Abstract

The Child Friendly Playroom (RBRA) is a place that can accommodate children's play activities safely and comfortably for the optimal and comprehensive sustainability of children's growth and development. The availability of appropriate facilities and infrastructure for the growth and development of children in Rusunawa is part of providing child-friendly Rusunawa. The study of the Rusunawa Keudah Children's Playroom at the BNI Trembesi Park is useful for early identification of a Child Friendly Playroom. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by analyzing, describing, concluding the data until finally obtaining the depth of information as a knowledge of the research subject. Observations are seen in the elements of the Child-Friendly Playroom such as: Comfort, security and safety, Child-friendly accessibility, Health, Environment and Green Open Space, Supporting facilities and infrastructure. The results of the Study on the Children's Playroom of Rusunawa Keudah at the BNI Trembesi Park by seeing that all of them still do not meet the elements of a child-friendly playroom and it is necessary to evaluate and develop a playroom at the BNI Rusunawa Keudah Transplantation Park both inside and outside the playroom.

Abstract

Flats are one of the solutions of increasing community growth for residential housing which poses a challenge to the limited housing area. which have several halls and infrastructure. However, the decline in the quality and function of facilities and infrastructure of the flats cannot be avoided. This study aims to determine the quality of the facilities and infrastructure in Lampulo Rusunawa by using a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and conducting related literature studies. The results of the study indicate that some of the available facilities cannot be used properly and the community has been looking for adjustments and alternatives to these problems. It needs special attention from the management on the qualities and malfunctions of the facilities and infrastructure of the flats. It is hoped that this Lampulo rusunawa can be used as an evaluation material as stated in SNI 03-1733-2004, which is developed in an integrated, directed, planned, and sustainable manner to increase community growth for residential housing

Abstract

The 100-0-100 program is a KOTAKU program to accelerate the prevention and handling of slum settlements. The city of Banda Aceh has targeted 0% slums in 2019, but in reality there are still slum areas. According to the Decree of the Mayor of Banda Aceh Number 422 of 2021, Ulee Kareng Sub-district is the highest sub-district indicated as slum. One of the most densely populated villages in the district is Gampong Lamglumpang. It is important to evaluate the 100-0-100 program in order to ensure that the settlement environment of Gampong Lamglumpang is good and suitable for the community. So this study aims to evaluate the 100-0-100 program that has been implemented by KOTAKU in Lamglumpang Village. The method used in this research is quantitative by using questionnaires and observation. Processing of questionnaire data using excel software by grouping it into three categories, namely good, moderate and not good. The results obtained are that the 100-0-100 program is included in the good group, but based on observations this program has not been run optimally. Keywords: 100-0-100 program, Gampong Lamglumpang, slum

Abstract

Elvasko Real Estate Ruko is one of the shophouses in Beurawe which is located on Jalan Jeumpa Beurawe, Kuta Alam District, Banda Aceh City. The city of Banda Aceh is a tropical region with temperatures ranging from 25.5C to 32.5C. This has an impact on the high consumption of electrical energy as a result of the use of artificial ventilation in buildings to increase comfort in the room. The purpose of the study was to evaluate the effect of the facade on the shophouse building on the acquisition of the OTTV value or Overall Thermal Transfer Value as an energy-saving measure. This study also identifies the possibility of utilizing solar panels to save energy use. This research method is a quantitative study with an approach to calculating the OTTV value for each area of the outer wall of the building and calculating the need for solar panels, and simulating solar shading with Ecotect software. The results showed that the OTTV calculation results in the shophouse building were 34.13 W/m2; this still met the overall thermal transfer value limit on the outer or inner walls of the building based on SNI 03-6389-2011. The possibility of using solar panels for energy saving is by installing solar panels with a capacity of 100 wp (Watt Peak). This study calculates the use of 112.5 solar panels with a need of 3,750 Ampere of battery to install in the shophouse. The front shop faces the west. It can contribute to the more heat absorbed. Ecotec simulation conducted in this study shows that the front facade of the building is exposed to direct sunlight from 14:00 to 18:00 WIB. Therefore, the shadings are recommended to install on this side.
