Abstract

This research aims to develop creativity test. This research was conducted in Jakarta. Validity and relaibility test were designed with three calibration phases: (1) expert assessment phase, (2) empirical test phase Phase I, and (3) an empirical test phase II. Samples were selected based on purposive cluster random sampling. Factor analysis of empirical test involving 200 students in the sample, showed that the dimensions developed by the results of the factor analysis in accordance with the theoretical. The results showed that the test alliteration reading creativity consists of five dimensions, namely (1) the smoothness of thinking, (2) flexibility of thinking, (3) originality of ideas, (4) the new arrangement, and (5) of detail. Five dimensions are translated into 18 grains of questions or statements as a stimulus in generating creative ideas. Results of factor analysis showed that each factor has a load factor greater than 0.3. Results of factor analysis showed that the creativity test contains 4 items figural tests and 12 tests verbal. Creativity tests developed have α reliability coefficient of 0.822. Ɵ amounted to 0.866, and Ω is 0.944.

Abstract

This research hasi.purpose designing instruments. ability assessment .critical thinking, get the results of the instrument. assessment of thinking skills.critically valid.and reliable. The research method used is Research and Development, using methods.4D development, namely 1) observation and study of literature, 2) expert validation test, 3) testing for students, 4) ready-to-use product. The results of this study obtained. the result of that type.research instrument. which is developed feasible. used with analysis indicators, interpretation,. inference, evaluation, explanation,.induction, Decuction. The assessment instrument developed was PG (Multiple Choice). The difficulty test shows that of the 40 questions made have a difficulty level of 0.27 to 0.44, which is in the difficult and moderate criteria, on the test results 5 questions are stated as good, 17 questions are stated as sufficient, and 18 questions are said to be bad. The instrument for assessing critical thinking skills in basic mechanical engineering subjects was declared valid for 30 out of the 40 questions made and the reliability value was 0.82, then it was declared as realistic. Conclusion, the instrument for assessing critical thinking skills in the basic engineering work course is feasible.

Abstract

Abstract The solution offered to solve partner problems is Technopreneurship Training to Develop an Entrepreneurial Spirit in Teachers as educators. After the community service program is implemented, it is hoped that teachers can develop entrepreneurs. In the learning process, they must have networks and collaboration with the business/industry world. The implementation of Technopreneurship Training seeks to foster the entrepreneurial spirit of teachers. Presentation of entrepreneurship material includes: (1) the Technopreuner concept, developing a strong Technopreuner spirit - Business Management Managing a business with correct management starting from product design, to financial management. The training went very well and smoothly. All the training participants seemed very enthusiastic and listened seriously to the explanations from the speakers. Their appreciation for this training was not only because of the theory presented, but also because it was accompanied by direct practical sessions guided by resource persons. This makes complex materials easier to understand and implement. During the discussion and question and answer sessions, participants were very active in asking relevant questions regarding the material that had been presented. The resource person patiently and earnestly explained each question in detail and gave concrete examples. His response to each question demonstrated his expertise and proficiency in understanding and communicating the material effectively to the participants. Abstrak Solusi yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra adalah Pelatihan Technopreneurship untuk Menumbuhkan Jiwa Technopreuner pada Guru sebagai pendidik. Setelah program pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan diharapkan Guru dapat mengembangkan entrepreneur dalam proses pembelajaran harus memiliki jaringan dan kerjasama dengan dunia usaha/industri.. Pelaksanaan Pelatihan Technopreneurship diusahakan menumbuhkan Jiwa wirausaha Guru. Penyampaian pemaparan materi kewirausahaan diantaranya: (1) konsep Technopreuner, mengembangkan semangat Technopreuner yang tangguh - Manajemen Usaha Mengelola usaha dengan manajemen yang benar mulai dari desain produk, hingga manajemen keuangan. Pelatihan berjalan dengan sangat baik dan lancar. Semua peserta pelatihan tampak sangat antusias dan menyimak penjelasan dari narasumber dengan sungguh-sungguh. Apresiasi mereka terhadap pelatihan ini bukan hanya karena teori yang disampaikan, tetapi juga karena disertai dengan sesi praktek langsung yang dibimbing oleh narasumber. Hal ini membuat materi yang kompleks menjadi lebih mudah dipahami dan diimplementasikan. Selama sesi diskusi dan tanya jawab, peserta sangat aktif dalam mengajukan pertanyaan-pertanyaan yang relevan seputar materi yang telah disampaikan. Narasumber dengan sabar dan penuh kesungguhan menjelaskan setiap pertanyaan dengan detail dan memberikan contoh yang konkret. Tanggapannya terhadap setiap pertanyaan menunjukkan keahlian dan kecakapannya dalam memahami dan mengkomunikasikan materi secara efektif kepada peserta.

