Abstract

  Output sektor terbesar seharusnya memberikan multiplier terbesar terhadap penciptaan input antara sektor lainya. Sektor yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar dalam penciptaan output suatu daerah selayaknya juga berada pada peringkat atas menciptakan multipliyernya. Hal itu disebabkan banyak faktor di antaranya elastisitas industri tersebut terhadap PDRBnya, dimana pendekatan semacam ini yang biasanya digunakan dengan berdasarkan orientasi basis. Dari orientasi basis inilah bisa diketahui mana sebagai sektor unggulan dan sektor bukan unggulan. Untuk melihat keterkaitan antara sektor unggulan dengan sektor pendukungya maka bisa menggunakan model Input-Output (I-O,sebagai landasan dasar yang kemudian dikembangkan dengan model regresi ordinary least square. Dalam model I-O ini akan dikembangkan model pengganda (multiplier) baik dalam I-O terbuka maupun tertutup serta hubungan antar sektor (linkage). Pengganda yang akan digunakan adalah pengganda output, pengganda pendapatan dan pengganda tenaga kerja. Yang terakhir, untuk menganalisa keterkaitan serta hubungan antar sektornya akan digunakan indeks hubungan ke belakang dan ke depan (Indeks Backward and Forward Linkage) untuk mengetahui sektor-sektor unggulan berdasarkan identifikasi. Sektor unggulan yang ada kemudian dilakukan simulasi kebijakan dengan adanya injeksi (induced effect) yaitu dimasukkannya komponen konsumsi dan pendapatan upah/gaji sebagai komponen endogen.

Abstract

Kebutuhan lahan yang semakin meningkat, langkanya lahan pertanian yang subur dan potensial, memerlukan teknologi yang dapat membantu petani dan penyuluh pertanian untuk menoptimalkan penggunaan lahan maka  dibuatlah sistem informasi Penentu Kesesuaian Lahan Tanaman Padi Komoditas Gogo berbasis website. Yang dapat membantu petani dan penyuluh pertanian mengoptimalkan penggunaan lahan yang sesuai dengan tanaman padi berdasarkan ciri-ciri karaktersitiknya. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Rapid Aplication Development (RAD) dengan pemodelan data Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan pemodelan proses Unified Modeling Language (UML). Sistem ini berbasis web yang digunakan oleh penyuluh pertanian untuk mengetahui kondisi lahan pertanian jenis padi gogo untuk dapat mengoptimalkan penggunaan lahan secara berkelanjutan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah UML (Unifel Modeling Language) yang didesain secara terstruktur yang terdiri dari rancangan model use case diagram, activity diagram, sequence diagram dan class diagram. Bahasa HTML, CSS dan Javascript digunakan untuk membangun antarmuka sistem sedangkan untuk pemprosesan web menggunakan bahasa pemprograman PHP dengan MySQL sebagai Database Management System dan framework CodeIgniter membantu dari segi kecepatan pengembangan dan efisiensi source code aplikasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu para penyuluh pertanian dan mempermudah dalam menganalisas kondisi lahan para petani jenis padi gogo.

Abstract

Guru bagaikan pengajar handal dituntut untuk senantiasa meningkatkan standar kompetensi guru yang mencakup kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi karakter, kompetensi sosial, serta kompetensi profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan produktivitas kompetensi profesi guru produktif SMK Pariwisata di Jawa Barat sebelum, sesudah dan sebelum dan sesudahProgram One GM One SMK dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini memakai jenis penelitian kuantitatif penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan guru Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan(SMK) Pariwisata di Jawa Barat tahun ajaran 2019 atau 2020 sebesar 17. 527 partisipan guru. Ada pula penelitian ini memakai metode Slovin sebab dalam pencabutan ilustrasi, jumlahnya wajib representativeagar hasil penelitian bisa digeneralisasikan serta perhitungannya juga tidak membutuhkan bagan jumlah sampel, tetapi bisa dicoba dengan metode serta kalkulasi sederhana. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu (1) Terdapat pengaruh sebelum penggunaan program One GM One SMK untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kompetensi profesi guru produktif SMK Pariwisata di Jawa Barat, (2) Terdapat pengaruh sesudah penggunaan program One GM One SMK untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kompetensi profesi guru produktif SMK Pariwisata di Jawa Barat. (3) Terdapat perbedaan hasil pre-test dan post-test penerapan metode penggunaan program One GM One SMK untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kompetensi profesi guru produktif SMK. Maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa bahwa terjadi peningkatan kompetensi profesi dari guru-guru produktif di SMK Pariwisata di Jawa Barat sebelum dan sesudah program One GM One SMK sehingga sangat efektif dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kompetensi profesi guru produktif SMK.

