Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih adanya siswa yang malakukan prokrastinasi akademik. Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik tersebut mengakibatkan hasil belajar yang tidak optimal. Sehingga prestasi di sekolah menurun bahkan akibat terburuknta adalah tidak naik kelas atau pun dikeluarkan dari sekolah. Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral berpengaruh terhadap penurunan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas XI SMK PERINTIS 29 Ungaran. Sampel yang diambil adalah 8 siswa dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui instrument penelitian skala prokrastinasi akademik siswa dengan empat alternative jawaban.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest, treatment, and posttest design. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan sign test wilcoxon mendapatkan T-hitung = 36 sedangkan T-tabel = 4 maka T-hitung > T-tabel dengan taraf signifikansi 5%, dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak, sehingga dapat disimpulkan ada pengaruh konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan behavioral terhadap penurunan perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa SMK PERINTIS 29 Ungaran tahun ajaran 2014/2015.Kata kunci: Konseling kelompok, Pendekatan Behavioral, Prokrastinasi Akademik.

Abstract

Islamic Boarding School of Tahfidh Yanbuul Quran for children in Kudus Regency has a unique implementation of guidance and reinforcement of student value system. They organize 6-12 years old children to memorize Quran (30 chapters). The supervision activity has extraordinary challenges and difficulties because their age is commonly the time to play and have fun. Based on above contextual condition, the issues arise namely how guidance and reinforcement of student value system are applied by the teachers (ustadz). In response to such challenges, the research on ustadz activities in supervising students to rapidly memorize Quran is conducted. This research uses qualitative approach and interactive model data analysis. To validate the data, several ways are carried out such as finding different information and data sources. Data analysis is applied through three stages (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation followed by analysis, (3) drawing conclusions and analysis. The result shows that there are guidance and reinforcement of student value system applied by ustadz, including: the process of memorizing Quran (i.e. planning, implementation, management and method of memorizing Quran), the student output (evaluation and further study), and some positive values of teachers, student, and process of handling difficulties in memorizing Quran based on religious principles. Keywords: guidance, reinforcement, students’ value system AbstrakPondok pesantren Tahfidh Yanbu’ul Quran anak-anak kabupaten kudus memiliki keunikan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan penguatan sistem nilai santri, mereka membimbing anak usia 6-12 tahun untuk menghafal al-Quran secara utuh (30 Juz), bimbingan tersebut memiliki tantangan dan kesulitan yang luar biasa, padahal secara umum usia tersebut adalah  masa-masa untuk  bermain dan  bersenang-senang. Ada beberapa masalah yang muncul dari latar belakang seperti diatas, yaitu bagaimana bimbingan dan penguatan sistem nilai santri yang diterapkan oleh ustadz. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian terhadap kegiatan yang dilakukan ustadz atau pembimbing dalam membimbing santri agar cepat menghafal al-Qur’an. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan analisis data model interaktif, untuk menjamin keabsahan data yang diperoleh, diupayakan dengan cara-cara seperti mencari informasi dan sumber data yang berbeda, analisis data dilakukan melalui tiga tahap (1) reduksi data, (2) penyajian data diikuti dengan analisis, (3) menarik kesimpulan dan analisis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh menunjukkan adanya bimbingan dan penguatan sistem nilai santri yang diterapkan ustadz/pembimbing, yang meliputi : proses penghafalan al-Qur’an (perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengelolaan dan metode menghafal al-Qur’an) dan, output santri (evaluasi dan studi lanjut santri), adanya hal-hal positif yang ada pada ustadz, santri dan proses penanganan kesulitan bimbingan menghafal al-Qur’an yang dilakukan ustadz/pembimbing terhadap santrinya dengan menggunakan pendekatan bimbingan dan penguatan Sistem nilai santri sesuai dengan kaidah agama. Kata kunci: bimbingan, penguatan, sistem nilai santri

Abstract

Konseling Islami merupakan suatu istilah yang sering didengar dalam kancah kehidupan modern. Pijakan dari konsep Bimbingan dan Konseling Islam berangkat dari asumsi bahwa agama itu merupakan kebutuhan fitrah dari setiap manusia. Allah telah menciptakan manusia dan telah meniupkan ruh-Nya, sehingga iman kepada Allah merupakan sumber ketenteraman, keamanan dan kebahagiaan manusia. Sebaliknya dalam paradigma ini, maka ketiadaan iman kepada Allah menjadi sumber kegalauan, kegelisahan dan kesengsaraan bagi manusia. Proses konseling dalam bimbingan konseling tentunya mampu memberi makna terhadap konseli untuk keluar dari permasalahan yang dihadapinya, salah satu ikhtiar pendekatan dalam konseling Islami adalah menggunakan pendekatan tasawuf (sufisme) yang mana pendekatan ini mampu menggerakkan konseli kembali pada fitrahnya, dengan perjalanan tasawuf, ditempuh dengan tingkatan syari’ah, thariqat, hakikat dan ma’rifat, maka ada proses yang perlu ditempuh dalam pencapaiannya. Takhalli, tahalli, dan tajalli merupakan suatu proses untuk menuju tujuan akhir yaitu kedekatan dengan Tuhan. Proses tersebut dilalui dengan latihan-latihan ruhani yang titik puncaknya adalah mencari keridhaan Allah SWT, diharapkan konseli mampu meraih kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat sehingga.

Abstract

The existence of Early Childhood Education is not only so that children are better prepared to learn at the elementary school level but so that children get intellectual, social, and emotional stimuli according to their age level. The existence of guidance and counseling in the Age of Education is needed because many problematic behaviors arise in students when they are adults caused by their past childhood. The main purpose of holding guidance and counseling in Early Childhood Education is to anticipate or take preventive action against the emergence of problematic behavior. Keywords:  the character of early childhood, guidance and counseling.

