Abstract

This community service aims to increase literacy interest in students in the Surabaya and Probolinggo areas through short story writing training. The urgency of doing this community service activity is because students' interest in literacy activities is still low. The method used in this training is a tutorial method and online mentoring by utilizing the Zoom meeting application. During the training, participants received literature introduction materials, basic materials for writing short story genres, short story writing practices, and work discussions. The results of this community service activity are the ability to write short stories and the formation of student literacy interests, especially in reading literary works of the short story genre. Abstract

This community service aims to increase children's interest in learning through learning methods that involve parents and children in the new normal period. The urgency of carrying out this activity was due to the low interest in learning for children in various villages in the Kabupaten Probolinggo during the new normal period. This community service activity was carried out in Desa Banjarsari, Kabupaten Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. The method used in this activity is the tutorial and mentoring method which is carried out offline in Desa Banjarsari, Kabupaten Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. The result of this community service activity is the ability of parents as children's learning partners, and the formation of parent-child learning partnerships in Desa Banjarsari, Kabupaten Probolinggo, Jawa Timur. The Community Service Team for the English Study Program, Faculty of Letters and Philosophy, University of Panca Marga found two advantages, as follows: 1) the presence of parents who are concerned about the success of their children's education, and 2) an informal atmosphere is an option in training and mentoring parents in increasing children's learning interest in the new normal era. Abstract

Hoaxes have become part of human life and accompany life to this day. Moreover, in the post-truth era, hoaxes or fake news are increasingly easily recognized, produced, discovered and considered normal, where everyone uses technology in a modern space. This research is qualitative research to find a picture of religion as a hoax commodity in the post truth era. Post truth goes beyond truth in objectivity, religion as a hoax commodity as false news that has distorted the facts of religious truth and replaced it with lies for certain interests.
