Abstract

Pendidikan selalu menjadi perhatian utama untuk mempersiapkan masa depan setiap generasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan dan pelatihan mempengaruhi profesionalisme guru. Mengingat bahwa penelitian ini terkait dengan ilmu sosial dan humaniora, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Koleksi data dilakukan dengan pengamatan dan wawancara partisipatif. Informan dipilih oleh teknik pengambilan sampel yang purposive dengan beberapa kriteria, dan diwawancarai dengan teknik satu-satu dan pertanyaan terbuka. Triangulasi, pemeriksaan anggota, dan briefing peer de 'dilakukan untuk mempertahankan kredibilitas dan validitas data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan konten dan analisis tema. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah 1) semakin tinggi tingkat pendidikan guru semakin profesional mereka. 2) Pelatihan membuat mereka lebih sadar akan profesionalisme mereka. 3) Pelatihan Pembelajaran dan Administrasi Membuat Mereka Lebih Profesional. 4) Pelatihan sikap membuat guru lebih bijaksana saat berhadapan dengan masalah siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan beberapa pandangan luas tentang kehidupan guru dan bagaimana melatihnya dengan baik.

Abstract

P2MW is a business development program for fifth-semester undergraduate students who own a business. Through development and coaching funds, it offers business assistance and coaching. Ten students were divided into three student business groups. Food and beverage businesses in the creative industry are divided into two categories: seafood and frozen food, and handicrafts. During field activities, students are accompanied and mentored by lecturers who serve as supervisors. The goal of this community service is to ensure that student business groups follow the Entrepreneurial Student Development Program (P2MW) guidelines and that reporting is completed on time. The activity took place at the STIE Ganesha campus for four months, from August to November. Online and offline mentoring, coaching, and coaching are methods of carrying out activities. Offline mentoring activities include discussions, advice, consultation, and visits (visits). Online activities include mentor account assessments, https://kesejahteraan.kemdikbud.go.id. The STIE Ganesha student business group completed a series of P2MW in 2022 in accordance with the Directorate of Student Learning, the Directorate General of Higher Education, and Research Technology RI implementation instructions and guidelines. P2MW activities benefit the advancement of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in universities as well as the smooth operation of student businesses.

Abstract

To become an entrepreneur, strategies are needed in order to become a successful entrepreneur. In this study, STIE Ganesha's strategy in creating young entrepreneurs is by establishing the Ganesha Laboratory Entrepreneur (GLP) Institute, in accordance with the vision of STIE Ganesha itself, namely creating students and graduates of STIE Ganesha who have entrepreneurial character. The research method used is qualitative research with data collection techniques through interviews and observations. Researchers interviewed lecturers and students at STIE Ganesha. The results of the study state that STIE Ganesha has so far helped its students to become young entrepreneurs, namely by holding webinars or workshops for students, including students in the P2MW programme, holding mini expos of food made by students, and forming an Entrepreneurial Student Association (HIMARA). Therefore, universities are a place for students to start a new or ongoing business.

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini memiliki tujuan dalam rangka memberikan edukasi mahasiswa dalam meningkatkan semangat kewirausahaan mahasiswa STIE Ganesha. Metode yang digunakan berupa seminar online (webinar) kepada 100 orang mahasiswa S1 dan S2 STIE Ganesha selama 9 bulan mulai Maret sampai November 2022. Hasil temuan dari kegiatan yaitu webinar ini mampu meningkatkan semangat dan literasi mahasiswa dalam kewirausahaan. Minat dan bakat mahasiswa STIE Ganesha sangat tinggi. Impelementasi pasca webinar perlu adanya rencana tindak lanjut (RTL) berupa pendampingan dan bimbingan wirausaha bagi mahasiswa atau pembentukan inkubator bisnis mahasiswa sebagai wadah praktik usaha yang aplikatif. Terdapat kelemahan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu a) terbatasnya interaksi webinar, webinar tidak memberikan kesempatan bagi mahasiswa untuk berintraksi langsung dengan pemateri yang menyebabkan kurang eksplorasi memperoleh informasi secara aktif. b) kurangnya pengalaman praktis bagi mahasiswa, mahasiswa membutuhkan pengalaman nyata dalam mengembangkan keterampilan dan pemahaman mendalam. c) Tidak ada umpan balik secara langsung (feedback), umpan balik langsung dan mendetail enting untuk memperbaiki dan mengasah ide bisnis mahasiswa, d) keterbatasan aksesibilitas dan teknologi, tidak semua peserta mahasiswa memiliki waktu yang luang mengikuti webinar dan mempunyai akses internet stabil, keterbatasan ini dapat mengurangi partisipasi kehadiran dalam webinar. e) kurangnya pembinaan dan evaluasi, implementasi rencana tindak lanjut (RTL) tidak berjalan optimal, mahasiswa tidak mendapatkan dukungan bimbingan yang memadai.

Abstract

Analysis of the Application of Income Tax Planning 21 Paid by the Company as an Effort to Save Corporate Income Tax Expenses and Earnings Management (Case Study of PT Aksara Karya Konsultan). Income tax 21 for employees or experts of PT Aksara Karya Konsultan uses the gross up method. This study aims to be able to minimize the amount of costs in corporate tax. So, tax planning is needed in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia. With this method, the company ends up bearing the tax burden of employees and experts so that the annual cost burden incurred by the company is quite high. Companies are included in corporate taxpayers who have an obligation to pay taxes. In this study, researchers chose Descriptive and Case Study research methods because this research problem is still unclear or there is no suitable data about the problem to be studied. Therefore, researchers go directly to the field to explore the object of research. The use of the Gross Up method will make the amount of income tax paid greater than the Nett method because the company must take into account the taxes that must be paid by employees. The amount of income tax paid will be smaller than the Gross Up method if the company uses the Nett method because the company does not need to take into account the taxes that must be paid by employees. The Gross Up method can be more profitable

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of the role of students in promoting and enhancing young entrepreneurs in Indonesia, particularly within higher education environments. Students, with their creativity and spirit of innovation, have great potential to become agents of change in developing the entrepreneurial sector. The purpose of this study is to identify the role of STIE Ganesha students in supporting the growth of young entrepreneurs, examine factors influencing entrepreneurial success, and evaluate the impact of entrepreneurship programs at STIE Ganesha. This research employs a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and questionnaires distributed to 100 students actively participating in entrepreneurship programs at STIE Ganesha. The study was conducted over three months, from June to August 2024. The research subjects are students involved in campus entrepreneurship activities. The results indicate that students play a significant role in enhancing young entrepreneurship through business initiatives, participation in entrepreneurship training, and support from campus business incubators. Factors such as institutional support, access to capital, and business networks are critical determinants of entrepreneurial success. This study recommends strengthening entrepreneurship programs at STIE Ganesha with supportive policies, improved facilities, and broader access to business resources. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions and the government in supporting the development of young entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
