Abstract

In the development of the economy and the equitable distribution of income in a country, entrepreneurs have a big role in it. With the number of entrepreneurs increasing and continuing to increase, it marks that the country is a country with a developed economy. Currently, Generation Z is the largest generation so Generation Z will have an important role if their human resources are productive and competitive. This study aims to analyze the influence of family environment, social media utilization, confidence, and motivation on entrepreneurial interest in generation z. The population in this study is Generation Z in Mataram City. According to the latest data in 2022, the sample used was 100 respondents, research methods with quantitative methods, data collection techniques with questionnaires, data were processed with the help of IBM SPSS.27 test tools and the tests carried out were validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and determination coefficients (R2). To test the hypothesis in this study, the F test (simultaneous) and the t test (partial). The results of the study showed that (1) There was a partial influence of family environment variables, social media utilization, confidence, and motivation on Generation Z's entrepreneurial interest in Mataram City (2) There was a simultaneous influence of family environment, social media utilization, confidence, and motivation on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, and Education Level on the Labor Force Participation Rate in West Nusa Tenggara Province in 2013-2022. The population in this study is the entire working-age population which is the labor force in West Nusa Tenggara Province. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using secondary data, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression in the form of panel data. The data was processed using Eviews12 and the tests carried out were the Goodness Of Fit Test, Partial Test (Test T), Simultaneous Test (Test F). The results of the study show Economic Growth (X1) with a probability of 0.2536 > 0.5 which means that the Economic Growth variable does not have a significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate in NTB Province in 2013-2022. Furthermore, the Minimum Wage variable (X2) shows a probability value of 0.9316 > 0.5 which means that the Minimum Wage variable does not have a significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate in NTB Province in 2013-2022. The Education Level variable (X3) with a probabolity of 0.0000 < 0.5 shows that the Education Level variable has a significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate in NTB Province in 2013-2022. The results of the F test with a probability of 0.000000 show that Economic Growth, Minimum Wage, and Education Level simultaneously have a significant effect on the Labor Force Participation Rate (Y) in NTB Province.

Abstract

Thel aim of this relselarch is to idelntify Compeltelncy-Baseld HR Delvellopmelnt Stratelgiels that influelncel SMEls in thel City of Mataram. Compeltitivelnelss factors arel melasureld by product and selrvicel quality, product or selrvicel pricel, product and selrvicel selrvicel, markelt sharel. Thel samplel for this relselarch was MSMEl businelss actors in Mataram City, totaling 1756 MSMEls, with a samplel of 100 peloplel takeln. Thel data collelction telchniquel usels a MSMEl statelmelnt quelstionnairel which is giveln a scorel of 1-5. Melthod data analysis by conducting instrumelnt telsts (validity and relliability telsts), data analysis telchniquels (multiplel relgrelssion telsts, delcision telsts and t telsts). Thel t telst relsults show that thel indelpelndelnt variablels Compeltelncy delvellopmelnt analysis, Compeltelncy delvellopmelnt planning, Compeltelncy delvellopmelnt elvaluation arel not significant to thel compeltitivelnelss of MSMEls. Melanwhilel, thel implelmelntation of compeltelncy delvellopmelnt has a significant elffelct on thel compeltitivelnelss of MSMEls. For thel F telst, thel significancel valuel obtaineld is lelss than 0.05. This figurel provels that thel indelpelndelnt variablel influelncels thel delpelndelnt variablel simultanelously. Thel asselssmelnt telst provels that compeltelncy delvellopmelnt analysis, compeltelncy delvellopmelnt planning, compeltelncy delvellopmelnt implelmelntation, and delvellopmelnt elvaluation influelncel compeltitivelnelss by 56.9%, whilel thel relst is influelnceld by factors othelr than thel indelpelndelnt variablels in this relselarch
