Abstract

This study aims to describe the ability of students to write narrative essays based on a genre-based approach using MPS and using video. This research is an experimental research. The population of this research is the students of Class X SMA DDI Maros, Maros Regency totaling 128 people. The sampling technique was random sampling, selected Class X-1 (experimental class) and Class X-3 (control class). The research data is in the form of writing a narrative essay based on a genre-based approach. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and inferential statistics. The results showed that students' writing skills using photo story media proved to be more effective. Based on the acquisition of the mean score reached 84.00 (experimental class) while students who received video media obtained an average score of 59.71 (control class). Hypothesis testing through parametric inferential statistical analysis type independent sample T test obtained 8.111> 2.00 which indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis wujud tindak tutur asertif yang digunakan oleh tenaga kesehatan dalam membangun hubungan baik dengan pasien di rumah sakit. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara terhadap tenaga kesehatan dan pasien di RSUD dr. La Palaloi, Kabupaten Maros. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindak tutur asertif yang dominan digunakan mencakup bentuk deklaratif, interogatif, dan imperatif. Tuturan deklaratif terdiri atas deklaratif bermakna penjelasan keadaan, nasihat, perkiraan, pertentangan, dan penegasan. Tuturan imperatif terdiri atas imperatif bermakna desakan dan anjuran. Tuturan interogatif terdiri atas interogatif bermakna menyatakan, memberitahukan, menyarankan, mengeluh, dan meminta tindakan. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa tindak tutur asertif yang digunakan tenaga kesehatan berperan penting dalam membangun kepercayaan dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien selama proses pelayanan. Tuturan deklaratif yang berisi penjelasan kondisi pasien membantu mengurangi kecemasan pasien dan keluarganya. Tuturan interogatif yang mengarah pada permintaan informasi dan saran menunjukkan kepedulian tenaga kesehatan terhadap kondisi pasien, sehingga pasien merasa lebih diperhatikan. Sementara itu, tuturan imperatif yang bersifat anjuran dan desakan sering digunakan dalam konteks pemberian instruksi medis atau anjuran kepatuhan terhadap pengobatan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dalam kajian pragmatik, khususnya dalam memahami peran tindak tutur asertif dalam interaksi medis. Secara praktis, temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi tenaga kesehatan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi dengan pasien, sehingga dapat memperbaiki hubungan interpersonal dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit.

Abstract

Learning facilities have a major role in improving the quality of learning. Adequate facilities can create conducive conditions for the learning process. This research was conducted to recognize the influence of learning facilities on the quality of learning. Research includes quantitative research by stating the relationship with causality. This study uses a population of 51 students majoring in Automation and Office Governance at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar. The methods used in data collection are observation, documentation and questionnaire techniques. For analysis techniques, descriptive statistical analysis techniques are used, using percentages and inferential statistical analysis techniques with data normality tests, product-moment correlation analysis, and simple linear regression analysis. The test showed that the results in the form of indicators from the Learning Facilities variable were in the very good category, while the Learning Quality variable was classified as good. According to the results of the product-moment correlation test, there was an influence between the two variables with a correlation coefficient value of 0.992. Based on the results of simple linear regression analysis, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of learning facilities on the quality of learning in students majoring in Automation and Office Governance at SMK Negeri 4 Takalar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of accounting records in Micro Enterprises at Warung kopi Konoha. This research method uses qualitative research methods, the variables of this study are the application of accounting in micro enterprises and the measurement of variables in this study is based on the preparation of SAK EMKM financial statements, the focus of this study is the application of accounting in the preparation of financial statements based on SAK EMKM and the subject of this study is the owner of Warung Kopi Konoha, with data collection techniques through observation, interview techniques, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Micro Enterprises at Warung Kopi Konoha experienced very positive developments from January to February 2025, from the financial position report side there was a total asset value in the February 2025 period of Rp. 175,172,958 and in the January period of Rp. 124,425,961 with a difference of Rp. 50,746,997. From the profit and loss statement side in the February 2025 period the profit generated was Rp. 100,823,479 and in the January period amounted to Rp. 48,705,479 with a difference of Rp. 50,118,000. And the Notes to the financial statements explain the summary of accounting policies and the measurement basis used in preparing the financial statements.
