Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan pengetahuan lokal suku Muna  Poandu sebagai prefentif dan kuratif Covid-19. Teori untuk membaca data melalui pemikiran Faoucault (1980) tentang kekuasaan dengan metode etnografi. data dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara, pengamatan, dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian, Poandu nafasi telah menghilang sehingga perlu direvitalisasi. Penerapan pengetahuan  tradisional Poandu suku Muna dapat menghemat anggaran pemerintah dan beban petugas medis dalam aksi preventif dan kuratif pasien, termasuk  terduga Covid-19. Implikasinya ialah pada kebijakan pembangunan  kesehatan masyarakat. Pemerintah dan semua pihak  pada suku Muna perlu  memahami kembali Poandu secara konsisten dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the effect of the style of democratic leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance mediated by organizational culture. The research approach used is the survey method. Data collection is done using instruments in the form of questionnaires. The population of the study was as many as 26 people of the Konawe Kepulauan District Hospital staff except the director (director) because the population was relatively small so that all the population were made respondents. The analytical tool used in hypothesis testing is Partial Least Square (PLS).The results of this study indicate that democratic leadership styles have a significant influence on organizational culture, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, democratic leadership styles have no significant effect on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Thus the organizational culture mediates the influence of democratic leadership styles on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and employee performance

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the performance assessments of the state’s civil personnel assessment on muna district secretariat using a benchmark for the performance assessment system. The study discussed the implementatioan of the performance assessment and its use for the muna district secretariat organitation. The Study took the key 10 civil personnel informants on the secretary of muna district using a qualitative approach based on case studies. The Type and data sources used were the archives and interview reports and observation in the secretariat of muna district. Study have shown that governmental regulation as measures in assessment of civil personnel have not been followed. The performance assessment doesn’t show optimal results. Application of the job performance assessment rules become just a formality. The performance assessment system that is a quantifying tool to see the work of employees become objective. Then for the results of performance assessment it is not a guarantee for a counttry’s civil personnel to gain position and promotion. Performance assessment as measures have not been deemed important because in the end the assessment results could not get a position even if country’s civil personnel had a good performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the Influence of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling  toward the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency  simultaneously and partially. The sample in this study as many 35 people Apparatus State Civil who worked at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. Analysis tool  used is quantitative analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis.The results showed that the simultaneous functions of planning, organizing, actuating and controlling had  significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency. And partial functions of planning, organizing and actuating had positif significant effect on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Molawe District Office, Konawe Utara Regency, so that the hypothesis can be accepted.
