Abstract

Problems in the business world are very complex and difficult to predict. In the last 3 years, global scale problems have emerged, starting from the pandemic, the wars between Russia and Ukraine, and the energy crisis in the western region. It is not imaginable that many companies have gone out of business, because they were unable to face the global economic storm. Not to mention the unstable domestic conditions, starting from high political temperature, the level of unfair business competition, and declining people's purchasing power are a number of problems that need to be addressed. Therefore, the presence of an online market, which is called a marketplace, is one solution to this condition. However, to be able to enter the online market, knowledge is needed, namely digital marketing. This service activity is carried out as one of the efforts of the campus community to be able to contribute to problems in society, namely by providing training on marketplaces and digital marketing. This activity was carried out at furniture SMEs in the Cirebon area with a total of 30 participants. The activity method is carried out by means of training in creating online stores in marketplaces and creating digital advertisements, both on social media and marketplaces. This activity was quite well received and the participants participated enthusiastically. The participants gained knowledge about marketing their furniture products throughout Indonesia by creating an online shop. Then the participants gained knowledge about making advertisements and advertising on social media, both paid and free. With this training, it is expected to increase sales and income, thereby increasing the welfare of the furniture business community in the Cirebon area.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik supervisi akademik kelompok dan teknik supervisi akademik individu terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru sekolah dasar se-Kecamatan Patimpeng, Kabupaten Bone. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya peningkatan profesionalisme guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 104 guru, dengan sampel sebanyak 84 guru yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) teknik supervisi akademik kelompok (X1) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik (Y) guru, dengan nilai koefisien 0,531, nilai t hitung 8,956, dan signifikansi 9.69E-14; (2) teknik supervisi akademik individu (X2) juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik (Y), dengan koefisien 0,490, nilai t hitung 8,122, dan signifikansi 4.32E-12; (3) secara simultan, X1 dan X2 memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Y, dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,695 dan nilai F hitung sebesar 92,181 pada taraf signifikansi < 0,001. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik supervisi akademik kelompok dan individu secara bersama-sama berkontribusi sebesar 69,5% terhadap peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik guru.

Abstract

Soursop leaves (Annona squamosa L.) are known to contain secondary metabolite compounds such as flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, and polyphenols that have the potential as natural antioxidants. Antioxidants play an important role in warding off free radicals that can cause skin damage, premature aging, and degenerative diseases. This study aims to formulate a lotion preparation with soursop leaf extract and evaluate its antioxidant activity using the ABTS (2,2'-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)) method. The extract was obtained through a maceration method using 96% ethanol. The lotion formula was prepared with various concentrations of soursop leaf extract, then tested for physical quality properties, as well as antioxidant activity by measuring the IC50 value of the ABTS radical solution. The results showed that soursop leaf extract has very strong antioxidant activity, indicated by a strong IC50 value. The resulting lotion preparation has good physical characteristics and antioxidant activity comparable to the comparator quercetin. Thus, soursop leaf extract lotion has the potential to be developed as a natural skin care product with moisturizing and antioxidant functions
