Abstract

Introduction: Badan Usaha Milik Desa or BUMDes in Government Regulation Number 11 of 2021 concerning BUMDes are legal entities established by villages or with villages to manage businesses, utilize assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services, or provide other types of companies. For the most excellent welfare of the village community. In its application, BUMDes (which in this study is "BUMDes Pandemas Mulya") is expected to be able to collaborate with stakeholders and other parties such as investors, communities, and the people to form a so-called Penta helix so that the capacity and capability of the BUMDes can increase significantly. However, in reality, BUMDes still need to catch up to the target set by the Ministry. Therefore, a tool was created that can increase the capacity and capability of BUMDes itself by utilizing digital technology called "BUMDes Institute Platform Learning." Method: In general, the implementation of creating the "BUMDes Institute Platform Learning" platform is divided into four stages: Needs Analysis, Mapping problems, Validating problems, and Designing applications. The Needs Analysis stage aims to identify issues and material needs for BUMDes actors that will be accommodated in the platform. The needs analysis results are then carried out through a mapping process based on predetermined criteria. The goal is to create clusters between problems and solutions in the form of learning materials that will be included in the platform. Next, the team will validate the results of the problem-mapping process in the validation stage. Then, the team conducts FGDs and internal discussions for the collection process materials to create a learning curriculum and requirements for the application design and development process. After that, the development begins. Results: the application can be implemented for BUMDes even though several improvements will be needed. Conclusions: BUMDes Pandemas Mulya still needs much improvement to develop business units, especially related to business design. So, there needs to be an application that contains information from technical aspects for management (application program) conditions in the field still need completion and periodic assistance that can help educate and teach business aspects.

Abstract

Indonesia, known for its geological richness, often experiences natural disasters. One such event was the eruption of Mount Semeru in December 2021 in Lumajang Regency, East Java. The incident posed complex recovery challenges. According to the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) report, infrastructure damage reached billions of rupiahs, and thousands of residents were displaced. The challenges extended beyond infrastructure recovery, encompassing the psychological recovery of traumatized residents. Disruptions to the local economy, family separations, and other losses exacerbated the psychosocial burden faced by the affected population. The communities impacted by the eruption of Mount Semeru faced diverse challenges, particularly in religious aspects and the fulfillment of funeral rites (Rukun Kematian). This study highlights the importance of meeting funeral rites needs at every Social Facility (Fasilitas Sosial or Fasos) as a primary foundation for post-disaster recovery. Through collaboration with BNPB, the Social Assistance Program has successfully allocated resources for meeting these needs. Surveys of each Fasos revealed their specific requirements, ranging from funeral equipment to loudspeakers. Technical assistance related to funeral rites was provided by competent practitioners. Although it has shown positive impacts, this research emphasizes the sustainability of assistance as a key factor in the long-term recovery of the affected community. As a recommendation, this assistance should continue, considering the dynamics and changing needs of the community, to ensure ongoing optimal support in facing post-disaster challenges.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effect of Social Media Marketing Activities, Customer Brand Engagement, and Brand Trust on Brand Loyalty. Currently, coffee drinks and activities have become a trend for the community. Starbucks, the world's largest coffee shop company, was born with a luxurious image. By demographic class, the Starbucks customer segment is middle to upper class, classified as a masstige brand. The masstige brand position is between the upper mid-level and super premium courses. Business competition for masstige brands is more sophisticated and global, which expedites adapting communication technology to build brand loyalty. Social media marketing activities reinforce brand loyalty through customer engagement to improve customer relations. Even the transfer of information between brands to customers through social media has the potential to boost brand trust. The research method used is quantitative. This research questionnaire was distributed online to 210 customers of the masstige brand Starbucks in three major cities in East Java Province. The data were analyzed using PLS. This study's results show that the 5 hypotheses significantly affect the dependent variable. It indicates that implementing Social Media Marketing Activities, CBE, and BT strategies can improve BL on customers of masstige brand Starbucks.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has reshaped business competition dynamics, especially in the food sector. Social media marketing activities (SMMA) have emerged as strategic tools to engage consumers, build brand image, and foster repurchase intention. This study aims to investigate the influence of Social media marketing activities (SMMA) on repurchase intention, mediated by brand image and brand trust, and moderated by health consciousness. Using a quantitative explanatory approach, data were collected from 280 respondents who had purchased products from PT. Lean Lab Indonesia through TikTok Shop. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze the data. The findings indicate that Social media marketing activities (SMMA) significantly influence brand image, brand trust, and repurchase intention. Both brand image and brand trust mediate the relationship between Social media marketing activities (SMMA) and repurchase intention. Furthermore, health consciousness moderates the relationship between brand trust and repurchase intention. The results highlight the importance of integrating health values in digital marketing strategies to boost consumer loyalty in the healthy food industry.
