Abstract

Al-Qur‘an adalah pedoman hidup. Membacanya dihitung sebagai ibadah. Menghafal al-Qur‘an berarti ikut melibatkan diri dalam menjaga dan memelihara kemurniaan al-Qur‘an. Tulisan ini mengungkap sisi strategis metode penyelenggaraan program menghafal al-Qur‘an di Pondok Pesantren Al-Aziziyah Gunungsari, Lombok Barat. Dengan pendekatan pembelajaran tradisional, Ponpes Al-Aziziyah sudah banyak melahirkan huffazh yang handal. Adapun metode-metode yang digunakan, yaitu: metode iqra‟, tahwidul hifzi (menyetor hafalan), muraja‟ah (mengulang hafalan) dan taqrir.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of mathematical reasoning ability students. This study aims to determine the comparison of mathematical reasoning abilities students between those who learn using the metacognitive skills approach through advance organizer and the scientific approach through discovery learning. The method is an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design involving two groups and random sampling. At the beginning and end of learning, the two classes are given a test. The population in this study were State Vocational High School students in Cimahi, while the sample consisted of two randomly selected classes. Obtained class XI TEK A  which was given a metacognitive skill approach through advanced organizer and class XI TOI A  is given a scientific approach through discovery learning. The instrument used was a 5-item mathematical reasoning ability test description, then the data mathematical reasoning students were analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics using the help of SPSS 21 software. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the improvement of students' mathematical reasoning using skills the metacognitive skills approach through advance organizer is better than students who use a scientific approach through discovery learning.

Abstract

Teaching materials can assist teachers in achieving learning objectives. However, teaching materials integrated with Quranic verses in science learning are still limited. This research aims to produce products in the form of electronic teaching materials (e-modules) based on STREAM (Science, Technology, Religion, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) on the topic of magnetism. The existence of STREAM-based and attractively presented e-module products is expected to support students' self-learning. Through the research and development (R&D) method, reseachers adopt the Borg and Gall R&D method, which is limited to the fifth step, namely the initial main product revision. The results showed 85% valid in terms of teaching materials, 95% valid in terms of preparation of teaching materials, 86% valid in terms of integration of science in the Quran and 95% declared practical. Thus, it can be concluded that the e-module-based STREAM is valid and practical to implement during science learning on the topic of magnetism. The integration of Qur’an verses in e-modules helps connect science with religious values and expects to provide contextual learning experiences for junior high school students. This e-module-based STREAM for junior high school science e-module on the topic of magnetism presents an innovative approach in STREAM-based learning and improves the quality and efficiency of the teaching-learning process. The integration of the latest technology is expected to facilitate interactive, collaborative and effective learning experiences, thus improving significant learning outcomes.

Abstract

Forecasting inflation is necessary as a basis for making decisions and high quality good planning in economic development in Indonesia particularly for the government and businessmen. The forecasting generally uses time series data. However, there is a time series data which is difficult to obtain stationary, i.e., the variance on financial time series data such as the stock price index, interest rates, inflation, exchange rates, and etc. It is mainly caused by the inconsistency of variance (heteroscedasticity). This study developed Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model using exogenous factors, namely the price of oil and outlier detection to forecast inflation. Another modeling which is expected to solve the problem of heteroscedasticity is a Generalized Autoregressive Conditional Heteroscedasticity (GARCH) model. In this study, the asymmetric GARCH of Glosten Jagannathan Runkle-GARCH (GJR-GARCH) was carried out. This model could accommodate the volatility in the form of negative shocks that can leverage the effect. The data used in this study was the Inflation rate of Indonesia and world oil prices in January 1991 to December 2014 respectively. The results showed that ARIMAX-GJR GARCH is the best model to forecast national inflation volatility.

Abstract

Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan suasana bekerja yang aman dan nyaman. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui potensi bahaya. risiko bahaya, dan tingkat risiko di lingkungan kerja bagian produksi. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, menggunakan metode Hazop (Hazard and Operability). Identifikasi bahaya dengan metode Hazop dilakukan berdasarkan alur proses produksi. Langkah selanjutnya setelah proses identifikasi adalah penilaian risiko pada masing-masing titik kajian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui terdapat risiko rendah, sedang, tinggi dan ekstrim. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan pembagian kuesioner kepada karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan beberapa risiko dengan tingkat risiko seperti, terpleset (pada saat membersihkan di ruang filling) dengan risiko sedang, terjepit forklift dengan risiko sedang, kesetrum (pada saat pengecekan mesin) dengan risiko tinggi. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: terdapat, 4 sumber bahaya yang tergolong risiko tinggi, 16 sumber bahaya yang tergolong risiko sedang, dan 2 sumber bahaya yang tergolong rendah. Occupational Health and Safety (K3) is an effort to create a safe, comfortable working atmosphere and The research objective is to determine the potential hazards. the risk of hazards, and the level of risk in the production work environment. This research was conducted in Makassar. This type of research is a descriptive study, using the Hazop method (Hazard and Operability). Hazop identification using the Hazop method is carried out based on the flow of the production process. The next step after the identification process is a risk assessment at each study point. Based on the research results, it is known that there are low, medium, high, and extreme risks. Collecting data through observation, interviews, and distributing questionnaires to employees. The results of this study found several risks with a level of risk, such as being slipped (when cleaning in the filling room) with moderate risk, being caught by a forklift with moderate risk, and being electrocuted (when checking the machine) with a high risk. The conclusions produced in this study are: there are 4 sources of danger that are classified as high risk, 16 sources of hazards that are classified as moderate risk, and 2 sources of danger that are classified as low.
