Abstract

Abstrak. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan internet di Indonesia, telah memiliki dampak yang sangat baik terhadap perubahan bisnis perdagangan. Dengan e-commerce proses bisnis jual – beli antara produsen dan konsumen dapat dilakukan secara mudah dan cepat  sehingga dapat membantu para pelaku bisnis didalam menjalankan usahanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall dikarenakan setiap tahap yang dilalui selalau berjalan berurutan atau terstruktur, adapun langkah – langkah pada metode waterfall meliputi survei sistem, analisa sistem, design sistem, pembuatan sistem, implementasi sistem, dan pemeliharaan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan mengidentifikasi kebutuhan bisnis, sistem e-commerce dapat menyediakan fitur dan informasi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dan kepuasan konsumen. Fitur – fitur tersebut meliputi produk pencarian, informasi rekening, pengiriman dan konfirmasi pembayaran, dan memberikan informasi persediaan unit penjualan, dan diharapkan hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi unit usaha dagang untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya sehingga lebih maju dan secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan nilai perusahaan yang dapat memberikan dampak pada meningkatnya tingkat perekonomian di Indonesia.  Kata kunci : e-commerce, sparepart, waterfall.DOI : https://doi.org/10.33005/scan.v13i1.1057

Abstract

Abstrak. Penerapan Teknologi Informasi pada sebuah lembaga pendidikan seharusnya dapat digunakan secara optimal. Untuk itu, diperlukan pemahaman  yang tepat mengenai konsep dasar dari sistem  yang berlaku, baik teknologi yang dimanfaatkan maupun aplikasi yang digunakan. Pada tahap analisis kinerja infrastruktur teknologi informasi saat ini (as-is), penulis melakukan penilaian terhadap masing-masing atribut model kematangan untuk proses yang akan dinilai. Penilaian kinerja saat ini (as-is), diperoleh  berdasarkan pencapaian kinerja Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi saat ini berdasarkan data – data tertulis yaitu berupa Laporan Sasaran Mutu, Laporan Rencana Strategis Pengembang TIK, Blue Print Teknologi Informasi Universitas. Penilaian kinerja yang diharapkan (to-be) bertujuan  untuk memberikan acuan untuk pengembangan teknologi informasi di institusi tersebut. Berdasarkan perbandingan kinerja saat ini dan kinerja yang diharapkan menghasilkan  rata – rata GAP mencapai nilai 1.00. Dikarenakan GAP yang dihasilkan terbilang kurang baik maka penulis merasa perlu untuk memberikan rekomendasi pada masing masing subdomain sehingga perbaikan lebih fokus pada bagian domain yang lemah.   Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Infrastruktur Teknologi Informasi, COBIT

Abstract

Managing personal finances is something that must be faced by everyone. Someone must be able to manage his personal finances and household well. This is done in order to be able to balance income and expenses, meet the necessities of life, and not get caught up in financial difficulties. By applying the correct way of financial management, a person is expected to get the maximum benefit from the money he has. Based on the problems that have been mentioned, it is need to build a personal financial monitoring application. The platform used by this software is Android. This software development is expected to be good solution tosupport everyone's daily life. Purpose of making this application is expected to provide convenience in recording personal finances. In addition, this application is expected to provide a recapitulation report which is according to user's needed. Some of these activities include filling in the incoming money data, filling out the outgoing money data, monitoring recaps in accordance with user's wishes, and making financial recap reports within a certain period of time. Advantage of this application is that it can do recapitulation with pdf file format outputs.Keywords: Android, Money Monitoring

Abstract

State Junior High School 1 Waru Sidoarjo has a great responsibility towards the development of a government-administered educational programs such as creating graduates who learned and believe. But at less utilization of  information technology is one of the factors is the maximum system working as well as the results achieved in the State Junior High School 1 Waru Sidoarjo. Ward and Peppard is a method of analysis that can assist in the strategic planning of isystems and nformation technology in order to maximize the achievement of vision and mission of the organization. Using analysis tools such as value chain, CSF (Critical Success Factor), PEST (Political, Economic, Social, Technology), five forces porter and McFarlan Strategic Grid can maximize the presence of application of information technology as one of the success factors in the achievement of the vision and mission of the organization. Abstract

