung at BRI Unit Ngrengket Kanca Nganjuk Unit. This research is quantitative-descriptive. The technique of sampling is saturated sampling. Saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. Therefore, the sample of this research is the Program Simpedes Hadiah Langsung Customers at Bank BRI Ngrengket Kanca Nganjuk Unit as many as 40 customers. The data collection techniques used are 1) Questionnaire and 2) Item Validity Test Documentation is done by using Product Moment correlation technique from Person. While the reliability test using Alpha Croanbach. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence of service excellence and customer perceptions of the Program Simpedes Hadiah Langsung at BRI Bank Ngrengket Kanca Nganjuk Unit. Meanwhile, partially the success of the Program Simpedes Hadiah Langsung can be explained by the perception variable in Bank BRI Kanca Nganjuk customers. Service excellence at the BRI unit Ngrengket Kanca Nganjuk can be measured from each of the following indicators: Attitude, Attention, Action, Ability, Appearance, Accountability. For Customer Perception, it can be measured using each of the following indicators: Product Knowledge, Professionalism, Reputation. Meanwhile, the success of the Program Simpedes Hadiah Langsung can be measured using the following indicators: Increase in Balance, Increase of Customers, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Employee engagement or employee attachment to the workplace needs to be deeply instilled because there is a sense of attachment to organizational members both physically, cognitively and emotionally, it is hoped that it can foster a sense of self-motivation in educators and create employee engagement in addition to the existence of a conducive school work climate which will also not be separated from the role of school leadership. This study aims to determine the effect partially and simultaneously between leadership style and organizational work climate on employee engagement. This type of research is descriptive and verification research with a quantitative research approach. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and hypothesis test. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of leadership style and organizational work climate on employee engagement of teachers of SMK Al Khoiriyah Tulungagung. Then the influence of leadership style and organizational work climate on teacher employee engagement was 74.2%. Then partially the leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement of teachers at SMK Al Khoiriyah Tulungagung and partially the organizational work climate has a positive and significant effect on teacher employee engagement at SMK Al Khoiriyah Tulungagung.

Abstract

Persaingan antar lembaga pendidikan setelah SMA semakin ketat dengan adanya digital.Promosi dapat dilakukan mengunakan berbagai platform digital yang bisa diakses setiap orang.LP3I adalah salah satu lembaga yang memanfaatkan hal – hal yang berhubungan dengan digital untuk sarana pemasaran.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengambarkan bagaimana divisi pemasaran LP3I Kediri menjalankan strategi pemasaran digital.Desain penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kualitatif.Subyek penelitian ini adalah divisi pemasaran LP3I Kediri dan obyek penelitian ini adalah strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh divisi pemasaran Kediri.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa divisi pemasaran LP3I Kediri memanfaatkan dengan baik digital.Sosial media yang paling banyak digunakan adalah Instagram sedangkan Facebook dan Twiiter digunakan sebagai pendukung strategi pemasaran. Instagram digunakan untuk beberapa tujuan seperti mempertahankan awareness pada LP3I Kediri, memberikan informasi tentang dunia vokasi, prospek lulusan, memberikan informasi even – even digital yang diselenggarakan LP3I Kediri. Semua fitur yang ada di sosial media dimaksimalkan dengan baik. Hasil dari strategi pemasaran digital yang dilakukan oleh divisi LP3I Kediri berhasil dengan baik dengan tercapainya target yang diberikan oleh LP3I Kediri

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan dan brand image merupakan kunci bagi perbankan untuk tetap eksis di tengah persaingan perbankan yang semakin ketat dalam membentuk loyalitas nasabah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand image terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit A. Yani Cabang Nganjuk. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan rancangan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah KUR di BRI unit A. Yani pada Bulan Juni 2021. Besar sampel penelitian ini sebesar 94 orang. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitas Pelayanan dan Brand Image, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah Loyalitas Nasabah. Instrumen pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Data dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan secara parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR di BRI Unit A.Yani Cabang Nganjuk dengan nilai T-hitung 31,050 > T-tabel 2,052. Ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand image secara parsial terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR di BRI Unit A.Yani Cabang Nganjuk dengan nilai T-hitung 4,210 > T-tabel 2,052. Ada pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan brand image secara simultan terhadap loyalitas nasabah KUR di BRI Unit A.Yani Cabang Nganjuk dengan nilai F-hitung 897,576 > F-tabel 2,750. Variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap loyalitas nasabah dibandingkan dengan variabel brand image, karena variabel kualitas pelayanan memiliki nilai koefisien regresi yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan variabel brand image.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the potential for educational tourism, training facility and business prospects that can be developed by street vendors in Tulungagung Regency, analyze the obstacles faced by each street vendor area, determine the potential for educational tourism and business prospects for street vendors in each area in Tulungagung district. The research location is in 5 street vendors in Tulungagung district. This type of research is descriptive, namely in-depth analysis of the data that has been collected. The results showed that the street vendors’s Redjoagung Business Area have the potential to be developed and have prospects because they are strategically located on the side of the provincial road in the Stadium area and the Sports Building so that it is possible to become a Rest Area. PKL Pujasera Ngemplak has potential and prospects for development because it is close to traditional markets, fruit markets and chicken markets, so that day and night there are many buyers and training facilities. PKL Kali Ngrowo Water Front area has the potential to be developed and has prospects because it is in a river tourism area which is currently the focus of educational tourism development by the local government of Tulungagung district. The street vendors’s Pasar Senggol area have the potential to be developed and have prospects because they have a unique culinary center for food in the past, strategically located, becoming the destination for visitors who exercise in the morning. The street vendors’s Popoh Beach area have the potential to be developed and have prospects along with the improvement of Popoh Beach tourism facilities, moreover, the government's attention is quite big on the development of tourist areas and currently the Southern Cross Route is being built.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the performance of cooperatives based on the level of health of special cooperatives for savings and loan cooperatives or savings and loan units that refer to the regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises RI Number 14 / PER / M.KUKM / XII / 2009 and the Regulation of Deputy for Supervision Ministry of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises RI number: 06 / PER. / DEP.6 / IV / 2016 by analyzing: 1) Capital 2) Earning Assets Quality 3) Management 4) Efficiency 5) Liquidity 6) Independence and Growth 7) Identity Cooperative. The object of this study is the Jasa Tirta Farmers Cooperative in Tulungagung Regency. The research method used is descriptive method with primary and secondary data. The results of the research conducted show that the health of cooperatives in 2015-2017 each scored 69.95 for 2015, a score of 70.70 for 2016 and a score of 74.95 for 2017. The determination of the level of health of the cooperative is as follows: 80 ≤ x ≤ 100 healthy predicate, 66 ≤ x <80 predicate is quite healthy, 51 ≤ x <66 predicate in supervision, and x <51 predicate in special supervision. In this assessment the health level of the Jasa Tirta Farmers Cooperative was included in the assessment category of 66 ≤ x <80 the predicate was quite healthy.

