Abstract

The Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) is an integrated system of planning systems, budgeting systems and performance reporting systems, which is in line with the implementation of the financial accountability system at the Disdukcapil Kab. Pekalongan. In this case, every organization is required to record and report every use of state finances and their compliance with applicable regulations. The design of the E-SAKIP information system uses a Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Diagram, and Context Diagram model. The transition from manual technology to the use of databases and systems that facilitate reporting to the secretariat of the Disdukcapil Kab. Pekalongan. The E-SAKIP system makes it easier for decision makers to monitor government management systems that focus on increasing accountability as well as improving results-oriented performance (outcomes).Keywords: E-SAKIP, Design, Information Systems, Data Flow Diagrams Sistem Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintahan (SAKIP) merupakan sistem integrasi dari sistem perencanaan, sistem penganggaran dan sistem pelaporan kinerja, yang selaras dengan pelaksanaan sistem akuntabilitas keuangan pada Disdukcapil Kab. Pekalongan. Dalam hal ini, setiap organisasi diwajibkan mencatat dan melaporkan setiap penggunaan keuangan negara serta kesesuaiannya dengan ketentuan yang berlaku. Perancangan sistem informasi E-SAKIP menggunakan model Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Diagram, Context Diagram. Peralihan dari teknologi manual ke penggunaan database dan sistem yang memudahkan pelaporan kepada bagian kesekretariatan Disdukcapil Kab. Pekalongan. Sistem E-SAKIP memudahkan pemangku keputusan untuk memantau sistem manajemen pemerintahan yang berfokus pada peningkatan akuntabilitas serta sekaligus peningkatan kinerja yang berorientasi pada hasil (outcome). Kata kunci: E-SAKIP, Perancangan, Sistem Informasi, Data Flow Diagram

Abstract

Inventory as a system in a company related to the stock of goods is required to provide all information about the availability of raw materials, semi-finished goods or finished goods. Inventory of goods is an activity that will always change and as the main element that will continue to rotate. If the Inventory is too large, it can cause high cost burdens so that it needs to be minimized while still meeting consumer demand. Therefore, to overcome this problem, a system is needed to be able to manage and monitor the availability of goods in order to meet consumer demand effectively and efficiently. The design of the Inventory system at Izara Batik using the Prototype method aims to manage and monitor the availability of existing goods with actual consumer needs more effectively and efficiently. The Prototype method has the first stage, namely communication, quick plan, modeling quick design, construction of Prototype, deployment delivery and feedback. The system that has been built is then tested using alpha testing, namely blackbox testing. The test results show that all functions operate properly and according to their functions. Therefore, this Inventory system is able to overcome problems at Izara Batik, making the transaction process in the warehouse easier and more efficient and the data on goods owned can be managed better.

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran yang strategis untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja, menggairahkan ekonomi lokal, juga bisa menjadi dasar inspirasi inovasi juga kreativitas masyarakat. Penerapan Teknologi Informasi pada sebuah perusahaan dapat membantu perusahaan tersebut mencapai tujuan perusahaan meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektivitas. Dalam melakukan penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi, dapat digunakan suatu kerangka kerja dan analisis desain COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) 2019. Hasil analisis faktor desain COBIT 2019 yang telah dilakukan terdapat 1 Domain Posititf MEA03 Pengelolaan Kepatuhan terhadap Persyaratan Eksternal dan 4 Domain Negatif APO06 Pengelolaan anggaran dan biaya, APO12 Manajemen Risiko, APO14 Manajemen Data, dan BAI09 Manajemen Aset. Untuk Domain positif dapat dipertahankan maupun ditingkatkan hal tersebut, khhusus untuk domain negatif rekomendasi yang bisa diberikan adalah dengan memfokuskan sumber daya yang berkaitan dengan bidang teknologi informasi dan bidang keuangan
