Abstract

The implementation of Work From Home (WFH) has made a change in the way of working from office to home. Where these changes affect the formation of a new work environment. If the work environment is bad, it can cause burnout. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment on burnout using the Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis method with a sample of 100 State Civil Apparatus (ASN) employees. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a negative effect on burnout. So that this study succeeded in providing information about the work environment and burnout levels during the implementation of Work From Home (WFH).

Abstract

Local content is an important resource for Indonesia because it has economic as well as cultural values. Local content has the value of local wisdom, believed to be able to build a strong national identity and is able to survive amid the uncertainty era. Presently, the Indonesian local content barely exists, being hit by the global content in various media. Local television, closely related to the content area, is expected to encourage the growth of local content from all regions of the country. This research is aimed at determining the role of internet local TV in West Java in developing the local content which has global competitiveness. This can then be utilized by all local TV stations in Indonesia to expand the broadcast nationally and globally by using the Internet television technology.The method used is a descriptive survey using quantitative and qualitative research approach. The sample consists of 422 viewers and 12 local TV stations in West Java. The results obtained are the perception and expectations of the local TV viewers in West Java from the aspect of Quality Service with the dimensions of tangibility, Assurance, Empathy, Reliability, and Responsiveness, as well as the Business Model Canvas (BMC) of local TV stations in West Java.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the effect of organization culture, leadership, and work motivation on employee performance of banking organizations in Southeast Sulawesi. The methods used in this research are a descriptive survey and explanatory survey. Hypotheses testing was conducted using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). Meanwhile, data processing was done using Lisrel 8.72 program. The first hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on leadership. The second hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture has a significant and positive effect on employee work motivation. The third hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture and leadership have significant effects, both partially and simultaneously, on work motivation. The fourth hypotheses test result showed that organizational culture, leadership, and work motivation have a significant effect, both partially and simultaneously, on employee performance.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap semangat kerja pada karyawan PT TASPEN (PERSERO) KCU Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jumlah sampel 31 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Secara parsial karakteristik pekerjaan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan, begitu pula budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Secara simultan karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap semangat kerja karyawan. Kontribusi variabel karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi terhadap terhadap semangat kerja karyawan sebesar 72.7% dan sisanya 28.3% merupakan kontribusi dari variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil ini perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja maka perusahaan hendaknya memberikan pemahaman yang baik kepada karyawan mengenai karakteristik pekerjaan dan budaya organisasi yang ada di PT TASPEN (PERSERO) KCU Bandung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepemimpinan feminis terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan PT. XYZ- Berau. Motivasi kerja pada dasarnya adalah keadaan internal yang menimbulkan keinginan atau tekanan untuk bertindak. Motivasi kerja diukur melalui motivasi intrinsik, motivasi ekstrinsik, regulasi yang teridentifikasi, dan regulasi yang diintrojeksi. Dalam penelitian empirik sebelumnya, dikatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor salah satunya adalah kepemimpinan. Kepemimpinan yang pada umumnya didominasi oleh laki-laki terutama di bidang pertambangan, tidak selamanya berjalan efektif. Oleh karena itu, salah satu perusahaan kontraktor di bidang pertambangan mengangkat perempuan sebagai pemimpinan untuk mewujudkan kepemimpinan feminis. Kepemimpinan feminis adalah kepemimpinan di mana seorang perempuan bertindak aktif untuk memimpin dengan ciri khas kekuatannya, prinsip dan nilainya, politik, serta praktiknya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan sampel seluruh pegawai di PT. XYZ-Berau sebagai responden, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner tertutup dan dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, serta uji hipotesis. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan feminis memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, perusahaan disarankan untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja dengan mengoptimalkan kepemimpinan feminis yang saat ini telah berjalan.

Abstract

Dual-role conflict in married career women disrupts the continuity of home and office work, reducing performance at work and reducing family harmony. The purpose of this study is to examine the form of dual-role conflict experienced by working housewives with the demands of fulfilling the family economy and the strategies they use to overcome these conflicts. The research method used is systematic review research. The sources of data in this study are scientific articles, theses, theses and conference publications which have the topic of dual role conflict in women who work as government employees and teachers which were published in the last 10 years from 2013–2023. Data analysis using content analysis techniques. Based on this research, the forms of role conflict that often occur are conflicts based on time, tension, and behavior, and the resolution strategies carried out are time management, family management, and self-management.

Abstract

Along with the development of the world of education in Indonesia, this shows that the education sector is Along with the development of the world of education in Indonesia, this shows that the education sector is receiving more attention from the government, including higher education levels. Starting from academic programs that are formed in such a way as internships, volunteers, etc. with the aim of increasing the readiness of both students and graduates (fresh graduates) to enter the professional world so as to improve the quality of human resources in Indonesia. But in fact there are still a number of university graduates who are unemployed because the industry considers that university graduates are still not ready to face the world of work which is supported by data that the work readiness of high level graduates in Indonesia is only 10% which can be caused by inadequate abilities and job demands. . So this research aims to find out how internships influence students' preparation for entering the world of work. Respondents in this research were 131 graduates of the Faculty of Economics and Business from undergraduate study programs in Accounting, Economics, Management, Islamic Economics and Digital Business, FEB, Padjadjaran University with SmartPLS version 4 data processing. Based on research findings, 36% internship experience can simultaneously increase job readiness of fresh graduates. Meanwhile, as much as 64% was influenced by variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the relationship between Digital Competence and the use of TRK Jabar Application using quantitative methods. Civil Servant in the Electronic Based Government System need to have Digital Competence to follow digital transformation, especially in the use of TRK Jabar Application in West Java Province Regional Secretariat. The total sample in this study was 175 respondents who were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test method with the help of SPSS version 25 software. The research results show that digital employee competency is included in the Good category and the use of TRK Jabar Application is also in the Good category. Apart from that, employee digital competence is related to the use of TRK Jabar Application with a correlation coefficient value (0.703) which describes the strength of the position relationship so that if there is a change in digital competence, the use of TRK Jabar Application will increase. also tends to change. Apart from that, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.005 and an r value > 0, these variables are positively linearly related so that if digital competence increases then the use of TRK Jabar Application will also increase, as will if it decreases. This research results that Digital Competence has a significant and positive correlation with the use of the West Java TRK Application.
