Abstract

The research aims to reveal correlation strength of limb muscles and agility with the skills of Dribbling in the futsal sport. It is poured into research issues, namely is a significant correlation between the strength of limb muscles with the skills of dribbling, whether there is a significant correlation between agility with the skills of dribbling, and whether there is a correlation between the strength of limb muscles may and agility together with dribbling skills in the sport of futsal. The methods used in this research is descriptive method, samples are used as many as 20 students SMAN 23 Bandung to following extra-curricular.The results of this research is, the correlation between the strength of the limb muscles and dribbling skills acquired t-count of 14.54, table larger than t = 2.10. Correlation between agility and dribbling skills t-count of 16.93 greater than t = table 2.10, while the correlation between the strength of the limb muscles and agility together obtained F calculate 36.82 greater than F 3.59 table.  Conclusion; The hypothesis States that there is a significant correlation between the strength of limb muscles with the skills of dribbling, dribbling skills and agility with jointly declared admissible

Abstract

Keseimbangan dinamis adalah komponen kondisi fisik yang dapat mengefesiensikan gerak tubuh atlet. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh core stability exercises terhadap keseimbangan dinamis pemain bola voli. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 16 atlet volleyclub Wicitrawirya, dengan pemilihan teknik purposive sampling sebagai penentuan sampel dan kriteria tertentu. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah modified bass test. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Normalitas, Uji Homogenitas, dan Uji Paired Sample T-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa core stability exercises memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keseimbangan dinamis dengan peningkatan 22% dari hasil pre-test dan post-test yang diberikan treatment selama 12 kali pertemuan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan core stability exercises terhadap keseimbangan dinamis pemain bola voli.

Abstract

The accuracy of physical movement in the world of sports and health, as well as the problems arising from a lack of understanding of the basic principles of exercise and the lack of literacy in the digital age, are issues that need to be solved. The research aims to validate, evaluate, and develop the Android-based We Fit App for the community as well as educational learning media for improving sports literacy and physical literacy in the era of digitalization. The research method uses the Likert scale and the System Usability Scale (SUS), involving the public and students. Research results show that our Fit app is successful and can be said to be worthwhile in improving digital literacy and physical literacy in society, with a high level of user satisfaction. Includes features of sports articles, brief insights, learning videos, quizzes, and reading references supporting the development of digital literacy in the world of sports The average user stated that the Kita Fit app's validity score reached 4.7, which indicates that it is worth using and effective when used. Here's a summary of the application draft results from the embroidery that has been made. The Kita Fit team developed the features and contents of the app based on the judgment of the user during the validity test, this strengthens user satisfaction with the use of the application for everyday activities.Key words: literacy, sports literation, digital literature, physical, health, the era of digitalization

Abstract

Dalam cabang olahraga bola tangan, shooting merupakan salah satu tenknik yang wajib dikuasai. Shooting dalam olahraga bola tangan merupakan gerakan melempar bola ke gawang. Untuk mendapatkan poin atau angka harus memiliki kualitas shooting yang baik, dimana kualitas shooting yang baik tersebut dapat dilihat dari kecepatan nya. Oleh karena itu kualitas kecepatan pada shooting sangat penting dalam permainan bola tangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh power lengan terhadap kecepatan shooting pada permainan bola tangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan diberikan perlakuan. Menggunakan desain penelitian one group pre-test post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan Atlet Putra Tim Porprov Bola Tangan Kabupaten Bogor. Dalam mengukur kecepatan shooting atlet menggunakan Radar Speed Gun Bushnell. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Normalitas, dan Uji Paired Sample T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa meningkatkan power lengan menggunakan metode latihan plyometric untuk lengan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kecepatan shooting pada permainan bola tangan. Pada penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman tentang seberapa efektif latihan power pada lengan menggunakan metode latihan plyometric untuk lengan dalam meningkatkan kecepatan shooting pada permainan bola tangan. Penemuan ini dapat digunakan untuk membuat rencana program latihan yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan kecepatan shooting pada atlet bola tangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai latihan menggunakan resistance band terhadap peningkatan power tungkai pada atlet kyorugi taekwondo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki efek dari 4 minggu (dilakukan empat kali per minggu) latihan menggunakan resistance band terhadap peningkatan power tungkai pada atlet kyorugi taekwondo. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi yang digunakan adalah atlet Taekwondo Santa Angela yang berjumlah 12 atlet. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 6 atlet. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan force platform 3d. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji paired sample t-test, dan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan menggunakan resistance band terhadap peningkatan power tungkai pada atlet kyorugi taekwondo.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of massage gun media on RPE (Rated Percived of Exertion) in soccer athletes. This research uses experimental method with one-group pretest posttest design model. The population of this study were Persib Academy athletes, totaling 30 athletes, ranging the age of 16 years. This population was chosen because training was carried out intensively and training was carried out regularly for 4 times/week. 18 athletes of Persib Bandung Academy made the research subject with purposive sampling technique. The procedure of this study is to provide high-intensity training activities using the Yo-Yo Intermittent test. Recovery Test to determine the RPE scale when after the exercise is finished then give some treatment using Massage Gun with a duration of 15 minutes then re-tested RPE. The research instrument used is RPE or Rated Percived Exertion, RPE is a subjective scale used to measure the level of fatigue or perceived effort on an individual's perception of the intensity of work performed, based on the results of data processing, it was found that the massage method using massage guns had an effect on RPE (Rated Percived of Exertion) significantly. Based on the results of the data processing of hypothesis testing that has been done, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the use of Massage Gun significantly affects the decrease in fatigue symbolized by RPE (Rating of Perceived Exertion).

