Abstract

This research focuses on developing a Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Information System architecture using the Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and microservices approach. This study successfully integrated SME system services and functionalities encompassing accounting management, financial management, product analysis, stock management, invoicing, and taxation services within an SOA structure. Adopting the principles of microservices, each service was able to isolate information and ensure consistency within its scope. Using CI/CD, service mesh, and the Kubernetes platform facilitated efficient and secure code delivery and effective inter-service communication management. This research demonstrates the importance of service-oriented architecture and microservices in building a modular, flexible, and customizable SME information system that can reuse resources and reduce dependency on back-end applications. As a result, the system produced can be easily adapted and enhanced to meet changing policy and business needs.

Abstract

Various review studies on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) have provided recent insights into research trends, especially regarding e-commerce adoption. However, this study highlights the knowledge gap in TAM investigations related to e-commerce adoption in the context of small and medium enterprises (SME). Through a systematic review of 28 research articles from 2018 to 2023, the main findings show that TAM research tends to focus on developing models with external variables, especially factors from other theories or models. The main issue that is often discussed is the acceptance of e-commerce at the micro-industry scale, with surveys as the dominant research method. This study provides valuable insights and becomes an important reference for academics, professionals, and business people interested in e-commerce adoption in SMEs, highlighting key trends and issues that need further research.

Abstract

Pemerintahan berbasis elektronik atau yang dikenal dengan e-government, merupakan salah satu bentuk pelayanan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik. Layanan digital berkomitmen untuk meningkatkan kemudahan akses data, informasi, dan juga layanan yang dapat diterima oleh masyarakat secara lebih cepat. Artikel ini menguraikan factor factor pemerintah menggunakan e-government. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah mencari sumber jurnal yang berkualitas. Jurnal yang terpilih adalah Google Scholar, Emerald Insight, Elsevier dan IEEE explore dengan kata kunci "e-government", "technology adopt" dan "perception of usability and ease of use". Kami menemukan 1703 artikel penelitian yang berkaitan dengan penyelenggaraan pemerintahan berbasis elektronik (e-government). Kemudian, dari 1703 artikel terpilih, diterima 146 artikel berdasarkan pembacaan judul dan abstrak. Kemudian, diteliti 146 artikel tentang topik yang dipilih dengan cermat dan didapatkan 30 artikel sesuai dengan domain yang ada di TAM. Studi ini juga menghasilkan konstruksi tambahan (variabel eksternal) yang paling sering digunakan untuk melengkapi model TAM. Diharapkan penemuan konstruk penting ini dapat memberikan titik referensi konseptual untuk model dan peluang untuk penelitian lebih lanjut.

Abstract

 This research investigates the factors that affect the adoption of e-commerce innovations by village government employees, who are crucial in developing village-owned enterprises (BUMDES). The study uses a literature review to explore the factors influencing the adoption of e-commerce by village employees. By searching for articles published between 2014 and 2023 in reputable journals like Scopus, EmeraldInsight, Science Direct, and EBSCOhost, 30 relevant articles were obtained. The research reveals that technological, economic, environmental, organisational, and trust factors have the greatest impact on the adoption of e-commerce in village governments. These findings can serve as a basis for future research on the effectiveness of these factors and can also assist policy makers and organizations in implementing effective strategies for e-commerce adoption by BUMDES in rural areas. This adoption is expected to have a positive impact on economic development and overall rural progress.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and validate the factors that influence the performance and effectiveness of smart village services. Smart villages have become a focus for improving the quality of life of rural communities in the era of digital technology. However, there is a lack of methods to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of smart villages. We propose a holistic framework to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of smart services in smart villages. In this study, factors that influence the success of smart village effectiveness are identified. How effective the smart village services are can be understood using the information system success model approach by DeLone and McLean. This framework is expected to provide a better understanding of the effectiveness of smart village services so that people are willing to adopt the smart village service concept. In addition, this model can also be used as decision-making support for stakeholders and is expected to improve the quality of life of rural communities in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

