Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang strategi sekolah SMK PKP 1 Jakarta. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi sekolah SMK PKP 1 Jakarta dalam pencapaian visi dan misi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Kurikulum, dan dua Guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk pengujian keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Gambaran strategi sekolah dalam pencapaian visi dan misi yaitu dengan cara; a) sosialisasi visi dan misi kepada anggota staf pada rapat kerja tahun pelajaran baru dan juga kepada orang tua siswa dalam rapat program sekolah b) mengembangkan program sekolah diantaranya seperti BTQ (baca Tulis Quran) Solat Dhuha, solat Duhur dan Ashar berjamaah c) melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan seperti kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah dan staf sekolah dalam melaksanakan tujuan sekolah yaitu terwujudnya insan pendidikan yang islami, berkualitas, berkarakter dan berdaya saing dalam keberkerjaan. d) menetapkan tujuan spesifik dan terukur dengan menjalankan rapat rutin untuk membahas tujuan yang akan dicapai. e) mengintegrasikan visi dan misi ke dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dengan membuat perangkat pembelajaran yang mengacu pada visi dan misi serta membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan siswa. f) memantau dan mengevaluasi hasil kemajuan dengan melakukan rapat rutin dan menjalankan supervisi akademik dan mengevaluasi pada rapat akhir tahun. g) kepala sekolah dan guru-guru mengikuti pelatihan untuk pengembangan profesional. 2) Faktor pendukungnya membangun komunikasi yang efektif, membangun hubungan baik antar warga sekolah, serta mengelola sumber daya yang tersedia. 3) Faktor penghambat kurang tercapainya kebiasaan religi dan belum maksimal peran BKK (Bursa Kerja Khusus).

Abstract

In light of concerns about low teacher competence in Indonesia, this study investigates the leadership strategies employed by the principal of SMAN 2 Bone to improve the pedagogic competence of teachers. The objective of the study is to discover the principal's leadership strategy in improving the teachers competence at SMAN 2 Bone. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection conducted by interview, observation, and documentation. The results of the study reveal that the principal's leadership strategy in improving pedagogic competence of teachers are: 1) providing opportunities and facilities for teachers in various education and training such as PPG, Education and Training, MGMP, Workshops, Seminars, and other programs that can support teacher pedagogical competence improvement; 2) conducting teaching supervision to teachers on learning management and providing post-conference or evaluation guidance after supervising; 3) conducting In-house Training program; 4) enhancing teacher discipline by controlling teacher attendance such as punctuality in school attendance, teaching time, and providing exemplary attitudes to teachers; and 5) involving teachers in various teacher professional organizations.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how library services are and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for library services at SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. This research uses a qualitative approach, therefore in order to achieve a research objective, data collection methods are used, namely interviews, observations and documentation. The data sources in this study are school principals, library heads, library staff, teachers and students at SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng. The data analysis of this study is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that library services at SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng consist of technical services and user/user services. Technical services carried out at SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng include procurement, inventory, classification and cataloging which are services provided by the library to make it easier for users to access the collection. User/user services at SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng consist of circulation services and reference services which are services to help users and provide information to users. The supporting factors for library services at SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng are library officer services, the availability of technology, facilities, and an easy borrowing and return system. The factors that hinder the library service of SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng are the physical condition of the building which is not spacious, the availability of books that need to be added such as non-fiction books and lesson package books as well as facilities such as computers that sometimes cannot be used.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang implementasi pendidikan dan pelatihan kepala sekolah di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Mamasa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Gambaran implementasi Pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) bagi kepala sekolah di lingkungan Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Mamasa. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologis. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Mamasa Provinsi Sulawesi Barat. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah Kepala Dinas, Bidang Pengembangan Guru Dan Tenaga Kependidikan dan Kepala Sekolah, Teknik pengumpulan dat berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan Kesimpulan, pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan metode trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi Pendidikan dan Pelatihan kepala sekolah sudah cukup maksimal dan sudah berkontribusi baik terhadap peningkatan kompetensi kepala sekolah, dan dalam prosesnya sudah berlangsung secara efektiv dan efisien yang meliputi 5 langkah tahapan pelaksanaan yakni proses analisis kebutuhan pendidikan dan pelatihan (training Need Assessment), menetapkan tujuan pendidikan dan pelatihan, pengembangan kurikulum dan penetapan komponen Diklat, persiapan dan pelaksanaan Diklat, dan Evaluasi Pendidikan dan pelatihan. faktor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan Diklat adalah narasumber yang berkompeten dan ahli di bidangnya serta fasilitas yang sudah cukup memadai, Adapun faktor penghambat diantaranya adalah kondisi geografis daerah, kemampuan penggunaan teknologi, dan keterbatasan anggaran.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Management of Planning and Organizing of Educators at the Ministry of Religion, Bulukumba Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collected through interviews, documentation, and observation. The data analysis technique involves four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the planning of educators is carried out systematically based on regulations, through needs analysis based on the number of students and class capacity. School principals propose the need for educators to the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bulukumba Regency, which is then mapped and assigned by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Province in coordination with the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Bulukumba Regency. As for the organizing of educators at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Bulukumba Regency, it has been carried out with a very structured and systematic procedure, involving various stakeholders such as school principals, madrasah supervisors, and the personnel division. This organizing process includes placement, mutation, rotation, and attendance management, all based on educational needs and applicable policies.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education plays a crucial role in preparing young generations to face the challenges of the workforce in the era of globalization. By combining theory and practice, this education enhances students' creativity, risk-taking, and problem-solving skills, which are essential traits of successful entrepreneurs. The project-based learning (PBL) approach has proven effective in developing entrepreneurial mindsets through hands-on experiences such as business simulations and incubator programs. However, implementing entrepreneurship education in schools faces challenges, including insufficient teacher training, limited practical facilities, and curricula that emphasize theory over practical application. To overcome these barriers, collaboration between schools, business communities, and governments is needed to create a supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem. With this approach, entrepreneurship education can serve as a strategic solution to reduce youth unemployment and foster young entrepreneurs who are innovative and competent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan etika dalam kewirausahaan memiliki dampak positif terhadap praktik bisnis yang bertanggung jawab, yang tercermin dalam peningkatan kepatuhan terhadap norma etika pada kalangan wirausahawan muda di wilayah penelitian. Kesimpulan mengindikasikan perlunya dukungan lebih lanjut dari pemerintah dan lembaga pendidikan. Menilai dampak pendidikan etika terhadap praktik kewirausahaan lokal. Metodologi Penelitian dilakukan melalui analisis program-program pemerintah yang mendukung pendidikan etika bisnis, serta studi kasus di beberapa daerah yang telah menerapkan program tersebut. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, survei, dan analisis dokumen.

