Abstract

Tujuan dari penetian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pelatihan tabata memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kemampuan aerobik. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain one group pretest posttest. Populasinya yaitu unit kegiatan mahasiswa futsal putri UPI berjumlah 32 orang dan sampelnya yang di ambil sejumlah 18 orang sebagai kebutuhan tim. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen menggunakan tes bleep test untuk mengukur dayatahan tubuh. Analisis data menggunakan dua uji kesamaan rata-rata. Hasilnya menunjukan nilai rata-rata tes awal 37,7 dan nilai rata-rata tes akhir 40,5. Dari hasil analisis data diperoleh t hitung 3,37 dari t tabel 2,11. Kesimpulan, terdapat pengaruh yang significant pelatihan tabata terhadap peningkatan kemampuan aerobik.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the quality of sports student Statistical Reasoning Ability (SRA) through the Statistical Reasoning Learning Environment (SRLE). This research employed a qualitative analysis. The qualitative analysis was carried out using the grounded theory method. The research subjects were 29 Sports Coaching Education Study Program students receiving SRLE learning. The research finding shows that there are five categories to describe the quality of sports student Statistical Reasoning Ability: problem understanding, concept mastery, argument validity, well-ordered thinking process, and interpretation accuracy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan metode latihan kekuatan pada model periodisasi reverse terhadap peningkatan kemampuan power endurance. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimental dengan One-Group Pretest-Posttest desain. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa kepelatihan olahraga yang berjumlah 15 orang. Sampel penelitian di pilih dengan metode puposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa tes power endurance menggunakan tes hurdle jump. Teknik analisis data menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 20. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan pada tes awal rata-rata kemampuan power endurance yaitu 67.8 dengan standar deviasi 7.02, sedangkan pada tes akhir rata-rata kemampuan power endurance yaitu 74.0 dengan standar deviasi 7.20. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa kemampuan rata-rata tes awal dan tes akhir kemampuan power endurance memiliki perbedaan Beradasarkan hasil heasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa model latihan kekuatan pada metode periodisasi reverse dapat memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan power endurance. Periodisasi reverse didasarkan pada konsep bahwa volume dan beban dipilih lebih sering untuk memungkinkan sistem neuromuskular periode pemulihan yang lebih singkat, karena beban yang lebih ringan dilakukan lebih sering, berlangsung lebih lama dan diterapkan sampai akhir tahapan.Application of strength training method in reverse periodization to improve power endurance abilityAbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of the application of the strength training method in the reverse periodization model on increasing power endurance abilities. The research method used is experimental research with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sample in this study were 15 students of sports coaching. The research sample was selected by purposive sampling method. The research instrument used was a power endurance test using a hurdle jump test. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 20 software. The results of the data analysis showed that in the initial test the average power endurance ability was 67.8 with a standard deviation of 7.02, while in the final test the average power endurance ability was 74.0 with a standard deviation of 7.20. Based on these data, it can be seen that the average ability of the initial test and the final test of power endurance ability has differences. Reverse periodization is based on the concept that volumes and loads are selected more frequently to allow the neuromuscular system a shorter recovery period, because lighter loads are performed more frequently, last longer and are applied to the end of the stage

Abstract

Perkembangan industri busana yang pesat membuka peluang usaha di bidang jahit menjahit, khususnya bagi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (PKK) di Universitas Syiah Kuala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana pengembangan keterampilan menjahit dapat mendorong minat mahasiswa PKK untuk berwirausaha selama kuliah. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apakah keterampilan menjahit dapat menumbuhkan jiwa berwirausaha dan mengetahui motivasi mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan berwirausaha setelah mengambil mata kuliah PUB. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan subjek 10 mahasiswa PKK angkatan 2021 yang telah mengambil mata kuliah PUB dan menerima minimal 10 orderan baju. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan analisis data melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan keterampilan menjahit melalui mata kuliah fashion di PKK tidak hanya meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga memperkuat aspek manajerial yang penting untuk berwirausaha. Motivasi mahasiswa untuk melanjutkan usaha di bidang fashion dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti ketertarikan terhadap industri fashion dan keinginan untuk mandiri secara finansial

