Abstract

Astenopia atau kelelahan mata ialah gejala yang disebabkan karna adanya upaya indra penglihatan yang berlebihan untuk memperoleh ketajaman penglihatan yang ada di kondisi tidak nyaman. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Durasi, Jarak dan Posisi Penggunaan Smartphone Terhadap Astenopia pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah angkatan 2019. Studi potong lintang ini menganalisis 86 mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah angkatan 2019 yang diambil kuesioner secara online. Analisis data univariat disajikan dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi, analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square, dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistik. Tiga puluh empat mahasiswa (39,5%) mengalami asthenopia. Sebanyak 47 mahasiswa (54,7%) menggunakan smartphone selama 3-8 jam, 50 mahasiswa (58,1%) menggunakan smartphone dalam posisi berbaring/tengkurap. Terdapat hubungan antara durasi (p = 0,021) dan posisi (p = 0,050) penggunaan smartphone dengan asthenopia pada mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah angkatan 2019. (p=0,083). Durasi penggunaan smartphone yang paling berpengaruh terhadap asthenopia. Durasi penggunaan smartphone yang paling berpengaruh terhadap asthenopia dari pada posisi.

Abstract

Dry eye syndrome is a one of disorders of the tear film caused by decreased tear production and increased tear evaporation, resulting in uncomfortable eye symptoms such as irritation, soreness, watery, sandy, sticky, itchy, red, feel sleepy, easily tired as a result there is a decrease in visual acuity when corneal epithelial damage has occurred and even perforation. This study used primary data using a questionnaire. The sample was selected by means of probability, namely consecutive sampling. The target population was cataract sufferers at RSKM Padang Eye Center who underwent cataract surgery using the phacoemulsification technique who experienced dry eye syndrome. The type of research used is analytic observation. The number of samples obtained as many as 96 people. The results of data analysis obtained that the most age was the elderly, namely 73 people (76.0%), the most gender was female, namely 59 people (61.5%), the most work was indoor, namely 54 people (56.3%), post phacoemulsification duration was the same amount between 7 days, 30 days and 3 months, namely 32 people (33.3%). With dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery at RSKM Padang Eye Center in 2021 (p=0.004). Most age are the elderly, the most gender are female, mostly work indoor, the duration of post phacoemulsification is the same between 7 days, 30 days and 3 months, most severe post-catarrhal dry eye syndrome is severe and there is a relationship between the duration of postphacoemulsification with dry eye syndrome after cataract surgery at RSKM Padang Eye Center in 2021.

Abstract

The situation of pulmonary tuberculosis in the world is getting worse, the number of pulmonary TB cases is getting out of control with the number of TB patients who have not been successfully cured. To overcome and control the problem of TB disease it is recommended to use the DOTS (Direcly Observed Treatment Shortcourse) strategy. DOTS or treatment with direct observation. Patient discovery and healing is a major focus of the DOTS strategy. One of the important targets that must be achieved in TB control is to cure 85% of infectious TB cases in the community. Objective: To determine the profile of medication adherence in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis at RST Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The scope of this research is research covering the field of pulmonary disease. This research was conducted at RST Dr. Lung Poli. Reksodiwiryo Padang. The research used in this research is descriptive quantitative with cross sectional design. The population was all pulmonary TB patients who were treated at the pulmonary clinic at RST Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang in 2019 with 67 samples. Univariate data analysis is presented in the form of frequency distribution and percentage and data processing using the computerized SPSS program. The most were 46-55 years old, namely 14 people (20.9%), the most respondents were male, namely 37 people (55.2%), the most respondents with non-school education were 37 people (55 , 2%), the most respondents were civil servants / private workers, namely 23 people (34.3%) and the most respondents with adherence to taking medication obediently, namely 52 people (77.6%). The most age of pulmonary TB patients is 46-55 years, the most sex is experienced by men, the most education is not going to school, the most occupations are civil servants / private companies and the most obedient to taking medication.
