Abstract

Confidence is a belief that exists in humans who perceive life's challenges to be faced. Confidence has a very meaningful role in the process of life. One can miss various opportunities if one is not confident. The crisis of confidence is one of the biggest obstacles to action. Not only hesitate to act, even to the point of not acting. The purpose of this study is to provide tips for counselors in providing counseling to students who lack self-confidence. This research method is a literature study by collecting a number of literature in the form of books, journals that are relevant to the problem and objectives. The result of this research is that counseling can increase students' self-confidence if they pay attention to the quality of the counselor's relationship with the client. The quality of the counselor's relationship with the client plays a very important role which can be seen from the counselor's ability in four, congruence, unconditional positive attention, and respect for students.

Abstract

Classroom management is a teacher's skill in order to create a pleasant learning atmosphere, and can control it if there are disturbances during learning. The aim of this research is to find out how much influence the classroom management has on students by the teacher. This research also aims to compare the effects of classroom management that have the greatest impact on students. The method in this research is a literature study by collecting library data from several sources of scientific research in accordance with classroom management from 2017-2022. The results of a literature study conducted by researchers related to the effect of classroom management on students at school can be concluded that classroom management is very influential for several aspects of student learning including student learning motivation, student achievement, student learning outcomes, student understanding, student activity, and attitudes student. Among the several aspects that are affected by classroom management, learning achievement is very dominant and has been found and carried out by many people. Abstract

Zoophobia, or excessive fear of animals, is a condition that can interfere with the daily lives of individuals who experience it. The purpose of this study will discuss the behavioral approach in overcoming zoophobia with a focus on modern desensitization as a revolutionary therapy.  The research method in this study uses a literature review study obtained from international and national articles and then analyzes the implementation of desensitization utilizing technology to overcome zoophobia. Through this method, individuals who experience zoophobia can gradually reduce their fear of animals in a structured and systematic way. Research shows that desensitization can significantly alleviate zoophobia. This article aims to provide a deeper understanding of the implementation of desensitization in overcoming zoophobia
