Abstract

Abstract The purpose of the study was to describe leadership style, level of education and work environment and to determine its effect on employee performance simultaneously and partially. This research method uses quantitative methods with this type of research (explanatory research). The sample of this research is the employees of PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO using the slovin formula produced as many as 67 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this study is multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS 16. for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) simultaneously there is a significant influence between leadership style, education level and work environment on employee performance at PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO. while partially (2) leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance (3) education level has a significant effect on employee performance (4) work environment partially affects employee performance at PT. GALAXY SURYA PANELINDO. Keywords : Leadership style, education level, work environment and employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to describe service quality, employee performance, community satisfaction and analyze the effect of service quality, employee performance on community satisfaction in Wadeng Village, Sidayu District, Gresik Regency. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The method of data collection in this study was done by accidental sampling technique and the distribution of online questionnaires. In determining the number of samples, this study uses the theory of Slovin. The sample used in this study were 65 respondents who were residents of Wadeng Village who provided services from November to December 2021, Petiyin and Brak. To solve the problem in this research, using validity test, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, f test, and t test the research uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that the Service Quality and Employee Performance Variables have a positive and significant influence on the community.. Keywords: Quality Of Service And Employee Performance Influence On Community Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze the effect of price, product reviews, convenience and safety on the decision to purchase imported casings at Shopee. Sampling was carried out on active students at the Islamic University of Malang for the 2019/2020 academic year using the Malhotra formula so that a sample of 105 respondents was obtained. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS analysis tool. This study shows that price, product reviews, convenience and safety have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction on Fashion Customer Loyalty at the Hadeed.co Brand. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang. The method used is multiple linear regression. In this study, a sample of 55 respondents via Google form was in accordance with the formula used, namely the Malhotra formula. Data analysis in this study used the help of SPSS 26.0 analysis aimed at the Influence of Perceived Value and Customer Satisfaction on Fashion Customer Loyalty at the Hadeed.co Brand. In this study resulted in Perceived Value partially positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty, and Customer Satisfaction partially positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. And for the Influence of Perceived Value (X₁) and Customer Satisfaction (X₂) on Fashion Customer Loyalty (Y) on the Hadeed.co Brand, the study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang was 73.8% and the remaining 26.2 was influenced by other variables not present in the study. Keywords : Perceived Value, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and analyze marketing communication strategies through online media in increasing sales volume at the Dika Frozen Food Store. This research is located at the Dika Frozen Food store, Karangploso Malang. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative. The data used are primary data and secondary data, obtained from interviews and questionnaires filled out directly by respondents who are consumers of the Dika Frozen Food store. The sample used is 30 respondents.The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The marketing promotion strategy used is by using five promotion mixes, namely advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations and direct marketing. The results of this study indicate that social media has a major effect on increasing sales volume. Keywords: online media, and sales volume

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of reputation, information quality and e-wom on purchase intention on the online buying and selling site Tokopedia in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students in Malang City, who were represented by State Universities, Brawijaya University and Private Universities, Islamic University of Malang. The sampling method in this study used non-probability sampling, namely snowball sampling, in this study the sample numbered 96 respondents. While the data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression with the help of SPSS 25.0. The resulting conclusion is that reputation has a negative and significant effect on purchase intention, quality of information & e-wom has a positive effect on online purchase intention of Tokopedia among students in Malang City. Keywords: Reputation, Quality of Information, E-wom, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of interpersonal communication and work environment on job satisfaction in Universal UMKM. The data used in this study used primary data obtained from interviews, observations and questionnaires and secondary data obtained from documentation. The population of this study were all Universal UMKM employees, while the sample in this study was 40 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear analysis by testing the hypothesis using the F test and t test. The research shows that interpersonal communication and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. While partially interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Abstract

Abstract CV. Jaya Mulya Plastic is a company engaged in the recycling of plastic waste. The problem of this research is related to the performance of its employees. In this case, CV. Jaya Mulya Plastic has never analyzed problems related to the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, human resource development, and job satisfaction on employee performance at CV. Jaya Mulya Plastics. The population in this study are employees of CV. Jaya Mulya Plastics. The approach method uses a sampling jenuh  technique, namely purposive sampling which is a sample collection technique based on certain criteria using questionnaires and interviews distributed to 35 respondents. The results showed that partially Leadership, Human Resource Development and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of this study can be used as a reference for further researchers by developing the variables studied and adding populations and samples to develop research. Keywords: Leadership, Human Resource Development, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract CV. Asia Setia Putera is a company operating in the cigarette industry. The problem of this study is that there are problems related to the decline in employee performance. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Leadership Style, Reward, and Work Environment on the Performance of CV.Asia Setia Putera Employees. This study used quantitative methods. Populai in this study is a permanent employee of CV.Asia Setia Putera. The approach method that uses non-probability sampling techniques is saturated sampling as a sample of 43 respondents. The tests carried out are instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests and hypothesis tests using spss 22 software. The results showed that (1) Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, Rewards have a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Based on the results that negatively affect the reward variable, this research can be used as the next research material to be applied in different places. Keywords: The Leadership Style, Reward, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of the BPOM Label and Electronic Word Of Mouth on Consumer Purchase Decisions for Skincare Skintific Products in case studies of FEB class 2019 students. The type of research used is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires, using the Malhotra formula because the population of Skintific users is not known with certainty. the sample used non- probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 75 respondents. In data processing using SPSS, to solve problems in analyzing validation tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression and adjusted R square tests. The results of the study are the effect of the BPOM label and electronic word of mouth partially or simultaneously having a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: BPOM Label, Electronic Word Of Mouth, Purchasing Decision.