Covid 19 cases that have begun to decline to the government's policy of loosening the wearing of masks in open spaces, do not mean that Covid 19 has disappeared from Indonesia. A healthy environment is something we still need to maintain in this post-Covid 19 pandemic era. The partner in this activity, namely the An-Nur Mushola Management, needs education about the sterilization of places of worship because the location is right on the edge of the highway which is crowded with activities coupled with the location of the Mushola which is adjacent to the kindergarten (Kindergarten) and elementary school (elementary school) this is clearly related to the health and safety of the pilgrims and also the students in the environment. Currently, the management of the Place of Worship really hopes for assistance in the form of health protocol facilities and education on the implementation of sterilization. Based on the explanation from the partner, the main needs during this pandemic are knowledge about the manufacture of disinfectant liquids, how to implement health protocols, and the disinfection process of the place. Based on the problems faced by the partners, researchers through community service activities entitled "PKM Making Disinfectants as an Effort to Maintain the Post-Pandemic Environment" will help partners provide solutions related to the problems faced. The target to be produced from the implementation of this program is to provide education related to how to make disinfectant liquids in an effort to maintain a healthy environment after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Canva adalah salah satu dari sekian aplikasi yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat promosi dalam bentuk video, animasi dan gambar yang dapat disajikan dalam bentuk poster, flyer serta teks berjalan yang bisa mempermudah orang lain untuk memahami maksud dari sebuah desain. Begitu juga dengan para siswa, dengan adanya media pembelajaran yang menarik dapat membantu mereka dalam memahami materi Pelajaran. Dengan adanya Pelatihan Canva para Bapak dan Ibu guru dapat membuat presentasi pembelajaran di kelas dengan semenarik mungkin. Guru dapat membuat materi pembelajan yang bisa dipilih desainnya sesuai selera. Selain itu agar tampilan presentasi bisa dikreasikan, berbagai fitur yang terdapat dalam desain juga bisa dimanfaatkan. Tampilan presentasi juga dapat disisipi dengan gambar atau video sesuai materi yang diajarkan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan memberikan wawasan dan penerapan praktis dalam memanfaatkan canva sehingga para guru diharapkan memiliki kreatifitas didalam menyusun media pembelajaran yang interaktif yang dapat mempermudah para siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran

Abstract

Abstract— Industrial Practice is a means for students to understand how to gain knowledge from the web-based Industrial Practice Monitoring Information System (SEMPI), which is a system that can provide information about industrial practice programs online. This system has an advantage in terms of the speed of presentation of the resulting information. In addition, this system is web-based so that it can be accessed at any time. Measuring the quality of current software is very necessary before a software will be used by users. This aims to find out the weaknesses of the system so that the resulting data can match the data entered after the data is executed. The technique of this research is the incoming and outgoing mail information system then carried out using Black Box testing. This method focuses on data entry, system display, memory usage and speed of data execution so that if the input data does not match what is expected, the system will fail. The results of testing using this method are said to be very good because all weaknesses in the system can be identified before use. Keywords— Information systems, Industrial Practices, monitoring

Abstract

Abstract— Industrial Practice Activities are a place for students to gain experience in the world of work and research experience in the form of a thesis by practicing the theories they have learned in lectures. In addition, it is also a place where students express their ideas, scientific ideas and produce research results and products before they become a Bachelor. The mechanism for appointing supervisors and examiners as well as scheduling Industrial Practice and thesis in the Informatics Engineering study program is carried out by the study program through the administration while the schedule and examination team are informed via messages to each examiner. Previously, there was a system that only solved the problem of industrial practice activities, namely the Web-based Industrial Practice Monitoring Information System, which is a system that can provide information about industrial practice programs online. This system has advantages in terms of the speed of presenting the information produced. In addition, this system is web-based so that it can be accessed at any time. This process takes a long time and good management, so that students get supervisors who are in accordance with their fields of expertise and the right exam schedule so that it does not interfere with the lecture schedule and lecturer schedule, but the same problem arises related to student thesis activities. then a system is needed that can solve problems that arise related to thesis activities. The conclusion that can be drawn in this study is the production of the Industrial Practice and Thesis Monitoring Information System (SIPIKRI) which can help the Informatics Engineering study program, Faculty of Engineering, Surabaya State University to run smoothly. In addition, it is hoped that this information system can assist the work of informatics engineering study program managers in carrying out the administration of these activities.
