Abstract

The industrial water sector in Indonesia is a critical component of the nation's economic development, yet it faces significant challenges in market segmentation and targeting. This study explores the potential of optimizing market segmentation strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of water management solutions in the industrial sector. By employing a mixed-methods approach, including literature review, case study analysis, and expert interviews, this research identifies key factors influencing market segmentation, such as industry-specific needs, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements. The findings suggest that tailored segmentation strategies, combined with data-driven decision-making, can significantly improve market penetration and customer satisfaction. This study provides actionable insights for policymakers, industry stakeholders, and marketers aiming to optimize market segmentation in the industrial water sector.

Abstract

This study explores the potential of Omnichannel strategies in Business-to-Business (B2B) marketing, focusing on the effectiveness, challenges, and success factors of integrating online and offline activities in the industrial sector. The research originality lies in its comprehensive analysis of the barriers to seamless channel integration, filling gaps in the existing literature regarding cross-channel attribution and organizational silos in industrial firms. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining a systematic literature review, case studies of successful omnichannel implementations, and semi-structured interviews with industry experts. Empirical results reveal that integrated marketing activities are highly effective for lead nurturing and customer retention, with omnichannel strategies achieving higher engagement rates compared to single-channel approaches. However, challenges such as data fragmentation, organizational resistance, and technology implementation costs hinder widespread adoption. Key success factors include centralized data management, sales and marketing alignment, and consistent messaging across touchpoints. The findings have significant implications for B2B marketers, emphasizing the need for strategic infrastructure investment, continuous staff training, and policy frameworks that support digital transformation.

Abstract

Digital transformation in higher education has accelerated the adoption of digital learning assessment systems that are more efficient and environmentally sustainable. However, mid-semester examinations (UTS) in many universities continue to rely on paper-based methods, resulting in time-consuming assessment processes and excessive paper consumption. This study evaluates the implementation of a digital examination system based on Google Forms integrated with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel to improve assessment efficiency while supporting paperless campus initiatives. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed involving 45 undergraduate students. Data were collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive statistics with instrument validity and reliability testing. The findings indicate that the Google Forms-based examination system reduced grading time for multiple-choice tests from approximately 2–3 hours to less than one minute through automated scoring. Furthermore, integration with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel streamlined grade recapitulation, minimized human error, and eliminated the need for printed examination materials. Students also reported positive perceptions regarding system usability, accessibility, efficiency, and its contribution to paperless learning practices. These findings suggest that Google Forms provides a practical, cost-effective, and easily implementable digital examination solution for higher education institutions, particularly those with limited technological resources.