Abstract

Kurangnya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) menjadi jenjang pendidikan menengah yang strategis, berfokus pada membantu siswa mengembangkan kesiapan kerja guna bersaing dalam dunia pekerjaan. Kesiapan kerja tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga oleh kecerdasan emosional individu. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada siswa kelas XII jurusan teknik pemesinan di SMKN 4 Jakarta, dengan tujuan menginvestigasi hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan kesiapan kerja mereka. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji korelasional dengan metode Pearson Product Moment untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel kecerdasan emosional sebagai variabel independen dan kesiapan kerja sebagai variabel dependen. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, ditemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan dari kecerdasan emosional terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan dari nilai Pearson Correlation = 0,806 atau 80,6% dengan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kecerdasan emosional memiliki hubungan yang nyata terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa kelas XII jurusan teknik pemesinan di SMKN 4 Jakarta.

Abstract

Teachers are the spearhead that can shape the character and spirit of the Indonesian nation, both the good and bad of the nation is very dependent on the teacher. How great is the role of the teacher, so that teachers are needed who are professional, creative, innovative, have a high willingness to continue learning, and are literate in information technology, so they are able to keep abreast of the times. Website is an internet facility that can display information interactively. Through the website, users can exchange information so they can follow the development of science and technology quickly. Website provide many benefits if used wisely. However, in reality there are still many teachers who have not been able to increase their professional potential in developing websites. For this reason, a WordPress-based website design training program was designed for teachers of SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. This training uses the "Student Centered Learning" approach to the project-based learning model. The method used is the method of discussion, demonstration, and performance. Indicators of success in this training are: trainees can design a personal site based on WordPress. The resulting output in the form of articles in a journal, publication in online media, and publication of video activities on Youtube. Suggestions for further training are: training time should be longer, and training should be held outside of school or during school breaks, so that training participants can be more focused and not be constrained by teaching schedules. Abstrak Guru merupakan ujung tombak yang dapat membentuk watak dan jiwa bangsa Indonesia, baik buruknya bangsa sangat tergantung pada guru. Betapa besarnya peran guru, hingga diperlukan guru yang profesional, kreatif, inovatif, mempunyai kemauan tinggi untuk terus belajar, dan melek terhadap teknologi informasi, sehingga mampu mengikuti perkembangan zaman. Website merupakan fasilitas internet yang dapat menampilkan informasi secara interaktif. Melalui website, user dapat saling bertukar informasi sehingga dapat mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi dengan cepat. Website memberikan banyak manfaat jika digunakan secara bijak. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak guru yang belum dapat meningkatkan potensi diri secara profesional dalam mengembangkan website. Untuk itulah dirancang kegiatan pelatihan perancangan website berbasis WordPress bagi guru SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. Pelatihan ini menggunakan pendekatan “Student Centered Learning” dengan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode diskusi, demonstrasi, dan unjuk kerja. Indikator keberhasilan dalam pelatihan ini adalah: peserta pelatihan dapat merancang situs pribadi berbasis WordPress. Luaran yang dihasilkan berupa artikel pada sebuah jurnal, publikasi di media online, dan publikasi video kegiatan di Youtube. Saran bagi pelatihan berikutnya adalah: waktu pelatihan hendaknya lebih panjang, dan pelatihan hendaknya diselenggarakan di luar sekolah atau pada waktu libur sekolah, agar peserta pelatihan dapat lebih fokus dan tidak terkendala oleh jadwal mengajar.