Abstract

The goal to be achieved by the author in this study is to determine the influence between price, product quality, and taste on Belfoods consumer satisfaction on Dewi Freezeen. In this study, the population is all consumers who have purchased and or consumed Beelfoods products on the Dewi Frozen oulet addressed at Jl. Mawar RT /RW: 003/005 – Dsn. Tawang Sari – Ds. Gempolan – Kec. Gurah – Keb. Kediri. The sample in this study was 80 respondents, with sampling using the Accidental Sampling method which collected data with questionnaires and conducted interviews and observations. Meanwhile, the data analysis used is by descriptive analysis and SPSS analysis with testing: Validity, Reliability, Classical Assumptions (Normality, Multicholinearity, Heteroskedasticity), Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test (t and f), and Coefficient of Determination test. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing showed that price partially had no significant effect on Belfoods consumer satisfaction. Meanwhile, the variables of product quality and taste partially have a significant effect on Belfoods consumer satisfaction, then simultaneously the variables of price, product quality and taste have a significant effect on Belfoods consumer satisfaction at Dewi Frozeen.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the application of marketing mix strategies at PT Mitra Karya Makmur Jaya as well as to find out its SWOT analysis. The approach used is a phenomenological approach with a type of field research using descriptive qualitative methods. The results showed that the implementation of the marketing mix strategy carried out by PT Mitra Karya Makmur Jaya was Product, product concept following market trends, good quality, providing warranty, products in the form of soil and buildings, there is a choice of types, and provide solutions for consumer desires. Price, price according to quality, ease of payment system, and reduce the selling price by not providing discounts. Place, legal and strategic location, and has special criteria. Promotion, advertising using brochures, billboards, and social media, through marketing that stands by in the marketing office. Process, product through ordering, fast process, clear and organized flow. People, interesting and informative services, competent employees and have a linear educational background, employee training, There are sales targets. Physical Evidence, there are roads, street lighting, drainage, parks, musholla and playground, decent facilities, public facilities built before launching, and social facilities are built as the project progresses. Based on a SWOT analysis conducted that PT Mitra Karya Makmur Jaya is in quadrant II which means the strategy used is a difersification strategy. The strategy that can be done by the company is to subtitute materials, minimize development process errors to minimize production costs. The quality of the building must be maintained as a plus value of the company. Improving marketing services, facilitate the flow of ordering products, as well as pay attention to the difference in selling prices with competitors.

Abstract

In carrying out operational activities, the administration section needs to be supported by good archival management, because it can assist employees in managing data, maintenance activities, and others, to improve the quality of administrative services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of archives management and the quality of human resources on the quality of administrative services. This research used quantitative method. This research was conducted at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The sampling technique used Non-Probability Sampling. The number of samples used 62 education staff/respondents. Data comes from questionnaires. Data analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that there is an effect of archival management and the quality of human resources on the quality of administrative services at UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung. The magnitude of the partial influence of archival management on (r) is indicated by a Beta of 0.315 (31.5%) with a t count of 2.890 and sig. of 0.005 (significance at the 1% level), the hypothesis which states that there is an influence of records management on the quality of administrative services is acceptable. Furthermore, the magnitude of the partial influence of the quality of human resources on (r) is indicated by a Beta of 0.434 (43.4%) with a t count of 3.978 and sig. of 0.000 (significance at the 1% level), the hypothesis stating that there is an effect of the quality of human resources on the quality of administrative services is acceptable.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of work evaluation on motivation., the influence of work compensation on performance motivation, the influence of workload on performance motivation, analyzing the influence of motivation on performance. The influence of work evaluation, work compensation and workload through work motivation influences the performance of KPP Pratama Pare employees. This type of research is quantitative, with the results of the analysis showing that the performance evaluation variable has a significant effect on the work motivation of the Pratama Pare Tax Office employees. This can be interpreted as if the performance evaluation is good, then the performance of the Pare Pratama Tax Office employees will increase. The research sample used in the research was 50 employees of the Pratama Pare Tax Office using path analysis.