Background: Industri mebel menghadapi tantangan dalam merancang produk yang ergonomis dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk mebel melalui penerapan antropometri. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan alat antropometri yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk mebel dengan memperhatikan aspek ergonomi. Metode: Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi alat antropometri, dan pendampingan kepada pemilik, karyawan UD Papanjati Furnitur, serta masyarakat sekitar. Pelatihan meliputi pengenalan alat, prosedur penggunaan, serta manfaat aspek ergonomi dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk mebel yang dihasilkan. Hasil: Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap penggunaan alat antropometri, yang tercermin dari kemampuan mereka mengikuti instruksi pemateri. Diperoleh ukuran mebel yang siap diproduksi, yang lebih ergonomis dan berkualitas. Kesimpulan: Penggunaan alat antropometri dalam proses desain mebel terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas produk dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The tourism industry demands interactive and personalized solutions to enhance the traveler experience. However, providing relevant and customized travel recommendations based on individual preferences remains a challenge. This study integrates Augmented Reality (AR) technology with the C4.5 algorithm to address this issue and improve the tourism experience in Pekalongan Regency. The research method involved collecting data from 500 respondents through an online questionnaire. The collected data underwent preprocessing, including handling missing data, data transformation, and class balancing. The C4.5 algorithm was applied to build a tourism recommendation model, while AR technology presented 3D visualizations of tourist destinations through an interactive application. The research results show that the recommendation model achieved an accuracy rate of 76.92%. The integration of AR provided an interactive experience that enhanced tourist engagement and satisfaction, although limitations were found in AR visualization quality and the completeness of destination information. Further improvements are needed to enhance AR realism, provide more detailed content, and optimize user satisfaction. This study contributes to the development of AR-based tourism technology integrated with the C4.5 algorithm. The findings encourage local tourism innovation and have the potential to enhance the traveler experience in Pekalongan Regency. This model can also be applied to other tourist destinations across Indonesia.

Abstract

The development of the digital era has encouraged the use of social media as a strategic tool for promotion and information dissemination, including in the publishing industry. PT. XYZ utilizes Twitter to raise awareness of literacy issues. This study analyzes public sentiment towards literacy through tweets with the hashtags #literasi, #literasiindonesia, and #penerbitbuku using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm. The research stages include scraping, preprocessing, labeling, TF-IDF vectorization, and evaluation with a confusion matrix. From the 466 tweets analyzed, a balanced distribution of positive and negative sentiments was obtained. The model produced an accuracy of 47.87%, precision of 47%, recall of 57%, and an F1-score of 51%. These results are lower than those of Afrillia et al. (2022), who achieved an accuracy of 70.8%, and Widyanto et al. (2023), who obtained 80.41% with an RBF kernel. These differences confirm the limitations of SVM on small datasets and informal language. This study contributes by showing the potential and limitations of SVM in analyzing literacy on social media. These results also emphasize the need for further research with larger datasets and advanced methods such as ensemble learning and deep learning (LSTM, BERT).

Abstract

UMKM mempunyai peran yang strategis untuk menciptakan lapangan kerja, menggairahkan ekonomi lokal, juga bisa menjadi dasar inspirasi inovasi juga kreativitas masyarakat. Penerapan Teknologi Informasi pada sebuah perusahaan dapat membantu perusahaan tersebut mencapai tujuan perusahaan meningkatkan efisiensi serta efektivitas. Dalam melakukan penerapan tata kelola teknologi informasi, dapat digunakan suatu kerangka kerja dan analisis desain COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) 2019. Hasil analisis faktor desain COBIT 2019 yang telah dilakukan terdapat 1 Domain Posititf MEA03 Pengelolaan Kepatuhan terhadap Persyaratan Eksternal dan 4 Domain Negatif APO06 Pengelolaan anggaran dan biaya, APO12 Manajemen Risiko, APO14 Manajemen Data, dan BAI09 Manajemen Aset. Untuk Domain positif dapat dipertahankan maupun ditingkatkan hal tersebut, khhusus untuk domain negatif rekomendasi yang bisa diberikan adalah dengan memfokuskan sumber daya yang berkaitan dengan bidang teknologi informasi dan bidang keuangan

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informasi di era industri 4.0 telah mendorong banyak industri, termasuk sektor makanan dan minuman (F&B), untuk beralih ke sistem digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi aplikasi kasir Mini Pro dengan menerapkan metode McCall, dengan fokus utama pada efisiensi serta pengalaman pengguna. Dalam proses pengumpulan data, metode yang digunakan mencakup wawancara dan kuesioner yang diberikan kepada pemilik Es Teh Bro guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan serta permasalahan yang dihadapi. Pemilihan individu target atau pemilik Es Teh Bro telah ditentukan sebelumnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa aplikasi ini mengalami kendala dalam menangani transaksi menggunakan tanpa koneksi internet, yang menyebabkan lambatnya pemrosesan data. Walaupun aspek Product Operation memperoleh nilai 74,7% (baik), aspek Product Transition mencapai 70,4% (baik), dan aspek Product Revision mencatat nilai tertinggi, yakni 98% (sangat baik), secara keseluruhan aplikasi ini tetap dikategorikan sebagai “Tidak Baik” dengan total nilai 26%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menyoroti perlunya perbaikan pada aspek Product Operation dan Product Transition agar sistem aplikasi kasir Mini Pro dapat memberikan layanan yang lebih baik dan optimal bagi penggunanya, sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dalam sektor F&B. Penelitian ini juga merekomendasikan dilakukannya pengujian lebih lanjut menggunakan metode lain, seperti ISO 9126 atau CMMI, untuk memperoleh analisis yang lebih komprehensif dan mendalam dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas perangkat lunak ini di masa depan.
