The purpose of this study was to determine the level of regional development inequality in the regency/City of southeast Sulawesi Province. The analytical tool used is quantitative in the from of descriptive data analysis and secondry data with the Williamson Indeks analysis method, which is to compare the level of per capita income and population during 2016-2020. Based on the result of calculations using the Development Inequalty Analysis, it fluctuates and decreases, in 2016 it has an inequality of 0.99 while in 2020 it has decreased by o.88. however, if the data are averenged, the regional development inequality level of the regency/city of southeast Sulawesi Provinceis in the range of the high development inequality level category From year to year. And the factor that cause inequality are the increasing number of people who are increasing but the available business fields are still inadequate so that the low level of community income will affect the inequality of development. In addition, the management of natural resource content, demographic conditions, smooth mobility of goods and services, developing all the potensials in each sector and so on can be a solution to reduce development inequality in the disctricts/cities of southeast Sulawesi Province.

This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure development on economic growth in Kendari City. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of time series data from 2003-2017 period consisting of constant price GRDP data, electricity infrastructure data and water infrastructure data in Kendari City. This study uses quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The software used is SPSS 22.0. The results of this study indicate that electricity infrastructure and water infrastructure have a significant influence on economic growth in Kendari City with a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. While Electricity Infrastructure partially has a positive and significant influence on economic growth significant value = 0.004 <0.05 and water infrastructure partially had a positive and significant effect on economic growth with a significant value = 0.001 <0.05. From the results of the study concluded that infrastructure development has a very important role in increasing and encouraging economic growth in a region, the development that occurs can have a good impact on the process of economic activity

This community engagement program aims to revitalize Kolam Hawai in Atue Village as an educational tourism space integrated with cultural da’wah values. The activity responds to the declining condition of the site, where most facilities were damaged and community participation in maintenance had decreased. The program employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach through five stages: discovery, dream, design, define, and reflect. Methods included observation, participatory interviews, focus group discussions, workshops, and collaborative action involving local youth, community leaders, women’s groups, and the Kolam Hawai management team. The findings show significant improvements in physical infrastructure, increased community involvement, and the emergence of new community structures managing the tourist site. The program also fostered behavioral changes toward environmental care and strengthened local leadership capable of sustaining future development initiatives. The revitalized Kolam Hawai now functions not only as a recreational space but also as a center for environmental education and cultural da’wah. These outcomes indicate that the ABCD approach is effective for strengthening local capacity and encouraging sustainable, community-driven social transformation.
