Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini Untuk Mengetahui Strategi the powerof two dalam pembelajaran agama yaitu Untuk Mengetahui Hasilbelajar santri dalam pembelajaran agama islam. UntukMengetahui Hubungan strategi the power of two dengankreaktivitas santri dalam pembelajaran agama islam. UntukMengetahui Hubungan strategi the power of two terhadap hasilbelajar santri Metode yang di pergunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah metode kuantitatif, setelah melakukan penelitian danmembahas serta menganalisa masalah ini maka penulismenemukan hasil bahwa Guru dalam melaksanakan strategibelajar the power of two mampu menimbulkan kemampuan analisissiwa melaui tanya jawab dan diskusi di kelas secara berkelompoksehingga mampu melahirkan ide-ide baru. Kreativitas santriterpacu ketika guru menggunakan strategi the power of two dalammata pelajaran tafsir. Sebaliknya, guru yang menggunakan strategithe power of two telah berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar aktif,melatih santri berfikir lancar, luwes, rinci dan orisinil. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of school climate and the principal's situational leadership on the performance of State Junior High School teachers in Pariaman City. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was employed. The population consisted of 194 teachers, with a sample of 112 selected using the Isaac and Michael table. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) School climate has a significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 8.7%; (2) The principal's situational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 9.1%; and (3) Together, school climate and the principal's situational leadership have a significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 13%. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving a conducive school climate and the application of situational leadership by the principal can enhance teacher performance. The implication is that school principals are advised to pay more attention to creating a positive school climate and adjusting their leadership style to the maturity level of the teachers.

Abstract

Cyberbullying has become a serious threat to the mental health of adolescents in the digital era. Its impacts include depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and the risk of deviant behavior. A counseling approach based on the values of the Qur'an offers an alternative solution to address these issues through Islamic principles such as compassion (rahmah), wisdom (hikmah), and counsel (mau‘izhah). This study aims to analyze the role of integrating Qur'anic values in counseling to enhance the mental health of adolescents who are victims of cyberbullying. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach with literature study and phenomenological analysis of relevant Qur'anic verses and the literature on mental health in Islam. The findings indicate that a Qur'an-based counseling approach can help adolescents develop resilience, cope with emotional stress, and build a strong Islamic identity. Therefore, this approach can serve as a practical guide for Islamic counselors in addressing the mental health issues of adolescents.
