Abstract

Research objectives 1 ) To analyze marketing strategies in increasing sales at Domami Stores, Manggala District, Makassar City 2) To determine the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in increasing sales at Domami Manggala Shops, Makassar City. The type of research carried out is with a qualitative descriptive approach. This research was carried out at the Domami Manggala shop located Antang Jl. Nipa-Nipa No. 85b, Manggala District, Makassar City. Data sources are primary and secondary data. The focus of the research is marketing strategy. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study explain that 1) The marketing strategy used by Domami Manggala Stores in increasing sales is to apply the concept of marketing mix, starting from product selection, where the products offered are different. different with prices starting from Rp. 15,000 to a price of Rp. 50,000 which can be reached by all people, taking places in strategic locations, and promotions are carried out in 2 ways, namely Online and Offline, Online using social media such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Gojek, as for Offline installing shop front banner. 2) Supporting factors are strategic location, product introduction on social media, and the inhibiting factor is decreasing consumer purchasing power and preferring to produce their own

Abstract

This research is to test and analyze: (1) The effect of educational level on employee performance. (2) The effect of training on employee performance. (3) The effect of the level of education and training simultaneously on the work performance of employees of PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit-PS Tompobulu 1 Maros Regency. The type of research used is quantitative research with data collection techniques using exact science, namely through observation, questionnaires and documentation with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis. The time used in this study was one month from January 2023 from the issuance of the permit. study. The results of the study show that: (1) The level of education has a significant effect on employee performance, with t count = 5, 972 > t table 1.671 and a significance of 0.000. (2) Training has a significant effect on employee performance, with t count = 7.568 > t table 1.671 and a significance of 0.000. (3) The level of education and training simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance, with f count = 261.908 > f table 3.16, and a significance of 0.000.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: gambaran pengembangan store atmosphere, gambaran penggunaan media sosial, dan gambaran penggunaan media sosial dalam peningkatan usaha cafe BurgerFourKota Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di toko cafe BurgerFour yang terletak Di Kota Makassar. pada bulan Januari-Februari 2024.. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa 1) Cafe ini memiliki nuansa yang menyerupai cafe luar negri dengan warna yang kecoklatan serta penampilan yang unik dengan pemilihan elemen elemen yang tepat. 2 Cafe ini menggunakan Instagram sebagai media pemasaran dalam memperkenalkan produk yang dimilikinya. Adapun teknik yang digunakan yakni dengan mengendors selebgram asal Makassar, memaparkan menu menu baru, memberikan informasi mengenai cafe BurgerFour di media sosial. 3) Pemeliharaan fasilitas yang dilakukan oleh cafe BurgerFour dengan memperhatikan kualitas fasilitas yang ada pada cafe tersebut. Adapun salah satu teknik yang dilakukan yakni dengan membuat aturan (menjaminkan identitas) dalam peminjaman fasilitas yang ada di cafe tersebut tujuannya untuk mengurangi peluang hilang atau rusaknya barang yang digunakan oleh pelanggan cafe BurgerFour.