Abstract

Green Open Space (GOS) plays a crucial role in promoting environmental sustainability, enhancing urban resilience, and improving the quality of life in cities. This study evaluates the effectiveness of green open space policies in supporting sustainable development, focusing on policy implementation, challenges, and best practices. Using a mixed-methods approach, this research examines policy frameworks, land-use regulations, and urban planning strategies in selected cities. Key indicators such as green space coverage, ecological benefits, and social inclusion are analyzed to assess the impact of GOS policies. The findings highlight disparities between policy objectives and actual implementation, emphasizing governance challenges, land-use conflicts, and financial constraints. Furthermore, the study identifies innovative approaches, including smart green infrastructure and community-based green space management, as potential solutions for optimizing GOS policies. The research concludes that a more integrated and adaptive policy approach is essential to enhance the effectiveness of green open spaces in achieving sustainable urban development. Recommendations include strengthening policy enforcement, increasing stakeholder collaboration, and leveraging technology for better monitoring and planning.

Abstract

Management of Educational Quality Achievement Based on the Results of the Quality Report Card at the State Junior High School 2 Bangkala Regency. Thesis. Educational Administration Study Program, Specialization of Educational Management, Postgraduate Program, State University of Makassar. (Guided Wahira) . This study examines the management of educational quality achievement based on the results of the quality report card at UPT SMP Negeri 2 Bangkala school, Jeneponto Regency. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the planning, implementation and evaluation stages of the management of educational quality achievements based on the results of the quality report card as well as the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the management of educational quality achievement based on the results of the quality report card at the UPT SMP Negeri 2 Bangkala school, Jeneponto Regency. Types of qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data from the research was obtained using interview, observation, and documentation techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that the planning to improve the quality of education at UPT SMP Negeri 2 Bangkala is carried out based on the results of the school quality report card with a strategy that includes strengthening the curriculum and improving teacher competence. Program implementation involves various parties and emphasizes interactive approaches as well as extracurricular programs. Evaluation is used to assess the effectiveness of the program, although the monitoring system still needs to be strengthened. Supporting factors include laboratories, conducive learning environments, and teachers who are active in training, while barriers such as distance, limited facilities, and lack of innovation and communication need to be addressed with more effective strategies.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the strategic management implemented by the principal in improving teacher performance at Senior High School 2 Gowa. The focus of this study includes strategic planning, strategic implementation, and strategic evaluation carried out by the principal. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Informants in this study include the principal, vice principal, and teachers. The results of the study indicate that the principal of SMAN 2 Gowa applies a managerial strategy consisting of planning that includes determining the vision, mission, goals, strategies and policies. In the implementation stage, the principal involves all elements of the school through a participatory and collaborative approach. Furthermore, at the strategy evaluation stage, it is carried out periodically through academic supervision and teacher performance assessment. These strategies have proven effective in improving teacher performance, which is reflected in increased professionalism, discipline, and student learning outcomes. This study concludes that effective and participatory strategic management by the principal has a significant contribution to improving teacher performance.
