Abstract

Studi kasus ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mendalam tentang literasi digital skill mahasiswa Universitas Dian Nusantara. Melalui pendekatan kuantitatif, data diperoleh melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada sampel mahasiswa yang dipilih secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei deskriptif dan analitik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan sumbangan berharga bagi pihak akademis dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang relevan dan efektif, sekaligus memperkuat peran mahasiswa dalam menghadapi perubahan global yang terus berlangsung. Dengan memahami tingkat literasi digital skill mahasiswa, lembaga pendidikan tinggi dapat merancang program-program pelatihan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan aktual dan tuntutan dunia kerja modern. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang literasi digital di tingkat perguruan tinggi pada umumnya.

Abstract

Microsoft Excel adalah software aplikasi yang banyak digunakan oleh pengguna komputer untuk mengelola data. Microsoft Excel sangat tepat digunakan untuk mengelola data yang berisi perhitungan dengan berbagai macam rumus untuk keperluan administrasi perusahaan atau organisasi, untuk itulah pelatihan Microsoft Excel tingkat mahir ini diperlukan bagi peserta Pelatihan Kejuruan Operator Komputer di PPKD (Pusat Pelatihan Kerja Daerah) Jakarta Timur, sebagai bekal untuk terjun dalam dunia kerja. Kemampuan para alumni kejuruan Operator Komputer PPKD Jakarta Timur perlu ditingkatkan dengan kemampuan Microsoft Excel Tingkat Mahir dimana pada pelatihan ini diajarkan pengelolaan database dan berbagai rumus-rumus yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan database dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk mencegah terjadinya penularan dikarenakan Pandemi Covid 19 maka sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah maka Pelatihan dilakukan secara daring menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan mulai dari perencanaan, observasi, penawaran Kerjasama, penyusunan proposal dan materi pelatihan sampai dengan pelaksanaan dan evaluasi serta pembuatan laporan akhir. Berdasarkan hasil pelatihan pada PKM ini disimpulkan bahwa para peserta pelatihan pada PKM ini dapat menguasai seluruh materi pelatihan dengan baik walau dengan sedikit catatan dan masukan dari peserta pelatihan agar tim PKM tidak menyamakan durasi waktu pada setiap materi pelatihan melainkan durasi waktu pelatihan disesuaikan dengan tingkat kesulitan materi-materi yang diberikan, sehingga materi dengan tingkat kesulitan yang berbeda mendapat durasi waktu lebih panjang demikian juga sebaliknya materi yang lebih mudah durasi waktunya dipersingkat sehingga tingkat kesulitan seimbang dengan durasi waktu yang diberikan.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out as an effort to improve the quality of learning at TK Islam Cikal Cendekia, particularly in developing creative technology-based visual media. The urgency of this activity arises from the condition that most visual media supporting storytelling used in early childhood education have limited variation and do not adequately contextually represent character values within the school environment. Through the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology, teachers can creatively develop new educational storyboards aligned with learning themes without requiring complex visual design skills.The objectives of this activity are to: (1) enhance teachers’ digital literacy and creativity in developing learning media, (2) introduce and train teachers in the use of the Gemini (Gem) platform as an innovative tool for generating ideas, scripts, and automatic storyboard visualizations, (3) produce a collection of thematic storyboards created by teachers for use in early childhood learning activities, and (4) strengthen the school’s identity through original and contextual learning media. The implementation method consists of five main stages: program socialization, storyboard creation training using Gemini (Gem), classroom implementation of the storyboards, mentoring and evaluation, and program sustainability through the formation of a teacher creative team. The approach is participatory, involving teachers as the main actors, supported by a team of lecturers and students from Universitas Dian Nusantara.The targeted outputs include: (1) the creation of at least five character-themed educational storyboards developed by teachers, (2) improved digital and pedagogical competencies of teachers, (3) a practical guide for using Gemini (Gem) in early childhood education, and (4) an activity report and publication of results in the school’s internal media.

Abstract

Manual asset management often causes problems such as data duplication, recording errors, and difficulties in tracking asset status. This study aims to design and develop an efficient, adaptive, and user-friendly web-based Asset Management Information System using the Agile (Scrum) development method and measuring its success through the System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation. The study was conducted at PT Global Asia Sinergi with direct users as active participants in each development iteration. The development process was carried out through several sprints covering the planning, implementation, testing, and evaluation stages with users. The Agile evaluation results showed an average sprint success rate of 88%, with a stable velocity of 45 story points per iteration and positive user feedback (a score of 4.3 out of 5). Meanwhile, the SUS test results obtained an average score of 78.5, which falls into the “Good Usability” category, indicating that the system is easy to use, consistent, and reliable in supporting the company's operational activities. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the Agile method in the development of an asset management information system can improve the efficiency of the development process while producing a system with a high level of usability in accordance with user needs.

Abstract

This research aimed to develop a machine learning-based model for human resource (HR) performance analysis in higher education institutions using a multi-modal approach, combining static data and text data analysis. For static data analysis, the random forest (RF) algorithm was employed to assess HR performance based on attributes such as years of service, training attended, and performance evaluations. The dataset for this experiment consisted of 250 data points, which were divided into 70% for training, 10% for validation, and 20% for testing. The experimental results with the RF model showed high accuracy in training (90.4%), although there was a performance drop during validation and testing, with accuracies of 85.7% and 82.5%, respectively. For the text data, which contained feedback with negative, positive, and neutral sentiments, the CNN-BiLSTM model achieved an accuracy of 92.6% in training, despite a decrease in validation (87.4%) and testing (84.4%) accuracies. The text dataset comprised 1,000 data points, divided into 70% for training, 10% for validation, and 20% for testing. The study recommends the application of a multi-model approach to assess HR performance using the RF algorithm for static data and the CNN-BiLSTM model for more complex data in future research.