Abstract

There is an anxiety to face ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). This is natural reaction when we see our readiness to face competition compared with other ASEAN countries. Such manner already exists since the inception of ASEAN in 1967. The anxiety would be a reasonable thing to the enactment of MEA, considering not all the people know what the MEA is. The survey results indicate that the stakeholder both the central government, local government, academia, and society in this country is still relatively have low understanding and knowledge about the ASEAN Economic community (AEC). It is ironic, other ASEAN countries has been intensely preparing steps needed to face AEC, while the majority of the Indonesian people do not know what it is. Modern life along with science, technology and economic progress experienced by Western nations turned out to have caused various situations of life that does not give happiness and a growing sense of inner emptiness. The counselor existence in the counseling today, should be able to develop its human resources, so it is able to answer the problem to encounter global competition of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). Spiritual counseling and guidance counselors as an alternative solution to deal with the AEC which fully loaded with interest and ability/professionalism in various occupations faced.

Abstract

Gender in pesantren is a unique socio-cultural phenomenon because the patriarchal culture is still very strong in dominating. This culture is constructed by a social system in which men hold primary power and predominate in leadership, authority, and social privilege. The role of the Kyai as a central figure is considered in participating in the practice of gender bias and patriarchal culture. Therefore, the figure of Nyai is often positioned as a companion who has no strong power in designing the education system in pesantren. This research exposes the role of a woman leader in internalizing the spirit of gender equality. Since 2015, Nyai Latifah has emerged in leading pesantren Nadhlatul Ulama Tarbiyatul Islam Al-Falah Salatiga with 404 students which consist of 150 male and 254 female students. Her existence as the top authority in this pesantren shows woman empowerment who can change the tradition of social construction, which states that women do not have the capability to be a leader in pesantren. The results showed that Nyai Latifah's leadership pattern had reformed the pesantren system from a patriarchal leadership pattern to a gender mainstreaming leadership, viewed from Gender Analysis Pathway. The process of gender mainstreaming is realized through curriculum, learning activities, and organizational systems. In addition, the spirit of gender equality developed by Nyai Latifah in this pesantren is reflected in the principle of equality (musawamah), fairness (al-‘adalah), moderation (tawasut), tolerance (tasamuh), balance (tawazun), plurality (ta’addud), and respect (al ihtiram). Keywords: gender equality, woman, leader, pesantren

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling using the Shame Attacking Exercise technique based on Q.S Ali Imran verse 139 to help individuals overcome shame and improve students' self-confidence. The research method used is quantitative pre-experimental with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The research participants consisted of 10 students with low self-confidence levels, selected through purposive sampling techniques. The instrument used was a self-confidence scale that had been tested for reliability. The results of the instrument consisted of 24 questions with a reliability value of 0.727. Data were analyzed using a T-Test. There was a significant difference in self-confidence scores before and after the treatment. The research results showed p = 0.000 (p < 0.05), indicating a positive effect on increasing students' self-confidence at SMK Negeri 1 Mojosongo. This study is expected to serve as a reference for school counselors in helping to improve students' self-confidence through group counseling using the Shame Attacking Exercise technique based on Q.S Ali Imran verse 139.

Abstract

This paper portrays the implementation of character education based on Javanese unggah-ungguh (etiquette) in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Karanganyar, using 24 students from 5th-grade who were mentioned as the alpha generation in 2020. Generally, this generation refers to children born after 2010 in this digital era. The unggah-ungguh is one of the Indonesian ancestral heritages that must be preserved, as though it may originate from Java, it strongly represents the culture of the country’s society. Six (6) characters of Javanese unggah-ungguh were used in this research as indicators, which are tata krama (manners), lembah manah (relent), andhap asor (humility), tepa slira (tolerance), grapyak (friendliness), and ewuh-pekewuh (reluctance). This study was descriptive qualitative research that focused on observing the realization of character education based on this culture, using observation, interview, survey, and documentation as the data collection instruments. As reviewed from the affective theory of Krathwohl Taxonomy, the education character based on Javanese unggah-ungguh has influenced three-component domains of affective attitudes, which are in the level of receiving or attending, responding, and valuing. Lastly, the result showed that implementing character education based on this culture has truly shaped a better personality for students in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Karanganyar as the alpha generation.

Abstract

This study examines the integration of innovative teaching and counseling techniques to promote early childhood growth and resilience, drawing on Constructivist Theory. Unlike previous research that examines these aspects separately, this study provides a holistic perspective. A descriptive, qualitative approach was employed in three kindergartens in Salatiga, Central Java, which were selected for their diverse educational practices. Fifteen experienced educators were purposefully chosen to ensure varied insights.Data collection included systematic observations and in-depth interviews. Observations, conducted over two weeks, documented teaching methods, counseling strategies, and educator-child interactions. Semi-structured interviews, lasting 30–60 minutes, further explored educators’ approaches and perceptions. The thematic analysis identified key patterns. Findings reveal that each kindergarten applied unique strategies. One integrated digital storytelling to enhance engagement, while another emphasized emotional regulation to foster resilience. Group activities facilitated collaboration and social learning. The study highlights how combining innovative teaching with adaptive counseling enhances cognitive, social, and emotional development. This study makes a unique contribution to early childhood education by demonstrating the effectiveness of integrating teaching innovations with counseling strategies. Recommendations emphasize the need for diverse teaching methods and adaptive counseling techniques to address various developmental needs, offering valuable insights for educators in enhancing children's resilience and growth.
