Abstract

Abstract This study goals to know and analyse the effect of digital marketing and product desain to volume selling in home industry bag at tanggulangin, sidoarjo city. This population used all craftman bag kludan at tanggulangin, sidoarjo city with total 169 respondent. Meanwhile, all sample used 63 respondent. In study used analysis such as instrument test, classic assumption test, analysis multiple regression test, hypothesis test, and determination coefficient test (R2). Through this study it can be conclude that digital marketing has a positive effect and significant to volume selling, and product desain has a positive effect and significant to volume selling. Meanwhile this result was simultaneously that digital marketing and product desain has a positive effect and significant to volume selling in home industry bag at tanggulangin, sidoarjo city.  Keywords : digital marketing, product desain, volume selling.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to identify and assess how product completeness, service quality, and pricing affect consumers' choices to repurchase home goods at Sardo Swalayan. This study employed data from a study on students in the city of Malang, where the participants were chosen through purposive sampling and given questionnaires through the g-form. The Malhotra method was used to determine the sample size for this investigation, and 85 responses were the outcome. The analytical approach used in this study includes hypothesis testing (F test and t test), multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption testing (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), instrument testing (validity test, reliability test), normality test, coefficient of determination test, and data processing using the IBM SPSS 22 program. According to the study's findings, product completeness partially does not affect repurchase decisions, service quality somewhat influences repurchase decision, and pricing partially affects repurchase decision. Abstract

Abstract This purpose of study : (1) to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance at the Backpacker Hostel. (2) to determine the effect of Organizational Culture on the Performance of Backpacker Hostel Employees (3) to determine the effect of Work Motivation on the Backpacker Hostel's Employee Performance (4) to determine the simultaneous effect of work experience, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Backpacker Hostel's Employee Performance. In this study the population amounted to 35 respondents. Collecting data through distributing questionnaires using google form. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. The technique of testing data with instrument testing uses a validity test, reliability test, and continued normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, and classical assumption test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, testing research hypotheses. The results of the analysis show that: (1) There is a positive effect of the work experience variable on the Employee Performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. (2) There is no positive effect of the Organizational Culture variable on the Employees Performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. (3) There is a positive effect of the work motivation variable on the employee performance variable at the Backpacker Hostel. (4) There is a simultaneous positive effect of the variables of Work Experience, Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on the Variables of Employee Performance at Backpacker Hostel Keywords: Work Experience, Organizational Culture, Work Motivation and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract The studied aiming to be determining serviced qualitied, producted qualitied and promotional mixing on purchased decisioning for Pada pelanggan Kopi Hashtag Malang products, Malang College. Goods quality can attract customer's special interest. In order to face the competition, a company implements a marketing strategy for the goods produced. In a position to try to increase competition for similar goods and the behavior of customers who prefer new variants of goods issued by competitor issuers for satisfaction, more benefits & curiosity (Purwita, 2019). The company must also show that product quality must be in Barangsi because as well as growing the reputation quality of the issuer, it will increase so that the issuer gets a good reputation in the eyes of customers. On the other hand, customers will always remember by definition the quality of the goods is good, even customers will decide to buy the same goods again. In deciding a transaction, one of the factors that will be reviewed by the customer is price. Award Determination Strategy is a fundamental function that must be carried out by a company in responding to the market. Awards are also by definition one of the points taken into consideration by customers in determining transaction policies on goods (Kotler, 2005:18). Where the award is the amount of money that the customer must give fish in order to obtain or use an item or service. Abstract This examine goals to decide and examine the impact of Islamic management and religious subculture on employee performance thru task pleasure as an intervening at PT. bank Syariah Indonesia Malang vicinity workplace. This studies is informal associative research the usage of a quantitative approach. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine and explain the effect of social media marketing (Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting, Community Building) on customer decisions on IndiHome products (Special Study of Wittel Telkom Pasuruan). This research includes a type of research with quantitative. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique uses the formula from Solvin with the calculation results of 91 samples. To solve the problems in this study using SPSS with the help of validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that simultaneously The variables Content Creation (X1), Content Sharing (X2), Connecting (X3), Community Building (X4), have a significant simultaneous effect on customer decisions on IndiHome Telkom products (Y). And there is a partial influence between Content Creation (X1), Content Sharing (X2), Connecting (X3), Community Building (X4), on Customer Decisions on IndiHome Telkom Products (Y). Keywords : Content Creation, Content Sharing, Connecting. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and explain the influence of trust, free shipping promotions, online customer reviews and cash on delivery on purchasing decisions on the TikTok Shop Marketplace case study on students in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative approach which uses the Malhotra formula in order to determine the sample because the population is still not known for sure, seeing from the calculation results of the Malhotra formula to get the result of the number of samples as many as 90. To solve the problems in this study using the help of SPSS version 25 in analyzing validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, multiple linear regression tests and adjusted determination coefficient tests R2. The results of this study, namely trust, free shipping promotions, online customer reviews and cash on delivery simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and trust has a positive insignificant effect on purchasing decisions and free shipping promotions, online customer reviews and cash on delivery have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Trust, Free Shipping Promotion, Online Customer Reviews, Cash On Delivery, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

SOCIALIZATION OF PURNA PEKERJA MIGRAN INDONESIA (PMI) IN IMPROVING THE COMMUNITY ECONOMY. Data from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) shows that the number of unemployed in Indonesia is increasing due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The program for placing workers abroad is one alternative to reduce unemployment in the country. However, the role of Purna PMI's efforts on community economic development in Malang Regency has not been widely studied. With this service, it is hoped that it will be known how mu ch the efforts of Purna PMI have played a role in expanding job opportunities, empowering the community's economy. The method used in this research is the Community Based Interactive Approach Method (CBIA). The socialization was carried out by providing material on the community's economy from the perspective of Management, Employment, Organization and Banking. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to Retired PMI. With the implementation of the socialization program regarding the improvement of the community's economy, all parties benefit, especially for the Retired PMI Malang Regency. Overall, the implementation of the socialization can be said to be successful because the participants were able to master it, as evidenced by the distribution of questionnaires to the participants and the comparison of the percentage before and after the socialization that was obtained with the figure before socialization was 21% and after socialization was 84%.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control simultaneously and partially on online purchase intentions using Shopee Paylater. This type of research used is quantitative research. The sample in this study were students in the city of Malang who had used Shopee Paylater. Data collection technique used is through the distribution of questionnaires. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that attitudes, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control simultaneously influence the intention to buy online using Shopee Paylater. Partially, attitudes influence online purchase intentions using Shope Paylater. Meanwhile, subjective norms and perceptions of behavioral control have no effect on online purchase intentions using Shopee Paylater. Keywords: Attitude, Subjective Norm, Perceived Behavior Control, Online Purchase Intention.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial influence of Influencers and Endorsements on Purchase Intention of Erigo Fashion Products on Instagram Social Media. This type of research is explanatory. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire through the Googlee Form. A sample of 154 respondents who have purchased Erigo fashion through Instagram in the last 3 months. Data analysis using Descriptive Statistics and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that influencers and endorsements simultaneously have a significant influence on Erigo Fashion's Purchase Intention on Instagram. This means that every increase in Influencer and Endorsement will be accompanied by an increase in Purchase Intention. Influencers have a significant influence on Purchase Intention, this means that an increase in the number of followers who like, the uniqueness of content about fashion, will increase Purchase Intention. Endorsement has a significant influence on Purchase Intention. This means that increasing the credibility, expertise and ability of Celebrity endorsers will increase Purchase Intention. Keywords: Influencer,  Endorsement ,  Purchase Intension
