LGBT behavior is a form of negative behavior because this behavior is seen as inconsistent with the norms prevailing in society. On average, a lesbian is aware of his homosexuality since he was a teenager. In his research, three general factors were found in the formation of sexual identity in adolescents. This study aims to describe the behavior of adolescents towards lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender (LGBT) behavior in SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru in 2018. Type of quantitative research with a descriptive design. The population in this study were all 829 students at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru with a sample of 89 people. The data was collected using the stratifield proportional random sampling method. The data were processed in a univariate way. The results obtained from the knowledge of the majority of adolescents have sufficient knowledge, amounting to 68 people (76%), the attitude of the majority of adolescents is negative 56 people (63%) and the majority of adolescent actions do not do 71 people (80%). For future researchers to be able to carry out further research such as factors that influence adolescent behavior or quantitative research with analytic designs at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru.

Morgan's research results (2015) in Indonesia, people aged 14-24 years who are dominated by 77% of students have and become the most active smartphone users compared to other ages. Smartphones have a certain impact on students. One of the impacts caused if used when learning activities are taking place is that it can lower students achievement. This study aims to determine the relationship of smartphone usage with student achievement in SMP Negeri 21 Pekanbaru 2019.Conducted in 25 february-28 february 2019 using primary and secondary data. This research is a quantitative analytic design with cross sectional approach with population of many as 770 people with a sample of 90 people using stratified proportionate random sampling technique. Processing data by using SPSS 17.0 then presented in tabular form. of research that from The results of the study revealed that the majority of smartphone use included in the medium category as many as 77.8% (70 people) and had good achievements much as 70.0% (63 people). Research shows that P Value ≥ α 0.388 ≥ 0.05, mean there is no relationship between smartphone usage with student achievement in SMP Negeri 21 pekanbaru 2019. This is due to the still high role of parents in paying attention to their children. Through this research, it is expected that educational institutions can use smartphones wisely so that they can improve learning achievement.

ASI ekslusif merupakan ASI yang diberikan kepada bayi sejak dilahirkan selama bulan6 bulan. Berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2018 menunjukkan bahwa bayi dengan pemberian ASI saja hingga usia 0-5 bulan hanya sebesar 62,2%. Nyeri payudara mulai timbul pascapartum. Gangguan ini apabila tidak segera ditangani akan menyebabkan terjadinya mastitis. Mastitis merupakan kejadian yang ditandai dengan adanya rasa sakit pada payudara yang disebabkan adanya peradangan yang bisa disertai infeksi maupun non infeksi. pencegahan mastitis bisa diatasi dengan pengobatan Non Farmakologis yaitu dengan menggukan Cabbage (Daun Kubis). Oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat efektivitas Cabbage terhadap penurunan skala nyeri mastitis pada ibu mneyusui di Homecare Mominha Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain Quasy Eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pretestpostest dilakukan selama satu bulan yaitu dari tangggal 10 Juni-23 Juli 2022 di Homecare Mominha Pekanbaru. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien mastitis di Homecare Mominha Pekanbaru sebanyak 50 kasus. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental sampling sebanyak 13 orang penderita mastitis Hasil penelitian di dapatkan rata-rata skala nyeri responden setelah melakukan kompres cabbage turun, yang bisa dilihat dari nilai mean pretest dan posttest yaitu 5.69 turun menjadi 3.23, dan nilai P-value 0,000. Ada efektivitas pemberian cabbage jadikan masukan bagi tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Homecare Mominha Pekanbaru terhadap skala nyeri mastitis sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Dapat untuk dijadikan masukan bagi tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Homecare Mominha Pekanbaru dalam hal menangani pasien mastitis dan menganjurkan agar pasien mau melakukan terapi yang salah satunya kompres Cabbage untuk menurunkan nyeri mastitis