Abstract

The aim of this research was to examine the effectiveness of the Tactical Games learning model combined with the Teaching by Invitation technique in boosting both learning motivation and physical activity among elementary school students. This quasi-experimental study included three groups: the first group utilized the Tactical Games model integrated with the Teaching by Invitation technique, the second group applied solely the Tactical Games learning model, and the third group, serving as the control, followed the conventional learning model. Participants were fifth-grade students from three different schools in Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. To measure outcomes, three research instruments were employed: the Electronic Rubric for Motivation in Physical Education (eRMoPE) to assess learning motivation, the Polar GPS RC3, and the Polar Heart Rate Sensor H3 to evaluate the category of students' physical activity. Findings indicated that while all three approaches effectively enhanced learning motivation and physical activity, the combination of the Tactical Games model with the Teaching by Invitation technique yielded superior improvements. This integrative method grants students the autonomy to select skills they wish to learn and master, aligning with their abilities and understanding of game tactics adapted to specific game situations and environments. This freedom fosters a more engaging and personalized learning experience, ultimately enhancing both motivation and physical activity levels among students. The study highlights the potential benefits of blending tactical learning strategies with motivational techniques, suggesting a valuable approach for educators aiming to improve physical education outcomes in elementary schools

Abstract

The problem faced is the low ability of passing and controlling the ball in SSB Perbi FC Bandung Regency athletes. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution to the problem by using rondo games training as a method to improve the ability of passing and controlling the ball. The approach used in this research is an experiment with a one group pre-test post-test design. The population of this study were soccer athletes SSB Perbi FC Kab. Bandung, with a sample size of 10 people selected through purposive sampling. The data collection technique is done through measuring the ability of passing and controlling the ball before and after the rondo variation training. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis with average calculations and t tests to determine differences before and after treatment. The results showed that rondo variation training can significantly improve the ability of passing and controlling the ball. Based on these results, it can be concluded that intense rondo variation training can provide a significant improvement in the passing and controlling skills of soccer athletes SSB Perbi FC Bandung Regency. The novelty of this research lies in the application of variations of rondo games as a solution to improve the ability of basic soccer techniques in young age groups

Abstract

This community service programme aims to increase awareness of healthy lifestyles in productive-age women through training in the sport massage method. The partner in this activity is the Regional Leadership of Aisyiyah Bandung City, an organisation that has concerns for women's health and welfare. The training was designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the importance of physical health, especially through sport massage, which can help reduce muscle tension, improve blood circulation, and restore the body's condition after physical activity. As such, the training is expected to foster awareness of the importance of adopting a healthy and active lifestyle among women of productive age, ultimately contributing to the improvement of their quality of life. The methods used in this training include counselling, hands-on demonstrations, and interactive practical sessions, so that the participants can easily understand and apply sport massage in their daily lives. The results of this activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in performing sport massage, as well as increased awareness of the importance of a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

In various pencak silat matches it is often found that athletes lack good sickle kick speed as a result of attacks that use elements of speed, explosive power, endurance that are carried out repeatedly become less patterned and have no effect on opponents. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant effect of resistance band training using the set system method on the speed of adolescent pugilists' sickle kicks. The method in this study is a quantitative descriptive experimental method using a pretest-posttest control group design. The population in this study were 19 students and extracurricular students of SMKN 12 BANDUNG, and the sample was 14, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Instruments used peching, whistles, cameras, and Kinovea software. The results showed that resistance band training using the set system method had a significant effect on the speed of adolescent pugilists' sickle kicks. It can be concluded that speed training with a clear and routine training programme can increase sickle kick speed.
