Abstract

This research is a research and development study of the ADDIE model developed by Dick, Carey L, and Carey JO. This research aims to produce the differentiated Islamic Religious Education learning multimedia based on religious moderation assisted by HTML5-Package at the Higher Education and to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of its implementation l. Development was carried out by creating a lecturer learning video that include explanations of the main theme, learning objectives, apperception with other disciplines and real life, explanation of content differentiation, process, and results, and closing with structured or independent assignments. Higher Order Thinking Skills type practice questions are inserted in the video using HTML5-Package. This product is suitable for learning because it received an average score of 3.4375 out of a maximum score of 4 and in the Very Good category. Student and lecturer responses assessed that this product was perceived as practical, interactive, effective, efficient, quality presentation display, and added value with an average score of 3.325 in the Good category. After both assessments were combined, this product had an average score of 3.38 in the Good category. The pre-test and post-test were also deemed effective in achieving learning objectives because there was a significant increase of 48.44 points from the average test score, average N-Gain percent 88,74%, and 95% of students experienced an increase in post-test scores. So, the product was declared suitable, effective, and efficient for implementation in differentiated learning of Islamic Religious Education based on religious moderation.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru-guru MA Miftahul Ulum Gresik dalam pembuatan media ajar digital berbasis Deep Learning. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi sebagian besar guru yang masih terbatas dalam mengembangkan media ajar digital dan belum familiar dengan penerapan prinsip Deep Learning dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan utama dari program ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam merancang dan menghasilkan media ajar digital yang interaktif, kreatif, dan bermakna berbasis pembelajaran Deep Learning. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan dan pendampingan melalui penyampaian materi teoritis, praktik langsung pembuatan media ajar digital menggunakan platform Canva, Wordwall, dan Quizizz, serta implementasi media dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada aspek pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru. Sebelum kegiatan dilaksanakan, sekitar 75% guru belum memahami konsep Deep Learning dan hanya 20% yang memiliki kemampuan dasar dalam menggunakan platform digital. Setelah pelatihan dan pendampingan, 90% guru mampu menjelaskan konsep Deep Learning dengan baik, dan 85% guru berhasil membuat serta mengimplementasikan media ajar digital interaktifigital, khususnya dalam pembelajaran Deep Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difficulties faced by 11th grade students of SMA Negeri 3 Yogyakarta in developing English listening skills. Listening skills are an important aspect of English language learning, especially in the context of globalization. However, students often face various challenges, such as limited vocabulary, grammatical understanding, poor audio quality, and environmental distractions, which hinder their abilities. This research used a case study approach with qualitative methods, involving 30 students selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, then analyzed using descriptive statistics and thematic analysis. The results showed that 70% of students had difficulties in vocabulary, 60% in grammar, 50% were affected by audio quality, and 65% faced anxiety while listening. Most students preferred interactive digital media, such as video and audio, which helped reduce anxiety and improve their comprehension. Technology integration in learning was identified as a potential solution to overcome such difficulties and increase students' learning motivation.