Abstract

Problematic financing is non-current financing given by BMT to members who cannot fulfill the requirements or the obligation to repay funds that have been loaned before on the due date. Handling of troubled financing must be carried out by all financial institutions, because BMT will experience losses if it turns out that the quality of financing that has been channeled is not good. The objectives of this research are: 1) To find out what are the factors that cause problem financing in the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben. 2) To take appropriate steps and strategies in handling problem financing in the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben. This study uses qualitative methods and takes location in the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben. The focus in this study is the Problematic Financing Management Strategy on Financing Products. The data sources in this study are the Chairperson and Marketing of the BMT NU Cabang Kesamben and Problematic Financing data. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: first, the factors that led to the emergence of problematic financing in BMT NU Cabang Kesamben consists of internal factors arising from the BMT, as well as external factors that arise from the customer itself. Secondly, the handling strategy at the NU BMT Cabang Kesamben has been quite effective, as evidenced by the problematic financing data which has decreased every year. In handling troubled financing, the strategies used by BMT NU Cabang Kesamben are by doing it (re-survey, friendship, giving warning letters, billing after the due date, and finally doing rescheduling / rescheduling).

Abstract

The Baiturrahman Mosque is a PKM partner that facilitates the Isra Mi'raj which has been carried out for approximately 25 years. In this PKM activity, the team brought up a big topic, namely Building a Generation with Noble Morals: STIE Ganesha Social Service in Commemoration of the Isra Mi'raj of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. To support this topic, researchers evaluated the implementation of internal control of funds for Isra Mi'raj activities at the Baiturrahman Mosque using a qualitative descriptive implementation method.  In carrying out the evaluation, researchers collected data by means of observation and interviews. Primary data in the form of internal control of the receipt of funds for Isra Mi'raj activities was obtained through questions and answers with Mr. Ajat, Mr. Sugeng, and Mr. Sarkum as chairman and members of the Baiturrahman Mosque committee. Based on the data collected, researchers found that the implementation of internal control in the implementation of Isra Mi'raj activities at the Baiturrahman Mosque in 2024 still needs to be optimized.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of social media marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions at Tiger Wild Store. Against the background of the increasing use of the internet and social media, this study highlights the significant role of social media such as Instagram, Facebook, and others in product promotion. In addition, the quality of service received by consumers also affects purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a population of all Tiger Wild Store consumers and a sample of 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a Likert scale, validity, and reliability tests. The results showed a significant influence between social media marketing and service quality on consumer purchasing decisions. These findings provide insight for companies to improve marketing and service strategies to increase sales.

Abstract

This study aims to understand whether Participatory leadership style, motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Trans Piramyd Balikpapan on purpose and situation, sponsored by software that uses the SPSS version 18 windows, has a significant importance on the performance of the employees of PT. Trans Piramyd Balikpapan is dominant on employee performance partially. Leadership is the ability of a person for the purpose of a group or organization that has been determined. The purpose of this study was to study the presence or absence of the influence of Participatory Leadership style, Motivation and Work Discipline of PT. Trans Piramyd Balikpapan, is maximize by measuring the magnitude of this influence. The method used in this research is to use quantitative data obtained through 86 respondents are samples then processed using statistics then presented in the form of scientific analysis. After collecting data through both questionnaires, field observations using multiple linear regression analysis, where the regression analysis is: Y = 0.316 X1 + 0.343 X2 + 0.222 X3 Participative leadership style variables, motivation and work discipline have no significant effect on employee performance. F-count obtained is = 1.544> F table 0.209. The partially dominant support for the performance of employees of PT. Trans Piramyd Balikpapan is the highest-value work discipline, amounting to 0.042 with a t value of 2.062> 0.178 table values.

Abstract

Pasca pandemi, media sosial menjadi tulang punggung pemasaran digital bagi usaha mikro, termasuk homestay, karena efektifitas dan biayanya yang terjangkau. Penelitian kualitatif ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pemanfaatan Instagram dan mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku homestay di kawasan wisata Cipanas, Kabupaten Cianjur. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi konten Instagram dan wawancara mendalam dengan lima pemilik homestay. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Instagram berperan sebagai katalog digital, media interaksi dengan calon tamu, dan alat untuk membangun kepercayaan. Namun, kendala utama yang dihadapi adalah keterbatasan waktu dan pengetahuan dalam menciptakan konten yang konsisten dan strategis. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan khusus untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kemampuan mengelola konten sangat diperlukan agar para pelaku homestay dapat memaksimalkan potensi pemasaran yang ditawarkan oleh platform Instagram.

Abstract

The objective of this research endeavour is to analyse the impact of perceived expediency, usefulness, risk, and utility on the millennial generation's inclination to utilise ShopeePay. The study's population comprises millennials who are users of ShopeePay or have access to the service. An example of 90 respondents will be selected from this population to participate in the research as subjects. The methodology employed for data analysis in this study is multiple linear regression. This study employs quantitative approaches, specifically Simple Random Sampling and Likert scales, to assess the attitudes, opinions, and perceptions of the participants. Perceived convenience had no positive and statistically significant effect on the influence of ShopeePay usage among millennials, according to the findings. However, the influence of ShopeePay usage on the millennial generation is positively and significantly impacted by the second independent variable, perceived utility, the third independent variable, perceived usefulness, and the fourth independent variable, perceived risk. This study's implication is to concentrate the analysis on a single form of electronic wallet, ShopeePay, through an examination of its impact on interest in utilising the ShopeePay electronic wallet.
