Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang dialami oleh siswa SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi. Hal ini terlihat bahwa dari beberapa jumlah siswa yang diteliti oleh Istiardi (2021) terdapat 14 siswa (37,84%) mempunyai tingkat kebugaran jasmani kurang dan 23 siswa (62,16%) mempunyai kebugaran jasmani kurang sekali. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Cross Sectional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kebugaran jasmani di SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi Tahun 2022. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi kelas VII dan VIII tahun ajaran 2021/2022 sebanyak 464 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 83 responden secara Purposive Sampling. Analisa dalam penelitian ini secara univariat dan bivariat, dengan uji chi-square, instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Hasil analisis univariat menunjukkan bahwa dari 83 siswa SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi didapatkan 62 siswa (74,4%) termasuk dalam kategori tidak bugar dan 21 siswa (25,3%) termasuk dalam kategori bugar. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara aktivitas fisik (p=0,000) dan status gizi (p=0,000) dengan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi Tahun 2022 dan tidak terdapat hubungan antara kualitas (p=0,557) dengan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa SMP Negeri 7 Muaro Jambi Tahun 2022.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut maka peneliti memberi saran agar guru pendidikan jasmani dapat mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran agar tujuan dari pendidikan jasmani dapat tercapai secara optimal dan siswa lebih banyak bergerak sehingga tingkat kebugaran mereka bisa menjadi lebih baik lagi dan menganjurkan siswa mengkonsumsi makanan yang seimbang.

Abstract

A work accident is an unwanted and unexpected event that can cause loss of time, property, or loss of life. The construction sector is an area with a fairly high risk of work accidents. Work accidents include slipping, being scratched by a sharp object, hitting the head with a heavy object, falling from a height, feet stuck with nails. Talago Biru Village is currently undergoing development development. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with work accidents on construction workers in Telago Biru Village, Siulak District, Kerinci Regency. This research is a quantitative research using a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in Telago Biru, Siulak District, from April 18 to May 14, 2022. The sample of the research was construction workers in Telago Biru Village, Siulak District, amounting to 47 people. The sampling technique used was total sampling technique. The research instrument is a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using chi square statistical test. As many as 61.7% of respondents had experienced work accidents, 55.3% of respondents worked with fatigue category, 46.8% of respondents worked with unfavorable actions and 46.8% of respondents worked with unfavorable working conditions. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between work fatigue (p = 0.007), unsafe acts (p = 0.000) and unsafe conditions (p = 0.018) with work accidents on construction workers in Telago Biru Village, Siulak District, Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

Sewing is one of the jobs that requires accuracy and sharpness of the eyes so that it will be at risk for experiencing eye fatigue. Risk factors for eye fatigue are lighting intensity, age, years of service and history of eye disease. The Children's Palace Market is the central tailor in Jambi City. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors associated with eye fatigue in tailors at the Children's Palace Market. The study used a cross sectional design. The research sample was 30 tailors at the Istana Children's Market in Jambi City. The sampling technique used was the total population technique. The research instrument was a questionnaire and a lux meter. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using independent t test and Mann Whitney test. As many as 60.0% of respondents experienced subjective complaints of eye fatigue, the average lighting in the respondent's work room was 227.96 lux, the average working period of the respondents was 17.40 years with a standard deviation of 8.654 years and the average length of service of the respondents was 7.87 hours/day. The results of the bivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between lighting (p = 0.001), working period (p = 0.000) and length of work (p = 0.000) with subjective complaints of eye fatigue on tailors at the Children's Palace Market.

Abstract

ProvinceJambi is one of the filariasis endemic areas. Almost all regencies / cities in Jambi Province have filariasis cases. Cumulatively the number of chronic filariasis cases reported in Jambi Province in 2014 was 375 cases spread across 9 Regencies / Cities with the highest cases in Muaro Jambi District. Based on the results of the 2014 Finger Blood Survey (SDJ), 180 cases of filariasis in Muaro Jambi District were scattered in 13 health centers in 8 sub-districts of 11 sub-districts. With the discovery of new cases as many as 9 cases. And the most cases were in the MuroKumpeh Health Center area of ​​50 cases. Community service activities are carried out with counseling methods and demonstrations related to filariasis and methods of prevention. From the results of the survey it is known that Muaro Jambi Regency is still an endemic filariasis area with an Mf rate of 1.8%. There was an increase in the average knowledge of the community from before and after the socialization of filariasis in the village of KemingkingDalam.
