Abstract

Meningkatnya jumlah perempuan dalam dunia wirausaha bukan saja tanpa alasan. Apalagi semenjak Covid 19 angka pengangguran semakin meningkat, biaya kebutuhan rumah tangga semakin tinggi. Hal ini memicu kaum perempuan berkiprah di dunia usaha/bisnis. Seiring meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi, makan model pemasaran usaha/bisnis jugamengalami perubahan, dimana sebelumnya orang berbisnis cenderung di luar rumah, akan tetapi sekarang dengan menyediakan ruang kecil dirumah, seseorang sudah bisa memulai usahanya yang dikenal dengan Home Based Bussines.Berbicara mengenai hak dan kewajiban, maka perempuan apabila telah menikah dan mempunyai anak, sejatinya berkewajiban untuk memperhatikan kebutuhan anak dan suaminya, sedangkan suami yang bertugas mencari nafkah. Akan tetapi, apa yang telah ditetapkan pada kenyataannya berbeda dengan apa yang dialami di lapangan, dimana kebutuhan akan nafkah keluarga belum tercukupi. Hal ini membuat perempuan yang mempunyai kemampuan multitasking mencari peluang untuk berwirausaha. Dengan adanya peluang berwirausaha dari rumah, maka kewajiban perempuan dalam rumah tangga bisa terpenuhi dan fitnah yang akan mengancam bisa diminimalisir.Dalam kaedah Ushul dijelaskan bahwa hukum asal sesuatu adalah boleh sampa ada dalil yang mengharamkannya. Jadi menjadi womenpreneurs adalah boleh, selama dia memenuhi kewajibannya. Akan tetapi jika tidak mampu memenuhi kewajiban dalam rumah tangga, maka bisa saja womenpreneurs berobah hukumnya menjadi haram.

Abstract

Local wisdom is an integral part of a community's cultural identity, passed down from generation to generation. These values ​​play an important role in maintaining social harmony and strengthening the spirituality and morality of individuals in society. This research aims to analyze the religious and social values ​​of local wisdom culture in Indonesia. Local wisdom is an integral part of a community's cultural identity, passed down from generation to generation. This research uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. this research examines how these values ​​are manifested in a series of rituals and celebrations of Tabuik, and how they support character and moral education in society. Data collection through observation, interviews with traditional leaders, religious leaders, and cultural actors Tabuik, as well as analysis of related documents. All data was analyzed using the Milles & Huberman interactive thematic analysis model technique. The research results show that culture Tabuik not only commemorates historical events in Islam but also functions as a medium for Islamic education that teaches the values ​​of patience, sacrifice, and brotherhood. Social values ​​such as cooperation and deliberation are also at the core of this cultural practice, strengthening family ties and encouraging active community participation in cultural preservation. This research confirms the importance of culture Tabuik as a culture of local wisdom in maintaining the religious and social identity of society in the modern era.

Abstract

Early childhood cognitive development is a critical phase that requires appropriate stimulation to support logical thinking abilities and the use of basic concepts. Traditional games such as congklak have the potential to be an effective learning medium. This research aims to evaluate the influence of the conventional media game Congklak Geometric in improving the cognitive development of early childhood. This research uses the Research and Development method with the Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluation (ADDIE) model, which is then tested in a learning process involving fifteen students as research subjects. All data was analysed using correlation analysis techniques with IBM SPSS 25 Software. The results of the analysis regarding the use of geometrically shaped congklak media products show the criteria i) material aspect, 87.50%, ii) cognitive aspect, 82.50%, iii) media aspect, 82.16% with a total average of 84.16%. Furthermore, the results of statistical analysis show that congklak media is proven to be able to stimulate the cognitive development of young children with a focus on geometric shapes in the learning process with a total average of 84.16%. The findings of this research indicate that the geometric congklak game can be integrated into the early childhood education curriculum as an effective strategy to support cognitive development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of school climate and the principal's situational leadership on the performance of State Junior High School teachers in Pariaman City. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was employed. The population consisted of 194 teachers, with a sample of 112 selected using the Isaac and Michael table. Data were collected through a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using simple and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) School climate has a significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 8.7%; (2) The principal's situational leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 9.1%; and (3) Together, school climate and the principal's situational leadership have a significant effect on teacher performance with a contribution of 13%. The conclusion of this study confirms that improving a conducive school climate and the application of situational leadership by the principal can enhance teacher performance. The implication is that school principals are advised to pay more attention to creating a positive school climate and adjusting their leadership style to the maturity level of the teachers.
