Abstract

Abstract: Job performance is a description of the level of achievement of the implementation of a policy in realizing the goals, objectives, mission and vision of the organization. The existence of the corona virus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic demands that the performance of employees must better than before, especially in hospitals. Performance is influenced by various factors including discipline and work motivation. This study aimed to analyze the influence of discipline and work motivation on the employees' performance at RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano. This was a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted at RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano from March to June 2021 using a questionnaire as instrument. Data were analyzed multivariately. Subjects were 126 employees The results showed that most respondents had good performance (97.6%), good work discipline (94.4%), and good work motivation (77.0%). The multivariate analysis showed that work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance (p=0.000), meanwhile, motivation did not have a significant effect on it (p=0.192). An increase of 1 value of discipline would be associated with an increase of performance by 0.492. In conclusion, discipline is the influencing factor of the performance of employees at RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano during the Covid-19 pandemicKeywords: performance; discipline; motivation; hospital employee; Covid-19 Abstrak: Kinerja adalah gambaran mengenai tingkat pencapaian pelaksanaan suatu kebijakan dalam mewujudkan sasaran, tujuan, misi dan visi organisasi. Adanya pandemik Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) menuntut kinerja pegawai khususnya di rumah sakit semakin baik. Kinerja dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor termasuk disiplin dan motivasi kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano. Jenis penelitian ialah kuantitatif dengan desain potong lintang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano pada Maret-Juni 2021. Sebanyak 126 pegawai menjadi subyek penelitian ini. Instrumen penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner. Data dianalisis secara multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden paling banyak memiliki kinerja yang baik (97,6%), disiplin kerja yang baik (94,4%), dan motivasi kerja yang baik (77,0%). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan disiplin kerja berpengaruh bermakna terhadap kinerja pegawai (p=0,000) sedangkan pengaruh motivasi kerja tidak bermakna (p=0,192). Setiap kenaikan 1 nilai disiplin akan disertai kenaikan kinerja sebesar 0,492. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu disiplin merupakan faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di RSUD Dr. Sam Ratulangi Tondano pada masa pandemi Covid-19.Kata kunci: kinerja; disiplin; motivasi; pegawai rumah sakit; Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: Achieving good performance needs to be supported by qualified human resources. Factors that affect performance include competence, motivation, and leadership. This study aimed to determine the relationship between competence, motivation, and leadership with the performance of health workers at public health center. This was a quantitative study. The population consisted of all nutrition workers at public health centers in Manado totaling 48 people; all of them were samples of this study. Data were analyzed by using the Pearson product moment test and the multiple linear regression test. The results showed that the mean of competence variable was 19.69; of motivation variable was 103.2; of leadership variable was 44.19; and of performance variable was 103.02. The Pearson product moment test resulted in p=0.020 for the  correlation between competence and performance; p=0.012, for the correlation between motivation and performance; and p=0.200, for the correlation between leadership and performance. The multiple linear regression test showed that motivation had the strongest relationship with performance (p=0,018). In conclusion, there are significant relationships between competence and motivation with performance. Motivation has the strongest relationshipwith performance.Keywords: competence; motivation; leadership; performanceAbstrak: Pencapaian kinerja yang baik perlu didukung oleh sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. Faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja di antaranya faktor kepemimpinan, faktor pribadi meliputi motivasi, disiplin, keterampilan, faktor sistem, dan faktor situasional atau lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kompetensi, motivasi, dan kepemimpinan dengan kinerja petugas gizi di puskesmas. Jenis penelitian ialah kuantitatif.Populasi ialah seluruh petugas gizi di puskesmas Kota Manado.berjumlah 48 orang dengan populasi total sebagai sampel. Analisis statistik yang digunakan ialah uji Pearson product moment dan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan rerata kompetensi 19,69, rerata motivasi 103,2, rerata kepemimpinan 44,19, dan rerata kinerja 103,02. Hasil uji Pearson productmoment menunjukkan nilai p=0,020 untuk korelasi antara kompetensi dengan kinerja; p=0,012 untuk korelasi antara motivasi dengan kinerja; dan p=0,200 untuk korelasi antara kepemimpinan dengan kinerja. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi yang paling erat hubungannya dengan kinerja. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan bermakna antara kompetensi dan motivasi dengan kinerja petugas gizi di puskesmas. Abstract

