Abstract

Abstract Visitors will feel more satisfied if they get something more than their expectations. However, sometimes many managers need to be made aware of the importance of visitor satisfaction with what they present. one of the supporting facilities that are very important to exist is the existence of a tour guide (tour guide). The purpose of this research is to find out the role of tour guides in attracting tourists and the perceptions of tourists based on information provided by tour guides. The type of research used is an interactive qualitative method with a case study approach. The interactive qualitative method is an in-depth study using data collection techniques directly from people in the environment studied. The study results are the availability of tour guides who actively direct tourists to visit historical places. In addition, tourists have a positive perception of tour guides, especially in the objectivity of information and services.Keywords:   Tour Guide, Traveler, Tourism City Image Abstrak Pengunjung akan merasa lebih puas jika mereka mendapatkan sesuatu yang lebih dari harapan mereka, tapi kadang banyak pengelola yang belum menyadari tentang pentingnya kepuasan pengunjung terhadap apa yang mereka sajikan. salah satu fasilitas pendukung yang sangat penting keberadaannya, yakni adanya pemandu wisata (tour guide). Tujuan Penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran pemandu wisata untuk menarik wisatawan dan persepsi wisatawan berdasarkan pemebrian informasi oleh pramuwisata. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif interaktif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. metode kualitatif interaktif adalah studi mendalam dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data langsung dari dari orang dalam lingkungan yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian yaitu Ketersediaan pemandu wisata aktif berperan dalam mengarahkan wisatawan untuk berkunjung ketempat bersejarah. Selain itu, wisatawan memiliki persepsi positif terhadap pramuwisata khusunya pada objektivitas informasi da layanan. Kata Kunci:  Pemandu Wisata, Wisatawan, Citra Kota Wisata

Abstract

Desa Gondang Kecamatan Limbangan Kabupaten Kendal, adalah salah satu desa yang berpotensi untuk dikembangan menjadi Desa Wisata sebagai Wisata Edukasi. Kekuatan daya tarik yang dimiliki Desa Gondang, antara lain: potensi wisata alam, tradisi masyarakat, kesenian daerah, serta makanan dan minuman khas masyarakat Desa Gondang. Proses perencanaan pariwisata pedesaan dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Gondang sebagai Wisata Edukasi dilakukan dengan sungguh-sungguh dan melibatkan seluruh stakeholder yang terkait dengan hal tersebut, diantaranya: Dinas Pariwisata Pemuda dan Olahraga Kabupaten Kendal, Pemerintah Desa Gondang, serta masyarakat Desa Gondang. Bumdes Banjar Gondang selaku pengelola melakukan musyawarah untuk mengembangkan Desa Wisata dengan melibatkan seluruh masyarakat Desa Gondang. Pada tahap implementasi, semua masyarakat terlibat dalam pengelolaan usaha-usaha pariwisata yang ada. Dalam tahap pengawasan, masyarakat diawasi dan dikontrol secara substansial dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata. Keterlibatan masyarakat lokal dalam pengembangan Desa Wisata Gondang sebagai Wisata Edukasi terwujud melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis potensi lokal di Desa Gondang yang dikembangkan menjadi Desa Wisata. Hal ini merupakan gerakan yang baik dalam upaya menciptakan lapangan kerja, sehingga mampu meningkatkan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat setempat. Masyarakat berperan penuh pada tahap pengembangan Desa Wisata Gondang sebagai Wisata Edukasi. Tingkat perkembangan Desa Wisata Gondang sebagai Wisata Edukasi dapat dikategorikan sebagai Desa Berkembang. Proses pengembangan yang sampai dengan saat ini masih berjalan mendapatkan dukungan yang sangat besar dari semua pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Desa Wisata Gondang Sebagai Wisata Edukasi bukan hal yang mustahil untuk diwujudkan. Hal ini mengingat beragam potensi yang dimiliki Desa Gondang. Pengelolaan potensi yang ada dan pengembangan berbagai sarana dan prasarana telah dilakukan sedemikaian rupa. Sehingga, Desa Gondang dapat menjadi salah satu ikon wisata edukasi yang ada di Kabupaten Kendal.

Abstract

This research aims to develop the potential of ecotourism based on local wisdom in the mangrove forest area of Tapak, Semarang City. The methods used include field observation, interviews with local stakeholders, and qualitative data analysis. The results show that local wisdom plays an important role in managing the mangrove ecosystem and improving community welfare. Traditional practices applied by the local community are effective in maintaining environmental balance and addressing threats of abrasion and pollution. The Tapak mangrove area faces significant challenges, including coastal erosion and industrial waste pollution, which threaten the ecosystem's sustainability. However, the local community has developed various initiatives based on local wisdom for mitigation and conservation. Collective mangrove planting, the use of natural materials in pond management, and the implementation of zoning systems are some practices that have shown positive results. The development of ecotourism in this area not only has the potential to increase local income but also to strengthen environmental awareness among the community and visitors. Recommendations from this study include enhancing community capacity in ecotourism management, strengthening zoning systems, and promoting ecotourism based on local wisdom. Training and empowering the community in aspects of tourism guidance and sustainable resource management are key to ensuring the long-term success of this ecotourism. Therefore, sustainable and community-based ecotourism management strategies need to be continuously developed and supported by various parties to preserve the mangrove ecosystem and improve the welfare of the local community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of tourist attraction and facilities on tourist satisfaction and its effect on revisit intention in Kota Lama Semarang. A quantitative approach with survey methods and statistical data analysis was employed to identify the relationships between these variables. The findings indicate that tourist attraction and facilities positively influence revisit intention, with tourist satisfaction serving as a significant intervening variable. Enhancements in tourist attractions, such as themed events and performances, and improvements in facilities, such as establishing supermarkets and increasing visitor comfort, were found to boost tourist satisfaction and subsequently, revisit intention. Tourist satisfaction emerged as the dominant factor influencing the decision to revisit. Based on these findings, it is recommended to organize more engaging events, improve supporting facilities, and provide comfortable dining areas as strategies to attract and retain tourist interest. Implementation and evaluation of these recommendations can be conducted through visit data analysis and tourist satisfaction surveys to assess the effectiveness of the applied strategies.

Abstract

This article aims to explore and analyze the marketing strategies implemented by Pusat Oleh-oleh & Resto KAMOCI in Tegal Regency to address the increasingly competitive market. The focus of the research is on the challenges of maintaining product quality, responding to customer complaints, and leveraging information technology for competitive advantage. Utilizing theories of digital marketing strategies and customer satisfaction management, data were collected through in-depth interviews with managers and staff, as well as document analysis. The findings indicate that effective marketing strategies include the use of social media, collaboration with influencers, and the implementation of customer loyalty programs, all of which significantly contribute to brand awareness and customer retention. Additionally, the adoption of information technology, such as modern POS systems and mobile applications, plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and customer service. The conclusion of this study suggests that by strengthening marketing strategies and responding effectively to market feedback, Pusat Oleh-oleh & Resto KAMOCI can continue to compete and enhance customer satisfaction, achieving long-term success in a competitive market.