Abstract

Dalam menciptakan atlet yang berprestasi diperlukan pembinaan dan latihan yang terbaik bagi atlet. Olahraga prestasi, termasuk futsal tentunya memerlukan atlet yang mempunyai keterampilan dan kemampuan fisik yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengkaji dampak yang signifikan penerapan complementary training terhadap peningkatan agility pada pemain futsal putri. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian pre test-post test control group design. Subjek penelitian adalah 18 atlet futsal yang dibagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan control. Instrument penelitian menggunkan shuttle run 4x5, serta analisis data menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dampak yang signifikan Complementary Training terhadap peningkatan agility pada pemain futsal putri. Sedangkan, latihan konvensional tidak memberikan dampak yang signifikan. Complementary Training memberikan peningkatan kemampuan sebesar 3%, sedangkan latihan konvensional hanya memberikan peningkatan kemampuan sebesar 1%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Complementary Training efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan agility pemain futsal putri. Disarankan bagi pelatih futsal untuk memasukkan Complementary Training dalam program latihan agar dapat membantu meningkatkan performa atlet dengan lebih maksimal.

Abstract

In volleyball games that are applied and the most important thing is the jump compared to the hit that must be done quickly and strongly. One factor to get a fast and strong jump with Power training with the Complex Training training method. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of Complex Training on increasing muscle power abilities in female volleyball athletes. The research method in this study used an experiment with One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample involved in this study consisted of 12 female athletes of the UPI volleyball UKM, using the total sampling technique from all populations. The research instrument used was the Force Plate Test which was given twice, before and after treatment was given. A t-test was carried out with SPSS version 25 as a data analysis technique. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the Complex Training training method on muscle power fitness had a significant value (0.000) <0.05, with an increase in muscle power fitness abilities in female volleyball athletes of UKM at the Indonesian Education University. It is concluded that there is a significant effect of the Complex Training training method on the muscle strength of female volleyball athletes.Keywords: Leg muscle power, Complex Training, Leg muscle power in volleyball, volleyball game.

Abstract

Reverse periodization is a training plan that starts with high intensity and low volume, and gradually decreases the intensity and increases the volume, or maintains the intensity and increases the volume depending on the sport. The purpose of this study was to determine the Implementation of the Reverse Periodization Model to Increase Leg Muscle Power Ability. The research method used is an experimental research method using the One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The data collection technique was carried out by giving an initial test/pre-test to one experimental group. The study was conducted for 4 weeks with 12 meetings. The implementation of this study used a circuit training method with 12 forms of exercise. The population in this study were 20 trained and active UPI Women's Futsal UKM athletes. The sample used was 14 athletes using a purposive sampling approach. The test instrument used in this study was the vertical jump test. The data analysis test used the paired sample t-test with the IBM SPSS computer application version 25.0. The results of the analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the pretest and posttest on the vertical jump test variable with a sig value. (2-tailed) of 0.002 < 0.05. From the research data, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the application of the reverse periodization model on increasing the power capacity of leg muscles.

Abstract

Studi purpose. In boulder climbing competitions, most athletes fall because they cannot grip specific holds, preventing them from climbing on sight. This study aims to examine the effect of weight training using a hangboard on improving the grip strength endurance of boulder climbers. Materials and methods. The method used in this study was an experimental method employing a one-group pretest-posttest design. The study population consisted of 10 active athletes from the Indonesian Rock Climbing Federation (FPTI) in Kuningan District, who also served as the study sample using a total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was the bent-arm hang-open grip test to measure the grip strength endurance of the athletes. Data analysis was performed using SPSS software, including statistical description, normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. Results. From the data analysis using hypothesis testing through the Paired Sample T-Test, a significant difference was found between the pre-test and post-test averages in the weight training program using a hang board on the improvement of hand grip strength endurance in boulder climbing athletes, with a difference of 2.35 and a percentage difference of 45% between the pre-test and post-test results. Conclusions. This study concludes that weight training using a hangboard, when performed consistently, can positively impact and significantly improve the grip strength endurance of boulder climbing athletes.
