Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the effect of Product Quality, Price, and Halal Certification on the Purchase Decision of Naavagreen Skin Care in Malang City. The population used in this study were Medical Students who used Naavagreen Skin Care. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The variables in this study are Product Quality, Price, Halal Certification and Purchase Decision. The results of this study explain that the variables of Product Quality, Price, and Halal Certification have a significant effect on purchasing decisions simultaneously. Product Quality has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions, and Halal Certification has a significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Halal Certification, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Compensation, Work Environment, and Communication, on Employee Job Satisfaction. The research used is descriptive quantitative method. The population in this study were 116 employers of Cooperative Official in Batu City. While the sample used in this study was purposive sampling with proportionate stratified random sampling using the Slovin formula so that there were 54 samples. The data used are secondary data and primary data using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis method used is instrument test: validity and reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test: multicollinearity test and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing: simultaneous test, partial test and coefficient of determination. From the results of the study simultaneously obtained the results that Compensation, Work Environment, and Communication have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Partially the result that Compensation have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Work Environment do not Have Significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction, Communication have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction. Keywords: Compensation, Work Environment, Communication, Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstract The rapid development of the business world, competition between companies to be able to market their products and services is also getting higher. In this case, every company must have various strategies, one of which is doing Word Of Mouth, Image and Hedonic Shopping Motivation. Because the existence of a good word of mouth can cause consumers to feel satisfied so that they form positive information and then inform others with effective and attractive hedonic shopping motivation and can improve purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of doing Word Of Mouth, Image and Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Purchasing Decisions. The selection of the sample in this study used purposive sampling with the criteria of being an active student at the Islamic University of Malang, owning and using Vans shoes. Based on the criteria, 75 respondents were sampled. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, model fit testing. The results of the analysis show that Word Of Mouth, Image and Hedonic Shopping Motivation simultaneously influence purchasing decisions. Keywords: Influence Of Word Of Mouth, Brand Image, And Hedonic Shopping.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to ascertain how employee performance is impacted by health, safety, and the workplace environment. In this study, a questionnaire was employed to collect data from a sample of 71 employees. Multiple linear analysis with F test and t test assessment of the hypothesis is the analytical approach employed in this investigation. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that both health and safety as well as the workplace environment have a positive and significant impact on employees' performance, with the effects of work environment and health and safety having a lesser impact. Keywords: Health, Safety, Work Environment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to students of the Islamic University of Malang Class of 2019. The type of research used is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand ambassadors and convenience on purchasing decisions. The free variables used are brand ambassador and convenience, while the bound variables are purchasing decisions. The sample used in this study was 80 respondents who were students of the Islamic University of Malang class of 2019. The sampling technique used in this study is Non Probability Sampling, and sample determination using snowball sampling, The analysis methods used are instrument tests, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption tests, F tests and t tests, determination tests using the help of SPSS 22.0 computer software data processing. The results of this study show that brand ambassadors have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality, price and promotion simultaneously affect purchasing decisions, while convenience variables do not have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand ambassadors and convenience simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.  Keywords: Brand Ambassador, Ease and Purchasing Decision

Abstract

Abstract The work environment is the situation around the workplace both physically and non-physically which can give the impression of being pleasant, secure, reassuring and the impression of being at home/at ease at work and so on. Observations made by researchers at the Monta District Office, Bima Regency, show that some of the performance of employees at this office is not fully in accordance with what is expected by the organization in general. Dealing with such complex tasks, functions and authorities, the office should need human resources who have high performance at workThe research approach used in this study is to use an associative approach. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Online Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings on Interest in Buying Tiktok Shop Products. The sample used was 2019 UNISMA Management Department students with a total of 85 people. Online Customer Reviews and ratings are included in the independent variables, while purchase intention is the dependent variable. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire given to respondents with answer choices from strongly agree to strongly disagree. The data obtained were analyzed using Parametric Inferential Statistical analysis with SPSS version 25. The analysis process was carried out using several processes, namely, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of research on Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings have a partial and simultaneous effect. Therefore, it can be concluded that Online Customer Reviews and Customer Ratings are able to influence the buying interest of Online Shop users, especially Tiktok Shops. Keywords: Customer Reviews, Customer Ratings, Purchase Intention

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to examine the influence  of celebrity endorsers, video advertising  on vans shoe purchase decisions (case study on students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Class of 2019 Islamic University of Malang). The population in this study was 904 college students. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling and 98 students were obtained. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that the results of the simultaneous test or F test simultaneously  variable Celebrity Endorse, and Vidio Advertising, simultaneously affect the purchasing decision of Islamic University of Malang students.The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially celebrity endorse (X1) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. The results obtained in this study can be concluded that partially Vidio Advertising (X2) has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Video Advertising, Purchase Decision

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze whether there is an influence between service quality and price on visitor satisfaction at Caffe Paimo Malang. This type of research is intended to provide an explanation of the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing, making it an explanatory research to provide an explanation through the previously formulated problem, objectives to be achieved, and hypothesis testing. Therefore, the method used in this research is a survey method. The data processed in this study is the result of distributing questionnaires to customers who have visited and made purchases at Caffe Paimo Malang over a period of 4 months, totaling 95 respondents. This method implies that the study samples from the population and uses a questionnaire (list of questions) as the primary data collection instrument. In addition, in-depth interviews were also conducted to supplement the required data. The research findings show that the results of the t-test (partial) on service quality have an effect on visitor satisfaction, as indicated by a t-value of 3.732, and price has an effect on visitor satisfaction, as indicated by a t-value of 5.160. Meanwhile, the results of the F-test indicate a calculated value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This means that service quality and price simultaneously influence visitor satisfaction among customers of Caffe Paimo Malang. Based on the coefficient of determination calculation, the Adjusted R Square is 73%, while the remaining 27% can be explained by variables not covered in this study.Top of Form Keywords : Service Quality, Price and Visitor Satisfaction.