Abstract: Documentation of patient nursing records is important as evidence of accountability for nursing actions provided in the service. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between leadership, rewards, and attitudes of nurses in documenting nursing care at the inpatient ward of Ratatotok Buyat General Hospital. This was an analytical and observational study with a cross-sectional design. Sampls were all nurses, totaling 77 people. Data were analyzed with univariate and bivariate analysis of chi-square test. The results showed that documentation of good nursing care was 80.5% and poor nursing care was 19.5%; good leadership was 87% and poor leadership was 13%; rewards experienced by health workers were 67.5% and poor rewards were 32.5%; good attitude was 70.1% and poor attitude was 29.9%. The chi square test obtained a p-value of 0.000 as a whole from each variable.  In conclusion, there is a relationship between leadership, rewards, and attitudes with the documentation of nursing care at the inpatient ward of Ratatotok Buyat General Hospital. Keywords: documentation of nursing care; leadership; rewards; attitudes; nurses   Abstrak: Pendokumentasian catatan keperawatan pasien merupakan hal penting sebagai bukti pertanggungjawaban terhadap tindakan keperawatan dalam pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kepemimpinan, imbalan, dan sikap perawat dalam mendokumentasikan asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Ratatotok Buyat. Jenis penelitian yaitu observasional analitik dengan studi potong lintang. Sampel ialah seluruh perawat yang berjumlah 77 orang. Analisis data penelitian secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian mendapatkan variabel pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan yang baik sebesar 80,5% dan yang kurang baik 19,5%; kepemimpinan yang baik sebesar 87% dan yang kurang baik 13%; imbalan yang dialami oleh petugas kesehatan sebesar 67,5% dan yang merasa imbalan kurang baik sebesar 32,5%; sikap petugas kesehatan yang baik sebesar 70,1% dan yang kurang baik sebesar 29,9%. Hasil uji chi square mendapatkan nilai p=0,000 secara keseluruhan dari setiap variabel yang diteliti. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah terdapat hubungan kepemimpinan, imbalan dan sikap dengan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat Ratatotok Buyat. Abstract

Abstract: Concerning victim identity, dental medical record can be used as the victim’s data before death (antemortem) compared with data after death (postmortem). Incompleteness of the medical record describes the health services provided and the quality of the medical record. Incomplete medical record documents can interfere with health workers in identifying a patient's medical history. This study aimed to describe the completeness and suitability of dental medical records at Tanawangko primary health center (PHC) in 2018–2022 in terms of dental medical record guidelines compiled by the Directorate of Basic Health Efforts, Ministry of Health, Republic of Indonesia in 2015. This was a descriptive and observational study using simple random sampling method. The population included all dental medical record data at Tanawangko PHC in 2018 – 2022. The results showed that the average completeness and suitability of all dental medical records at Tanawangko PHC was relatively low and there were no odontogram sheets and patient supporting sheets found. In conclusion, the completeness and suitability of dental medical records at Tanawangko PHC is relatively low. Keywords: completeness and suitability of data; dental medical record; victim identification   Abstrak: Saat diperlukan penentuan identitas individu, pengumpulan bukti pengisian rekam medis gigi dapat dijadikan sebagai data korban sebelum meninggal (antemortem) yang dibandingkan dengan data korban setelah meninggal (postmortem). Ketidaklengkapan pengisian rekam medis menggambar-kan pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan dan mutu pelayanan rekam medis. Dokumen rekam medis yang tidak lengkap dapat menyulitkan petugas kesehatan untuk mengidentifikasi riwayat medis pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kelengkapan dan kesesuaian rekam medis gigi di Puskesmas Tanawangko tahun 2018–2022 ditinjau dari panduan rekam medis gigi yang disusun oleh Direktorat Bina Upaya Kesehatan Dasar Kementrian Kesehatan RI tahun 2015. Jenis penelitian ialah deskriptif observasional menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan populasi seluruh data rekam medis gigi di Puskesmas Tanawangko pada tahun 2018–2022. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa rerata kelengkapan dan kesesuaian seluruh rekam medis gigi di Puskesmas Tanawangko masih tergolong rendah, serta tidak ditemukannya lembar odontogram dan lembar lampiran penunjang pasien. Simpulan penelitian ini ialah kelengkapan dan kesesuaian seluruh rekam medis gigi di Puskesmas Tanawangko masih tergolong rendah.
