Abstract

Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Buton Selatan belum menerapkan sistem keamanan arsip sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang mampu memberikan keamanan dan kemudahan bagi instansi terkait dalam pengelolaan hak akses keamanan sertipikat. Dalam menerapkan sistem keamanan arsip sesuai perkembangan teknologi maka perlu adanya Sistem Autorisasi dan Autentikasi Arsip Surat Tanah Pada Kantor Pertanahan Kabupaten Buton Selatan Menggunakan Bahasa Pemrograman Web. Tujuan dalam pembuatan dari penelitian bermaksud untuk merancang bangun sistem autorisasi dan autentikasi keamanan arsip yang di dukung dengan file elektronik arsip serta bukti otentik bahwa ia pemilik dari sertipikat. Untuk mendapatkan data sesuai kebutuhan maka dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode pengumpulan data yaitu pengamatan (observation), wawancara (inter view), kepustakaan (library) serta analisis data yang merujuk pada jenis data dan sumber data, kemudian metode lain yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem berupa metode model spiral. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem keamanan arsip yang membantu user serta pihak pertanahan dalam mengautorisasi dan mengautentikasi hak akses dalam mengakses file elektronik arsip serta mempunyai bukti otentik bahwa ia pemilik dari sertipikat, di dalam sistem tersedia pembuatan akun para pemilik hak tanah dan hak akses atas siapa yang berwenang atas informasi tanah.

Abstract

Wolio is a regional language in the Baubau city area. Over time, this regional language experienced extinction. This happens to children because they are rarely introduced to the school environment due to the elimination of local content in the 2013 curriculum. In this study, we will introduce, educate and preserve through the Wolio language educational game which is more interesting and entertaining. This study involved students in grades 3,4 and 5 at SDN 2 Wameo as research subjects. Based on the results of observations, interviews, literature, and questionnaires using the Wolio language proficiency test questions for students. The data obtained 70% answered incorrectly and 30% answered correctly. This game is an Educational genre using the Multimedia Development Life Circle (MDLC) development method and can be run on the Android Platform. In testing the game using Alpha testing and Beta Testing conducted with 30 correspondents based on aspects of quality, functionality, efficiency, usability, and visualization, they received positive responses with an average percentage of 97% (very good and good) and 3% (poor and not good). good). Then after it was implemented in Game students, the average result was 94% answered correctly and 6% answered incorrectly.

Abstract

This public hospital still has many weaknesses in recruiting employees, so the time needed for hiring employees is long and not organized properly, which hampers the need for employees. Therefore, in order to support the smooth running of the employee recruitment system, it is necessary to create an executive support system that can provide solutions for the process of employee recruitment activities at the hospital later. To design an executive support system, a literature study, interviews with executives, observations, and final test results are calculated using a rule-based expert system. The proposed executive information system design includes a model design, data design, dialogue design, and implementation plan. The approach employed in this research is the object-oriented system development approach utilizing the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design tool and the waterfall strategy system development model. The programming languages utilized are Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) and My Structure Query Language (MySQL). The outcome of this investigation is a web-based information system for supply chain management that can assess potential new hires and merge internal departments to enhance the seamless flow of information and the approval of candidate reports.
